This was a nice family owned/ mom n pop pizzeria that we located thru the Yelp app. It reminded me of a family owned bakery where the owner himself was in an apron and chef hat, Cooking the food and sure enough, he is the one that made our pie and subs. We ordered the cheese pizza and a tuna sub. The food was ready in 10 minutes. The pizza was very good and flavorful, we added some crushed peppers And garlic powder to enhance the flavor. The tuna sub was also very good. The hoagie bread was very light and fluffy. The sandwich was tasty. We enjoyed our food. Decided to try this place since it was close to the hotel. It was pretty tasty pizza. The sauce and toppings were good but the crust was a little tough once it started to get cool. But maybe it was because it was Christmas Eve. I will definitely try this place again and sit down and eat. I had a ham pepperoni and onion. Wow!! We were so lucky to find this gem online. We were traveling through and it had been a long trip. Pizza always makes it better. We didn't have a menu so I called in a medium pep and a chicken philly based on other reviews. We got there and our food was hot and ready to go. Gennaro was super nice! Best crust we've had in a long time. Sub was huge Enough food for two people, two meals. And,btw, the pizza was amazing cold the next morning- a true sign of a good pie. We will definitely be back, in fact my husband tried to talk me into it the next day on our way home. Yes, it's that good. The pizza was 4-5 stars. We really enjoyed the white broccoli pizza, one of the best I've had. The plain pizza was quite good too. However, I probably wouldn't go back to dine in, but would order takeout. The atmosphere was dark and dingy and old. The (assumed) husband and wife owners were not very friendly or welcoming. They had a remarkably limited selection of drinks. It sucks when places add a surcharge if you use a card to pay. I had to ask them to turn on the lights in the dining area. In summary, lousy atmosphere, low par service....but delicious pizza. read more

I love this place! The owner is so sweet and friendly! The pizza is so delicious! It's in a good location between the valley and hazleton. It's a quiet little place. Seems great for kids. Hands down the best pizza in the area, well at least if you're from the Philly area anyway. Dinners are also good, though seem to be from frozen suppliers.
