(Both living within 15ish minutes of the location) I asked why she didn't have a scanner or anything to determine our ids. wasted over 60 dollars to Uber there to meet another friend. if you're not an older individual or a "local" don't waste your time or your money there. not worth it. I understand the ny state policy but this was embarrassing, rude, and simply a huge waste of my time. Very disappointed and felt extremely targeted.

They have lots of beer options and cheap prices. The food was also delicious (if cooked on a visible, greasy stove) and inexpensive. We had a steak quesadilla that easily weighed five pounds, full of cheese, steak, fresh mushrooms and griled onions, and a thick burger, topped with onion petals, cheese and sauce. They have daily specials and an interesting bar top. If you have to be in Little Falls, this is the place to go.

A simple check-in or acknowledgment would have made a big difference. Instead, we were told we "should have said something," despite no one coming to the table. At the end, we waited again for the check, and when my daughter calmly tried to explain our frustration, the server spoke over her and said, "I'm almost 50--I've been doing this since I was 17," which came across as rude and unprofessional. The food was good, but the lack of communication, attentiveness, and management involvement made this a disappointing experience.

I recommend going to Applebee's in Herkimer. My family and I eat there all the time. We really like it. I eat the steak every time I really like it. I drink the strawberry lemonade also.
