I had the worst experience of any massage that I have ever had in my life. I went for a couples massage with my partner and the staff literally went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome. They were intentionally rude and it was such a horrible experience that I ended the massage early. Then they failed to credit my deposit. I was so upset and just wanted to get away from this horrible place and these unkind people that I just allowed them to keep my deposit. So, they took advantage of me. This place is ok if you're having a long shopping day and need a foot rub. I booked an hour full body massage, however the language barrier made it difficult for me to convey problem areas or prior injuries to avoid. It certainly wasn't the deep therapeutic massage my body needed. read more

I've been here three times and received three excellent massages. There are lots of therapists on staff and multiple massage rooms which makes it easy to get in quickly. They always have same-day availability when I call, and they even take walk-ins! I had different therapists each time, and they were all highly skilled. The therapists check with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure is good, and they even include hot stones at no extra charge! The rooms are clean and spacious, the entire place is quiet, and the temperature is always perfect. It is in a neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and they have a parking lot behind the building. Five stars! read more

They do upsell as I only wanted an hour initially and am trying to be good about blowing all the cash I took but next thing it was an hour and a half plus cupping for an extra $20- which was extra. When I need to relax or when I need help with muscle tightness, I know exactly where to go. My husband and I booked a couples massage while in town on vacation. Our necks and back were really messed up from two nights of sleeping on a bad hotel bed. This establishment definitely delivered in relieving our aches and pains! I found this place thanks to my fellow yelpers so I decided to write a review to help someone else to find a great massage. I will start with saying I get a massage once a month in Florida where I am from. I have had multiple massage therapists over the years and I definitely know the parameters of what a good massage should deliver. My husband and I were both impressed by our session. It was both relaxing and good pressure for working out deep muscle tension and knots. The therapist also used the hot stones towards the end of massage and that was a nice touch. Now, I will say that I am not familiar with all the foot massage and chair massage that goes on in the same place as your traditional massage rooms, but this seems to be a popular thing here in New Orleans. When we were leaving, we saw two woman on a massage chair getting what seemed to be a head and foot massage. I guess in a tourist city there are a lot of people worn out from waking around the French Quarter and they offer different types, lengths and price points of massage that attract more customers. The fact that you can't schedule until 24 hours before or same day actually works perfectly for our schedule and we are almost always able to get the time slot we want. Easy to make a reservation. We made one for a couples massage the day before. Was told it would be 130$ cash and a $2 charge if using credit card. The masseuses arrived in the room but didn't introduce themselves or ask about problem areas, just started. The massage itself was wonderful...great skill and technique..however make sure to tell the employees you'd rather it stay quiet the whole session because they were both chitchatting with each other and giggling throughout the whole session! Very unprofessional. We expected the usual "is the pressure ok?" questions...even the upsell of CBD oil and cupping, but was caught off guard by the workers chattering with each other. Here's where I take another star off. At the register I was told by the girl that massaged me that the charge will be $150 plus $2 credit card charge. Instead of arguing, I just didn't tip. My bf got me a gift certificate here and i was excited bc i was long overdue for one. Decided to use it on my bday. I was able to walk in and get service. It was pretty empty on a Tuesday afternoon. The staff was friendly and the environment looked clean and inviting. I had a 60 min session and you can choose from 2 options: 60 min of full body w/hot stones or 30 min full body and 30 min foot massage. I opted for the 1st. The room was a typical massage room. Only downsides are the proximity to magazine st...lots of car noise and the sheets. They seemed too flimsy for my liking..i felt like the masseuse might be able to catch a nip glimpse. Lol. Anywho..the masseuse was great! He asked abt my comfort with pressure and the hot stones felt great! This was a really good experience. May just need to bring earplugs and nip covers next time. Usually I can find parking within a block or two on Magazine, so that I'm not walking too far. I always call and schedule ahead, and they're so helpful on the phone to find the best time for you (many times same day!). They offer foot massages, chair massages, and traditional full body massages. The reflexology foot massages are SO relaxing; I highly recommend adding that to your service. Every few months my husband and I will book a couples massage here, and I feel great for weeks after. The massage technique is perfect; not agitating to my muscles, but enough that I can find relief for an extended amount of time. This was my very first time here for a massage and I had a great experience! I was having terrible muscle pains and spasms in my back and tried massage therapy as my last effort before going to the doctor. Making an appointment was seamless, I simply called and was able to book a massage for that same day. I booked a 30min deep tissue massage. Upon entering, they have you sign a COVID waiver, take your temperature, provide hand sanitizer, and have a plastic separation between customers and employees. I really appreciated all of these measures that were taking to ensure my safety! After completing a form about my health information, I was promptly taking to a room and was ready for my massage. My therapist made sure to listen to my concerns about my back and focused on my trouble areas. She finished off the massage with hot stones as well! The hot stones felt so good and it really was head to toe. This place is not near the French quarter area so we took an Uber but we recommend you drive.
