The woman at the register was impatient with my mother whom was also elderly. I understand that especially if she was busy to an extent but to start verbally attacking her was a bit much. The register was also short on cash for some reason which makes no sense but again it was busy. The kicker was when the girl working the register told my elderly mother "thank you for being a horrible customer". If you're an employee you represent the company.
