    Faust

Walking through the airport, and viewing the wine lists at other bars along the way, I found myself at Vino Volo. A glass of Faust was recommended to me. At the time, their kitchen was closed for a few hours, but I was told that I could order food somewhere else and come back, if I wanted to. She recommended salad restaurants to me. I grabbed a quick salad and returned. I was really happy about this glass of Faust. Since I had time to kill, I later ordered the West Coast Kings flight which was a nice little taste of home. Lastly, I ordered the Margarita pizzetta which was an absolute treat. I would love to come back to enjoy the beautiful decor, fantastic service and a solid wine selection.

While waiting for our fight we decided to go to this place and try the different types of wine flights. The waitress was very informative about the wines. The service was great and the suggestions of which wine to try was great.

What a fantastic surprise tucked inside Austin-Bergstrom! Vino Volo is everything you'd want in an airport wine bar: calm, classy, and quietly impressive. I ordered the cheese plate and a glass of their Tempranillo -- both were excellent. The cheese selection was balanced and generous, served with accompaniments that actually elevated each bite. The Tempranillo was smooth, bold, and paired beautifully. It felt like a thoughtful experience, not just airport filler. Service was flawless. The team was friendly and informed without being pushy. My server offered helpful tasting notes and even checked in mid-glass to see how it landed. You don't get that kind of engagement often, especially in an airport. Ambiance: It's surprisingly peaceful. The lighting is soft, the seating is comfortable, and it's set just far enough from the gates to feel like a little escape. You could easily forget you're steps away from TSA lines and boarding announcements. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Vino Volo is a perfect place to unwind, enjoy a proper glass of wine, and treat yourself to something better than fast food. I'll be coming back here every time I pass through ABIA.

We have the chance to enjoy a leisurely lunch at Vino Volo in ABIA, which is always a treat! Service was great, attentive but un.obtrusive. A flight of bubbles and rose were the beverages of choice... hits and misses there, but that's why you try flights! The Brie and Prosciutto sandwich was delicious as always, and a side of truffled potato chips was a perfect pairing! Recommend Vino Volo at any airport, but especially good at ABIA!

Not your typical Vino Volo as it was small and crowded and not relaxing at all. Most locations I've been in have been somewhat chill and out of the hustle and bustle of an airport. This one was just kind of in the open. The staff was busy so it was tough to get their attention. I never did get my complimentary amuse bouche as part of being a loyalty member. I like that the selections are different at different locations. They even had some Texas wines and it would have been fun to try some, but honestly, after one flight of wines, I wanted to get out of there.

Great spot for food and drinks at the airport. The all-day mimosa flights are excellent, and the small bites are delicious--though it might not be the best choice if you're looking for a filling meal. The service is consistently great, with friendly and attentive staff. The wine selection is impressive, offering both flights and options by the glass. Highly recommended for wine lovers!

This is probably the best spot inside the Austin airport, but just know that airport food is never that good and it will always be overpriced. Staff isn't the friendliest.

Great wine, good food, and (in my opinion) the best place to wait for your flight! I was able to work on my laptop while enjoying a tasting of various white wines and a good meal. Quick and attentive service as well! It's much nicer to sit here with cushy seats than at a bar or the other places at the airport.

A great spot for a quick bite. I ordered the burrata bowl and requested a substitution of arugula with cucumbers and olives (weird, I know...lol). The waiter was very accommodating and gladly honored my unusual request. Overall, a pleasant experience!

So many times I've walked by Vino Volo at so many airports without even giving them a thought... ... until now. Hubbers and I were flying back to California and just so happen this particular spot was practically right next to our gate. SO! With a bit of time to burn, why not. He got a glass of wine. I wasn't really interested but I figure I'd join him with a beer. Since we are in the state of Texas, I asked for a Native Texas beer. It was served to me with a glass. Almost immediately after both were given to me, they asked for the glass back because it was dirty. (Honestly, I thought it was just part of the glass' decor and I wouldn't have known or cared. And they were incredibly apologetic about it. And they're the reason for the more than average rating. Beer was good, but nothing to call home about. Vino Volo be on my radar now!

Nice spot to grab food whilst waiting for a flight. Even better than the food is the live music by local musicians, they're just unbeatable!

I felt the vibe instantly, like as soon as I put one foot in the door. Magical, sophisticated, worldly, wonderful and more were the feelings that spontaneously hit me. The dark and elegant decor, lighting, design, & layout made me feel as though I were in a high-end Tokyo cocktail lounge. The front room as I mentioned is an intimate bar and lounge area with artwork adorning the walls. It's a modern, minimalist, and sleek space. The artwork is ever-changing (every couple of months or so) and the cocktail menu changes right long with it. Note: artwork is available for purchase. What an absolutely glorious way of combining different mediums (liquid art vs physical art). The craft cocktails & mocktails are the epitome of works of art. I've had great cocktails and mocktails elsewhere but honestly I'd be hard pressed to find anything on this level. You're taken into an entirely different realm just watching the genius of mixologists. It's mesmerizing watching them hone their craft. In the back of the lounge is an enclave of eclectic art and other pieces that then leads you to Konbini, the sushi bar. It's an industrial, warehouse vibe with a long counter that screams hip, Tokyo inspired, late-night eatery. Service is impeccable and welcoming at this cosmopolitan venue. It's truly an amazing experience.

Only food I tried was the Tofu Chip which was delicious as well. Also got the Milky drink and it went down just as smoothly. All in all great place, just popped in for my second time in the past three days. The vibe was chill and laid back. Dim lighting and good music.

The first time was a wine flight we had catered at our apartment, while the second time, we visited in person with a group of friends. Honestly, the wines we buy from Costco taste better. We did the $20 wine tasting flight where you get to choose 3 from the menu. The pros are that it's cheap and they give generous pours, but the con is that the wines don't taste good. Thank goodness I shared with my husband because I wouldn't have been able to finish it myself. 1. Picpoul Blanc: One Elm Vineyards - High Plains white wine with notes of lemongrass, pink lemonade, and raspberry. It was okay. 2. Aqua Pazza - High Plains/High Country orange wine with notes of apricot, candied lemon, and orange zest. It tasted like a bitter citrus wine and was our least favorite of the wines we tried. 3. GSM: Salt Lick Vineyards - Hill Country chilled red wine with notes of mint berry crunch and herbal. I think we prefer non-chilled red wine, since the tannins were super muted, but the cold temperature does make it more enjoyable on a hot day. Lavender Haze ($15): This is a wine cocktail made with Ocho, lemon, lavender simple syrup, topped with Rambler, and garnished with a lemon wheel. Ocho is a Salt Lick Vineyards - Hill Country white wine with soft lychee, beeswax, and freshly minted bills. It's a light and bright wine cocktail that's great for an afternoon drink. Bread With Oil & Balsamic Reduction ($6): You definitely need to dip the bread in the balsamic reduction; otherwise, the bread is just so bland by itself. Recommend getting the shareables instead, since the bread doesn't really add anything to the wine tasting. Our friends got the charcuterie, and the meat, cheese, and fig really helped us get through the wine flight.
