We started buying pizza and wings from Market Street at the height of covid and never had a bad experience but it has been about 3 years of ordering other places, trying different types of pizza. Today we decided try them again and the pizza was fantastic, just the right amount of toppings, crispy crust and browned just right. The wings were larger than most and wer absolutely delicious. Needless to say we will be ordering from Market Street more often. They were also very polite on the phone and in person. And no, I am not related to them and outside of picking up pizza do not know them.

The pricing is moderate here. The place is order at the counter and there is table seating to enjoy your food in house. There is parking on-street in front of the business and off-street parking along the right side of the building, much easier actually to park in the lot since W Main St can get very busy. I stopped in at Pizzalano very recently for takeout. I ordered a Slice of Cheese Pizza for in house and for takeout, the Baked Zili ($14.30 plus tax) with One Meatball (add $2.30 plus tax), served with side salad and bread. The slice of Cheese Pizza was reheated in the oven and given to me to enjoy as I waited for the Baked Ziti to go. The hot pizza slice had a thin firm crust with no thick edge & screen bottom, minimal red sauce and ample browned melted cheese, pretty decent. The Baked Ziti with salad and bread was all set in about 20 minutes after ordering. I headed back to the house to enjoy my takeout dinner. The good portion of ziti (penne) was cooked soft smothered in red sauce & cheeses and topped with a modest amount of mozzarella cheese, firm meatball on top. The side salad had crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions & green peppers, dressing cup on the side. The white Italian bread and butter was typical. Overall, the food was pretty good and the staff was pleasant.

I was excited for this place to open because I knew they owners would take great care in their food…read moreand service. Oh was I so very right!! I never review a restaurant after my first visit because I like to try different foods and I test for consistency. First: Prices. Excellent prices!! Very affordable which is very rare to see with the current economy. The affordable prices do not decrease the quality or quantity of food you get. You will NOT leave hungry and you will get 100% fresh food every time. Second: Atmosphere. I always loved the atmosphere in the building. All the natural wood look almost as if you are in a log cabin. Very home-like atmosphere that creates a very comfortable environment. Lastly the food: First time and second time we ordered the pizza special. Large one topping pizza and 10 wings. This was the consistency test. The pizza sauce flavor was astronomical! Very unique with a ton of flavors. The blend creates heaven in your mouth. I'm not sure if they make their own ranch, but the ranch had a very good flavor that I have never had before. We ordered the everything wings with the special. I am a saucy guy, I really dislike when places barely put any sauce on the wings or in the dish. Two brothers was perfect!! Plenty of sauce on the wings and plenty in the box to dip the wings into as well. The wing sauce was also very unique and full of flavor. Third time we went we tried the cheeseburger, tenders, and mozzarella sticks. The cheeseburger comes with lettuce tomato and onions on it and a side of fries. Let me tell you, there is nothing better than fresh cut fries. Most places will give you some frozen version of fries which just do not hit the mark, but Two Brothers is better than most. They serve you fresh cut, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned french fries. The cheeseburger is huge! Like I said before, you will NOT leave hungry. They were both perfectly cooked and full of flavor. A good burger is like a good steak, if it is cooked and seasoned good enough, it shouldnt need sauce. Once again Two Brothers delivers there too. No need to add anything else to spoil the tremendous flavor of their burgers. The mozzarella are very great sized. You are getting a big and fresh stick, none of these puny frozen sticks that most places give. Once again, Two Brothers hit with their sauce. The marinara they used was very unique to anything I have had and was very flavorful. The only downfall with it was the sauce was runnier than other marinara sauces and was hard to keep on the mozzarella stick. Lastly, the tenders. I bought these for my toddler, but i could have eaten them as my meal because of their size. Chicken can be hard to get right. I have had places with dry chicken, or weird tendon pieces in it. But Two Brothers did it again with their quality. Perfectly good where you get a nice crunch on the outside, but then the chicken on the inside melts in your mouth. Overall, Two Brothers is an absolute must if you are in the Dolgeville area. Even if you aren't, it is worth the travel.

For food, they offer traditional & specialty New Haven style pizzas (15" & 18" pies), pizza slices when available, calzones, salads, soups, chicken wings, fried foods, hot grinders, cold subs, pasta dinners, desserts and cold drinks. The prices seem reasonable. I stopped by Ferro's Cucina recently for dinner. I ordered the Chicken Riggies ($20 plus tax) which came with salad and bread and a Homemade Chocolate Cookie ($3 plus tax). I ordered it to go initially, but when the chicken riggies plate came out, it was plated for dine-in and the salad was in a to go box. I quickly decided to dine-in since I still had another hour to drive. The Chicken Riggies was a decent portion of al dente cooked rigatoni pasta, spicy tomato cream sauce, peppers, onions, and tender pieces of chicken. The sauce had a slight sour taste, but otherwise a good regional pasta dish with a thick slice of Italian bread from a long loaf. The salad had mixed field greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, dressing cup on the side. The homemade chocolate chip cookie was dense, soft and chewy, very sweet with plenty of chocolate chips. I would return to try their pizza, but I would order a fresh pie since the pizza slices they had around 5pm looked like they were sitting out a long time.

I called late afternoon same day for an early dinner reservation as I had a hankering for something good. They were able to accommodate so off I went. When I arrived I did not know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large casual establishment. I was seated immediately by a very warm and friendly server, and given menus to look over. I was torn over so many starters that I decided to have them as a meal along with their well known pizza. I ordered the calamari fritti, the eggplant stack the Italian nachos and a wood fired Margherita pizza. While I waited, I was given some good bread as well as some tomato pie and it was all so tasty. The portions here are generous and I had to take a good amount home. No complaints here though as it was all delish. I can only imagine how good my leftovers will be next day. This eatery is solid and what a nice place for some good Italian food!
