I knew he was still hungry so I gave him the rest of my chicken parm. I was not taking home anyway. The ambiance was nice. The white curtains on main window with yellow water stains were not pleasant. Glad we tried the place but will not return.

I ate at this Sorrento's about a year ago and the pizza was pretty good. So, I decided to not only…read morego back, but to also try their store in Pulaski as well to see if they are consistent. The pizza ordered in Adams was a half meatball, half hot peppers 18" pie. The crust was inconsistent with thicker, chewy parts towards the outer part, and very thin around the center, as if the dough wasn't stretched out enough. And, what was once a nice looking orange pie has become a soupy amalgam of gooey cheese and ok sauce. It was the exact same problem in Pulaski, way too much cheese that was concentrated around the center of the pie that gave the sauce zero chance of poking through. The cheese was not put on very evenly either. There was no magic between the sauce, cheese and crust. Just an average pizza by NYC standards. More like tomato fondue.

I recommend going to Vinny's in Herkimer because its very good. I recommend you order the pepperoni pizza it's very good and big. You should drink the soda and eat the riggies and desert. Delicious; portions were large, prices were affordable. Lasagna was authentic and amazing, along with a small antipasto that would have fed 4! Small pizza was enough for 3 people easy. Wait staff was friendly. Only suggestion, add a vino list! read more
