I told her I did not want a NEW credit card, as I already have a Loft CC - and that I do not want her to 'ding' my credit. She assured me none of that was happening. But that is exactly what she did. Now I am unable to access both the old and the new accounts. The CC company nor Loft is able to access either. I have spent 2+ hours on the phone today trying to correct this. So far, I can not access my new (unasked for) account or the old. I am unable to pay the card. All because a sales associate told me something untrue. I will be canceling my card as soon as I pay it. And I doubt I will shop at loft again.

We don't live really close to it, but it's the closest store to us that sells streetwear brands. Seeing as I'm not made of money and expecting a baby, I diligently checked my bank account first and sure enough there it was, a debit for $33. The woman still wouldn't let me have my seat, even after showing her the charge on my bank account, and insisted I come back the next day so the manager could deal with it. She told me this happens a lot so I don't trust going back and using my card again, and I work a full day the next day and don't have more time to waste on this. Not only are your targeted clientele shopping at your store for a bargain because we're trying to save money, but we also don't appreciate being asked to charge our card twice when the money is already gone. my husband even tried calling and speaking to the owner only to be told the same thing. So I left without my seat and without my $33. I don't have infinite time to go back and forth to their hard-to-get-into location right off busy Main st, so it's unfortunate we couldn't come to a solution over the phone with the owner. Consider it a donation I guess, but I will never be back. Ridiculous!!

I'm a fan of Michael Kors and have many of his items. The quality of MK's items are always good and…read moreif there are any issues, the stores are always good to exhange it. I received a MK Satchel handbag and matching wrist for Christmas. After much thought, I decided the bag was too big and it would be more useful if it was smaller satchel bag. I brought my items to the MK store and ask if i could exchange. With little difficulty I was able to pick out 3 items that matched the value of my original purchase and walk out with a purse that was more suited for my day-to-day use. I wasn't able to get a full because the purchase was more than 3 months old; my boyfriend bought it in November for a Christmas/Birthday gift and we just moved. Hence I understood why it was a $ value exchange only. Overall the staff was friendly and quick to help me after I addressed my exchange request. With my Hamilton satchel, I got a gold & tortoise watch and keychain pouch. I am more than happy with my new purse and be back in the new Spring.

I didn't hear angels sing when I walked in, but it was pretty darn close. I adore Michael Kors. I think if he designed a potato sack to wear with the MK logo, I would think that it must be in because Mr. Kors says it is. This location does not sell clothes, but has all of the accessories, which is fine for me. I found the shoes I was looking for, and then another pair I had not seen. The associate was extremely helpful and attentive and told me where to go online to get another pair that they did not have in my size. She was so very nice, and seemed genuine---a great salesperson! After my purchase, I found myself perusing through the jewelry and some of the handbags and had to force myself to walk away, although after smelling the Michael Kors Amber perfume, I may have to treat myself to another visit in the next couple of days.
