Justino's is our local pizza sho and the only one that delivers- a huge plus, in my eyes. The pizza is good but fairly inconsistent. A couple of times recently, we've received our pizzas with very very dark brown bottoms-- with some black spotting. Other times I feel like our pizza has been underdone. We've had their pizzas, stromboli, calzones and a couple of appetizers. I believe that they have changed cheeses recently. Whatever they're using now is so much better than what they were using before. My only gripe with Justino's is something not limited to them. I won't order subs or sandwiches from places that make their own rolls from pizza dough. Ugh. I think they're horrible, soft, doughy messes. I want a substantial roll from a bakery that has the right kind of crusty outside and these pizza rolls just don't cut it. read more

Ok, when you hit 2 stars on yelp two stars states "Could've been better." This couldn't be more perfect. But first let me start out by saying the day I was there they were busting their balls. They were super busy so I give them a pass for that. This is my first time there and they seem like a very hard working family so kudo's to them and god love them. I ordered a Pizza, sandwich and Moz sticks. The reason I always get Moz sticks when I visit a new pizza joint is bc I want to taste just their sauce which you get with the Moz sticks. The sauce was very watery and bland. Their pizza has a fairly wide crust which I don't mind at all. But if your going to have that type of crust, I suggest you baked it a little longer. My pie was doughy and lacked a fair amount of cheese.(which someone else also posted) And again, the pizza was bland, with very little taste, and no crisp whatsoever. I hate reviews like this bc they seem like a great family and they are in a small quiet town. I'm hoping they try and improve bc I really want to come back. We used to love justinos when we moved here 14 years ago, however we stopped ordering from them because the last several times the crust was burnt, the pizza arrived cold even though we only live a mile from them and now we found multiple other shops in our area that now deliver so Justinos is no long our only choice. On the several occasions we picked up our order rather than have it delivered I saw employees go from handling cash to handling food and messing with their hair, sneezing or coughing and answer the phone and returning to food prep and again not washing their hands. read more

After placing an order around 7pm on a friday night, i finally recieved my food at about 8:15. If the wait wasnt so long i would definitely give this business 5 stars. The food however was amazing. I got a meat lovers boli and bacon cheddar fries. The fries werent crunchy but had that boardwalk appeal, and the perfect amount of cheddar and bacon. Ordered a Stromboli at the store to carryout and got home (not even a mile down the road) and all of the meat inside was cold. My fiance called and she was pretty much told to bad. I then called and again they were refusing to do anything, after arguing with them they told me to bring the remainder in to get a refund. When I got to the shop they refused to give me the refund they told me they would give me. I've never seen such poor customer service, we will never be ordering from Justino's again. read more
