I have had this experience EVERY time in the past few visits to this location. Lady at the window in front of me is having a heck of a time getting a correct order. The cashier sounds like she does not comprehend what sliced bread for a sandwich is. I'm waiting for a Sip Club beverage. Still waiting. I often go inside, but that's sometimes a long wait--yes, even for only a Sip Club beverage. And when I inquired at counter, I receive a dumbfounded expression. This is after I see "It's ready" on order status screen. Two stars are for the quality of food and beverages in general at Panera Bread.
