The staff is professional & extremely welcoming. The restaurant is beautiful & charming. They even have a copper pizza oven!! The Chef's wife makes a fresh sourdough bread that is delicious even without the fresh olive oil they normally they serve with it! We started with salads which were delicious & very fresh & crisp!! The chef had prepared us a special meal of fresh vegetables with a light wine sauce with spaghetti. Truly outstanding! We shared a lovely coconut sorbet that was a perfect way to end this amazing dinner! Thank you so much for making my birthday dinner extra special. I then called and asked for a refund and they started out cordial, but they only wanted to refund me for 1 of the pizzas. I then kindly asked for the whole order to be refunded because I didn't want to eat from a restaurant that allows bugs in their food. One of my daughters is non verbal and easily could've consumed that if we didn't spot it. Long story short, they wanted to come pick up the pizzas and bring me 2 new ones. I tried to explain that I would not want to eat from a place that has bugs in their food. I asked to speak to the owner, and the owner decided it was better to be frazzled and be in a high emotional state instead of speaking to me in a calm and respectful manner as I did with them. I didn't plan on posting this, but when you can't just have the decency to refund a $40ish dollar order when YOU'RE the one who's wrong, I figured it's best people know what they're getting themselves into.

And they didn't tell us the price of the special before and I should have asked. But I've never had a 50 dollar swordfish that's why I didn't ask. It's always busy there and it's good now, not great. The sauce changed since I last went. I would give it one more chance.
