Unfortunately, a few years ago, the previous owner sold the business and they have gone downhill ever since. I had accepted the change, BUT, have changed to much now. They have gone the way of other shops that do not cut the bun completely in half, rather just cut it open so 1/4 of the sandwich is just bun--nothing else. They change their oil recipe which isn't as good as the original, the buns are different, they have cut back so much on their meats and other ingredients, don't put put on the things you ask for, like tomatoes(See pictures). AND, they have almost doubled the price of their subs. What a disappointment! Even Subway has better subs now, and that's not saying much....

Placed order through app as I was laid up and had a family pick it up. App indicated it would be available for pick up. 20 minutes later no meal and family member was told they would start working on it. After watching people leave with their food after they came in (15 minutes later) still no food and was told they would start making it. I called and got nothing but excuses. Would have been better to order in store. To top it off I was give a single cookie rather than 5 dollar loaf when asked about it they had no clue what it was but looked nothing like photo. A single foot long 5 dollar cookie a single cookie does not make. I called back as I wanted the difference back and it rings and rings only to indicate VM not set up. Not a good experience
