No cheese. No croutons. Nothing but lettuce and dressing--the saddest little leafy situation imaginable. At this joint, you'll want to read the menu very closely, because apparently, words like "hot sub" don't necessarily imply the presence of something as wildly adventurous as cheese. It's best not to make assumptions about what comes with your sandwich. If the menu doesn't explicitly say cheese, lettuce, seasoning, flavor, or perhaps even basic enthusiasm, you'd better assume it's not making an appearance.
