I contacted Sbragia Septic Service through Yelp, and Jonathon got back to me within a day. I had him out to inspect the septic system. They pumped the tank, and told me that the problem I was told about was a non-issue, but that the in and out flow of the tank were improper. He was able to come back the next day to fix both in and out flow, and get our septic system in a better place in short order. I was highly impressed by how detailed Jonathon was in explaining what was going on with our system, how quickly he was able to affect repairs, and also the information he was able to provide should we want to upgrade our system in the future.

The inspection revealed a crack in the baffle wall and a missing baffle intake. The work to repair these items was again done promptly and at a reasonable price. In the process, Jonathan did some additional sealing work at no extra charge and determined that some further potential work was unnecessary, thereby avoiding additional substantial costs. Jonathan inspires trust; was a pleasure to work with; did good work very efficiently; and left the area completely clean.
