I absolutely love that there is a Duluth location in Cary! I have been buying their clothes online…read morefor years and so enjoy that I can now shop in store. Duluth clothing is expensive but that is because it is going to last you FOREVER!! I'd rather pay a high price for an item one time than pay a low price for an item many times. I have worn my Duluth fleece jacket nearly every single day for the past 3 years and it is still good as new. I really like their Dry-On-The-Fly collection. I wore my Dry-On-The-Fly pants on a recent trip to Ireland and they were perfect for the damp days. The staff members in the store are super friendly and helpful. A lady even helped me find the Dry-On-The-Fly shorts in my size, she located them in the back room and saved me from ordering online.

The hangers do not have sizes on them and the tags are tucked into the pockets and sleeves of every item. Do you know how annoying it is to pull the tag out of every items pocket looking for the correct size? Nothing is organized by category or type of clothing, it's all just everywhere, which makes it incredibly infuriating to shop.

Large selection of clearance items which I like - you can snag a good deal. There shoe and bag selection seemed a little smaller than other stores but they actually had an area for you to sit and try shoes on - which I really like. Will definitely be back. I love Madewell and find them to be much better quality and price than their sister brand J Crew.

So far, I cannot complain much. But…read more.. It's got a wide array of suits, shirts and so on, but there are definite imperfections. For instance, I needed a formal black tie suit and a casual jacket outfit for a gala in July. The employee Javi was personable and knowledgeable, helping me put together colors, textures, et. al. And yet, a place of this obvious capability did not have a black shirt in my size. I only wear 17.5 by 34. A black shirt. This was a shirt I promptly and effortlessly purchased at Brooks Brothers later on. But Jos couldn't handle it? A simple black shirt? And then, they had to order a white shirt for me because they didn't have one of those either. A simple white shirt? Seriously? That's embarrassing. I am presently waiting a couple weeks for all alterations (some of which they were late with) and that one shirt to come in. Overall, it was a fine experience, leaving me with a great ensemble, but when they show their shortcomings, those shortcomings do shine. A.

A lot of miss communication in between crew leaders and employees. I was seen as less due to my age. I consider myself very down to learn! But every learning chance I got they won't extend it and I would never move forward through training. They care more about there sales than there employees. The store manager was super mean to me and kept giving me less and less hours of work, when I finally came forward on why this was happening, she said she does this because she puts her "best" employees first to get more hours. VERY UNFAIR. unfair to those who are willing to try there best. I thought I was the problem until I now have my new retail job and can fully say that the work environment at vineyard vines is awful! not teen, growing, friendly at all! My intention was to stay with them. But I couldn't work for a money hungry company and the only one who seemed to care about me and my growth was a crew leader named "Josh" he was the best. Other than that beware! don't work here. Only if you want to be pushed around and degraded. I'm now at a different retail store with co workers and a store manager that respects me.

She personally assisted us with shopping for appropriate dresses for a 8th Grader. Unfortunately we did not find a perfect fit, however, the selection at Dillards for evening gowns and Special Occasions is tremendous. Dillards has an abundance of designers, I just wish the price tags were reasonable.
