It was cold outside, so Mom and I got soup. Pricey for soup! Lobster bisque was $8 for a small carryout container. Italian Wedding Soup was $6.75, same size container. Soups were tasty but not worth the price. Plain cheese 12 inch pizza was $12. It was very tasty--perfect sauce and cheese balance, and excellent crust--but not a good deal. Don't care for Styrofoam carryout containers--they're terrible for the environment. Staff are friendly and attentive. They welcome visitors upon entry. There is limited seating, so it seems like a better establishment for carryout than for eating inside. A little challenging to enter and exit during busy times and with multiple intersections in such close proximity. The old signage on a wall from previous business is nice, giving a vintage feel. More of that, please! It's pleasing to the eyes while waiting for food. Bench seating is comfortable. Offer some great deals, loyalty card, or something to offset the price points. Entice carryout customers with specials, e.g. two-fors or buy one get one for a percentage off. People always enjoy a bargain! Bring cash to pay. read more

This was a nice find while traveling. It's very casual, but that was perfect for me as I was traveling alone and just wanted to find something good to eat! I enjoyed a small antipasto salad that was very large. I had ordered 2 slices of pizza, and could only eat one, so the guy at the front desk of the hotel lucked out. Always have great food from here!! They have one of the best taco pizzas around! We've gotten it for years! It's definitely a favorite! The service is great, and the owner is the nicest person! I was actually surprised to learn he was the owner, he works the same positions as everyone else he employees, I think it's extremely admirable that the owner is doing the exact same job he expects from everyone else. I wish them the best of luck at their new location, which is in a easier to access spot, and maybe a few hundred feet away from where they are now! read more

valley pizza is a nice little pizza joint. the food and atmosphere are both fantastic. there is a lot of sports memorabilia in the restaurant, and they have a nice fish tank with pretty fish. menu is limited to pizza, subs, salad, and the rest is all deep fried stuff. Don't order a buffalo chicken calzone because they will give you a bbq buffalo (whatever that is) chicken calzone instead. This calzone is the worst thing by far that I have ever eaten and when I called back to try and get the right order they yelled at me and tried to tell me I was wrong. We wanted some quick and local food on our way back from the poconos and valleys pizza came through! The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain everything as my wife and I have some allergies. Our friends got the pizza and raved about it, my wife and In laws ordered the Stromboli which was delicious and I got the antipasti salad and the wings which both were phenomenal! We Yelped on our way thru PA coming back from NYC to Ohio and found this lovely pizza & cheesesteak shop. The owner was so very sweet (called me honey which I love) and was very friendly and attentive. The portions are huge and yummy! We got the Stromboli & Cheesesteak, both were excellent! Just returned from Valley Pizza, totally disgusted with the service. We took our two grandsons out for dinner and made the mistake of going to this place. We placed our order (chicken wings for one Grandson, pizza for the other, meatball sandwich for the Wife and a chicken club for me). We waited twenty five minutes before the wings and pizza came, at that time we were told the sandwiches would be right out. Three groups came in after us and were served ahead of us. Enough time passed that one of the couples were served, finished their meal and left and we still weren't served. We waited an additional twenty minutes when the waitress brought the meatball sandwich and told me that the cook had made a chicken parm sandwich instead of the chicken club. She asked me if I still wanted the club and I told he to bring me the chicken parm sandwich and forget the club. The sandwich had bland tomato sauce and three small pieces of chicken.
