Do not under buy countertops from this company. Don't buy anything from them…read more I bought a double-sink bath vanity from this company, with a Carrara white quartz top. Within 4-5 months, cloudy spots formed on the surface. My granite/quartz cleaner didn't help, nor did regular soap and water. The company suggested I use a 3000-grit sandpaper to remove the spots, which I was reluctant to do. I got consultations from two countertop restoration experts in my area (Rose Restoration and Counter Culture) - one who saw the counter in person, one who saw pictures - and they both said the spots were hard-water stains. They also said high-quality quartz does NOT do this. (Indeed, I've got Silestone quartz in my kitchen that's 20+ years old and looks better than my bath counter looked after 5 months.) I sent many pictures to Water Creation and complained about the poor quality. They said their product team had tested their quartz with water and didn't see permanent staining, so it couldn't be water stains. Even though I've had two experts say they are hard-water spots, and the spots are in a pattern that resemble water spots - with many small ones around the sink and faucet area. I've used no harsh cleaners or abrasives on the sink. But they seem to think I'm lying and refused to honor their one-year warranty, which protects against damage from normal use and manufacturer defects. Also, the counter has since developed scratches along the surface, seemingly from a couple of plastic baskets I keep there for toiletries. Water Creation's website advertises quartz as being durable, low maintenance, and stain resistant. It's absolutely unacceptable for it to be scratching and staining from normal use within a few months. It's doubly unacceptable for this company to advertise a warranty and then refuse to honor it by implying that I must have done something to abuse the counter - especially when I have evidence they are water stains and they have no evidence of abuse. But they're the ones who decide if they need to honor their warranty or not, so they can just gaslight customers and go on their merry way. I do like the cabinet part of the vanity, but apparently it's just particle board and will get damaged by water as well (I learned this from reading another review and seeing pictures). Just don't buy from these people. Their countertops are low quality, their warranty is a joke, and they don't stand behind their products.

Had very high hopes after experiencing several very snobby places where the employees walk around…read morewith high heels and fancy drinks, but won't show you a piece of rock without an appointment or a contractors license. Then they won't give you a price without an installer. Arizona was quite different, they show you this consistent and beautiful piece of stone for a fantastic price, but the surprise comes when you agree to purchase one of the many to be seen. They said, "those are all sold at $1560 each, but I have these for $3000 each. I compared the $1560 pieces an the $3000 pieces and no one (not even the sales rep) could tell the difference. Only the price. The rep said come back in a week and we'll have 10 additional pieces of new stock. We returned the following week and I immediately noticed the many he'd said were already sold were still on display as he brought out the new stock which barely resembled the other. The rep showed me the contract to place stone on hold which clearly stated that sold stock would be removed from the showroom floor (yet it wasn't). It's clear to me they keep the beautiful rock for viewing only, so as to bait and switch buyers either into buying the ugl/inconsistent stone or doubling the price for the other. In the contract they show they only will hold stone for 30 days, so I asked the rep to tell me how long the 12 beautiful $1560 he'd claimed were on hold had been on hold. He became perplexed and frustrated claiming the company wasn't doing anything unfair (which only confirmed that's what they were being). Arizona clearly protects their biggest buyers by hoarding the finest stones, plus they keep only the finest stones to view, not to purchase by small time customers. What a racket, sad. se

One was easier to see but was very dirty from being outside so couldn't be inspected for damages. The other was sandwiched in between multiple other slabs so you could only see the top 5 inches or so of a 5'x 4' slab. But they wouldn't move it out to see unless you guaranteed to buy one of them (which you couldn't see) with a $100 deposit. So to see the slab, it will cost you $100. If there is damage or the colors don't match your tile (which I had in hand to match), you're out $100? For checking? I've been to numerous stone places throughout the inland empire and in OC and have never come across this policy. Interesting indeed.
