What happened to this place? For real! It used to be hit or miss, but these days it's just miss after miss after miss. Attention to detail is completely lacking. Subs with missing toppings, wrong toppings put on pizzas. Today they forgot my toppings and had to rebake the pizza, and it was so late and not even an apology. read more

Yesterday I ordered 2 tuna subs with lettuce and Swiss cheese and extra mayo, along with wings covered in hot sauce. The wings came naked and the subs didn't have any lettuce or extra mayo. read more

I love this place and the owner is a wonderful person for our community. I would leave five stars, but the service is slow (delivery times have routinely been over an hour) and the quality control on the food isn't great. Sometimes I'll get an order of chicken riggies that rivals any you'll get in central NY and other times they are dry (like they were left sitting on a pizza oven). One time this happened and had plastic that had dried and broken over the top of my pasta making it inedible. read more

UNSAFE cutting pizza on foil left slivers into the pizza this is for school event. Called to speak to a manager was introduced rudely as this is the manager no name I told her what happened she refused a refund as I was picking the slivers out of the pizzas was rude hung up on me. This could have hurt a kid or even worse. Absolutely worse service and honestly the pizza looks and feels terrible. Health department will be called next. read more

EI ordered a ppizza from Franco's this morning. I asked how long, (45 min.) and how much including delivery, $22.00. The pizza came an hour and a half later and the delivery person said it was a higher amount, than what I was quoted. What gives Franco's????? read more

Called to order a pizza and wings to pickup and was told to call back in a half hour to place an order because they were too busy. I've never had a business tell me to call them back so I can eat their food. Never again. read more

Best pizza in town! HEY it's a compliment to the place if you gotta wait! Don't mind waiting because it's that good. Not to mention all the great stuff they do for the community! Got a large sausage and pepper and antipasta with house Italian dressing. Pizza crust was devine, toppings cooked perfect, no hard peppers! and the antipasta had everything you want in a real one, house dressing was devine! Tolerable pie if you don't feel like driving to Little Falls to do Ed's Pizza (which is a 4-5 star pizzaria); but they screw up the order here at least 50% of the time, maybe more. My brother had been buying pizza at another restaurant in town. After less than satisfying results, he opted to try frankos pizzeria in illion. No complaints about the pizza it was delicious. The anti- pasta left much to be desired. It should be sold as a lettuce salad with a few pieces of meat and cheese, and a couple of sliced cherry tomatoes. Last night my brother ordered mushroom stew. What he got was flavorless zitti with a piece of mushroom, and a piece of chicken. Everything was Dry, tasteless, and inedible. Angry he called and explained the problem. He was told " it would be taken care of in 30 minutes. That was 5 hours ago. I guess keeping customers is not your top priority. We were probably the last to dine in that night and they treated us like we were the first. Came in an hour before closing didn't know what they had mulled over the menu and forgot to include drinks so already we're customers who don't have their stuff together. They were pleasant, fast and patient with us. The food was good we took a chance on some "Everything Wings" and it paid off The subs were huge couldn't finish them in one sitting. read more

We ordered a large EBA last night. It was the best pizza we have in Ilion, ever...!!!! The ingredients were so fresh, the taste was amazing. We have eaten pizza from here before and it is good, but this one was fantastic. Keep up the good work folks and replicate this pie every time and I will go to no other place. Thanks. read more

AMAZING PIZZA .... in the scariest mall ever! Took us a while to figure out how to get in the door, but we do not regret our stop there. Ordered a small garlic pizza with pineapple and bacon .... soooo amazing!!! So sad not to see more people in there. read more

My husband and I have been regular customers for a long time. We will never order from them again. The behavior of the owner, and others, Thursday night was unbelievable. Boy Scout Troop 9, of Ilion, were trying to set up for their yearly BBQ (their major fundraiser). Boy Scouts is a not-for-profit organization. She came out yelling about losing business (the BBQ lasts a day and a half), safety concerns, etc. they surrounded the sand the scouts were spreading with their cars. The scouts have a permit from the village. The village police and codes officer were called. It was determined the scouts could continue their setup. The ruckus she created was in front if the boys and their parents. Besides losing us as customers, she lost many others. Her behavior was beyond the pale. I'm especially sorry the boys had to witness this sad affair. She set a very bad example for the boys. read more

This restaurant has a great menu! Not just you typical pizza place. It has great wings with a lot of great flavors to choose from! The pizza is delicious and they have some really great combinations to choose from! I would recommend this place for anyone that is visiting or currently lives in Ilion. read more

The looks of their pizza wasn't very appetizing, although it was good but not the best. The drink coolers wasn't completely stocked so didn't have a lot of options. I'll go there again just not for awhile read more
