My husband and I have enjoyed every experience we've had at Two Cousins Stevens! We live locally and it's the perfect spot. Whether it's their lunch specials or classic dinners, we always have a great meal and an even better experience. Take out is also amazing (they have a drive through pick up window) and we love getting food delivered every once in a while. I have use this restaurant for for personal and business orders. I can't say enough good things about them. The food is always delicious. The delivery is always on time. Their bread is very very good. I recently use them for a church service honoring the fallen police, fire and first responders in PA. They provided the hoagies for us. They were outstanding. Great pizza, amazing appetizers, and to die for fried dough with cannoli cream. Love that after the first time you call, they have your info stored. So when I call scheduling delivery is a breeze. The grilled chicken was good, but I wish it had offered me the choice for Caesar dressing or already was dressed in it. Traditionally, Caesar salad is pre-dressed in Caesar dressing. Haven't been there at all this year. Used to frequent for takeout, but after getting my order wrong probably 7 out of 10 times I'd had enough. I'd order, they'd repeat to me and it was correct. I'd get charged for what I ordered, but when I got home and opened it it was wrong. I want to eat now, not place another order, wait 30 minutes, spend another 20 minutes round trip driving there and back. Enough is enough! Riviera or Zia's are now my go to. No problems at all, good quality, ready when they say it will be, and I get what I ordered and paid for. read more

This place is amazing! My group of 6 showed up 45 min before closing time, got seated immediately, ordered, and the food came in probably 10-15 minutes. Incredibly amazing service. Absolutely love it here. The food is amazing. I highly recommend getting the garlic knots. The bread that they use for their sandwiches, especially the pizza steaks is mouthwatering. We had a waitress named Ashley and she was very friendly and fast. This place has a drive thru if you don't want to eat in. So convenient. I recommend eating in though. I've only really ever had their Pizza and Salad, but their pizzas are good and reasonably priced. The crust is crisp and tasty, they put a generous amount of cheese and toppings. For dine-in, their place is comfortable and clean. For take-out, they have a drive-thru window with is a big plus for me. There are a few good local pizza places, but 2cuz does not lose out to any of them. read more

It made a huge difference in the taste of the meal. It's rare to find crisp, fresh vegetables at a pizza joint. It's a relief to find a pizza place that offers vegan cheese. At other pizza places, the music was too loud and obnoxious to make dining in a pleasant experience. In contrast, Two Cousins Pizza Ephrata had pleasant music at a low volume, allowing us to converse comfortably. The service was excellent. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, and the manager even came out to greet us. We're enjoying leftover pizza and salad for lunch today. The great thing about leftovers with fresh ingredients is that you can reheat them the next day and they still taste great. Considering that we'll get 6 meals out of this, the prices are incredible. It's not worth my time to buy, clean, and chop all the veggies, make the pizza, and then find out that it doesn't taste as good as the pizza from Two Cousins Ephrata. Forget about frozen pizza. They're way too expensive and don't taste as good. If you want a pizza, head to Two Cousins in Ephrata. They even have a drive-up window. I apologize that the picture isn't better. Because, if this restaurant choose to stick to those who had reservations, only; I feel there would have been ample parking available. I would have preferred to sit downstairs, dimmed lighting, wooden beams and overall, cozier feel. Yeah, I should have spoken up as to where I would have preferred to sit, but now I'm feeling slighted, by the lack of courtesy shown towards someone, who had the foresight to make a reservation in advance. Upstairs we went - bright lights, white table cloths, nothing cozy or hinting of Valentine's Day. That's okay, I'm thinking; the food will be good. A crock of onion soup, as a starter - perfect, actually, not too salty, caramelized onions, bubbly broiled cheese, savory onion broth, no complaints here. Medium-well prime rib, served raw, with a butter knife, no accompanied horseradish and over-cooked potato slices, undercooked zucchini. I sent it back to the kitchen. The same steak came back to me (not a new one), thirty minutes later, with the proper steak knife and horseradish. My husband's entree of five smallish scallops - decorated by halved, charred brussel sprouts on either side, looked more like an appetizer. This meal burned a huge, unimpressive hole in our wallet.

For as pricey an option as this is ($100+ for our two meals), the food was not up to par. I got my usual NY Strip ($39), with garlic mashed potatoes, and a Caesar Salad. I also ordered a crock of Onion Soup ($7). The salad was good, but the rest less so. My steak was a bit underdone (ordered medium). I actually prefer somewhere between medium and medium-rare, but this was too rare to cut easily with their knives, and you wound up tearing it back and forth. My steak also had a huge strip of gristle on the side. This is normal for a NYS, but this piece was excessive. The garlic mashed potatoes were also very gummy for some reason. Tasted fine, just very sticky and gummy consistency. Soup was good, and the fresh-baked rolls with dinner were also very good. Best part of the meal, honestly. My fellow diner got the Surf and Turf with the broiled crab cake option ($59), a baked potato, and steamed green beans. Now, maybe this crab cake differs from their usual "Maryland" crab cake, but it was very dry in comparison, and considerably smaller than in the past. It was fine, but they used to be spectacular. Potato was fine, but the green beans were barely, and i mean BARELY cooked. I get that steamed fresh green beans are lightly cooked, and expect it, but these were, frankly, all but raw. Worse, a third of them still had the stems on them. I seldom go here -- it's kind of a treat for me -- but when I do, I go with high expectations. I expect my bill is going to be high, but I expect a corresponding high standard for the food. For the first time, they have failed to deliver on the latter.

great great great food! We dined in and our server was great! Second time there and we decided to try the new risottos despite what the previous gentleman said about his buttery risotto. I must say they were amazing we had 3 different kinds and the other people in our group had pizza. I must say we were all pleased with the quality and quantity we got and the service was great! Definitely a must go to and this is for sure our to go place now for all our italian food needs. Pizza is what you expect from the average Pizza place around. However, their subs can't be beat! Their bread is amazing. Good food, friendly service! Recommend! The garlic bread is terrific. Service is sometimes great...and I tip well. Other times horrible...and I barely tipped. The people behind the counter always seem very friendly and helpful, but I know good help is hard to find. The staff is so friendly. You are greeted when u arrive and thanked when you leave.The food is delicious. You can't go wrong with any of their pizzas. Love that the bread is made in house fresh daily. So is the fresh mozzarella they use on their Margarita pizza. Their cheesesteaks are really good too and you get a lot of food for the money.
