Oh gosh, it's been here for such a long time and this is the first time I've stopped by. The interior is nice and clean with some bamboo theme going on. They have selective pastries but probably all of my favorites. I wanted to pick up a loaf of bread and the girl there recommended the multigrain bread. Oh my, I ate half a loaf by myself and I need more! I didn't get to try their coffee menu but definitely will the next time. It's a great place for meeting up with friends, study or just to chill out. read more

The lady here can be so rude. She'll say something if you are sitting at a table by yourself or don't buy enough things the drinks and bread are subpar anyways. Also, can't use a card if you don't spend at least $5 read more

Duluth and the surrounding areas are rife with "bakery cafes" that offer decent coffee and frustratingly bland packaged pastries plopped into little baskets. Vincent is totally one of them. The good news is that the atmosphere is quiet, pleasant and relaxing. There are plenty of tables at which to sit, so you could conceivably stay here for hours and get some work done. Also, there is plenty of breathable air. So what more could you want? Oh, I don't know, how about a pastry that actually tastes like something? I got a chocolate muffin here and deeply regretted it. It was a big, fluffy, dark brown thing that looked like it should have at least a hint of cocoa flavor, but it was almost completely devoid of it. It had a strangely rubbery, bubbly texture, but practically no moisture. Imagine, if you will, a sponge -- not a sponge cake, a sponge -- served in a muffin cup, and you will have a good idea of what I'm talking about. Remember what I said about the numerous bakery cafes that serve bland pastries? I recommend visiting one of the other ones. read more

This is going to be a very short review.. anyways, I came here with my sister, Crystal H, mom and uncle. My mom and uncle got the regular coffee, my sister got a bun with butter cream in it and I got the custard bread which is definitely da bomb! Custard Cream Bun ($1.49) - tastes delicious and the texture of the bread is so moist!! Loving it!! 5/5 stars for the taste!! Butter Cream Bun ($1.49) - tastes good.. just too buttery for my taste. Still tastes good, though. Very creamy!! 4/5 stars for the taste and texture of the bread and cream!! Regular "hot" Coffee - unsure about the price but I'm not a big "hot" coffee drinker. This location is pretty nice, too. The girl that was working there on this day (08/20/2014) was really friendly and polite. I was so glad it wasn't some bitchy, mean, stuck-up "b" like all the other Korean bakeries in Georgia *won't name specifics*. That girl made my day!! I was a happy person that day! read more

I just love Korean bakeries and this one is as close to my heart as many other ones. I have stopped by for sweet breads and my dad is especially enamored of the cranberry/nut bread (it's some dried berry and nut combo) and has requested it several times, especially if we are leaving nearby What the Pho? Macarons are also pretty good. I haven't had drinks, so I cannot comment on the quality. The only downside is that this bakery is not as lively as some of the other ones on Pleasant Hill. read more

I wish these Korean bakeries didn't all have typical American or French names, I get confused until I come on Yelp to learn that these are all Korean bakeries, lol. I've always seen Vincent Bakery as I pass to go to Super H. I finally decided to come here and take my kids. I love the variety of bakery goodies, makes me miss my favorite Korean bakery, Ha Roo Baghn which closed down :( It's a nice casual place to hang out for college students. I ordered the green and red bean bun for hubby and he enjoyed it. My daughter actually thinks their macaroons are the best she's ever had, read more

This is my favorite Korean bakery in the metro Atlanta area. They have another location in Johns Creek that I visit on a regular basis. They have a good variety of breads and pastries. IMO, I think their bread is the tastiest out of everyone. But I will say that their cakes are not the best. (Hansel & Gretel have the best cakes hands down.) The bubble tea here is done much better than other Korean bakeries I've tried. For the best bubble teas, go when Elise or Soohyun are working. All the taro bubble teas I've had made by one of these ladies has been on point. Their paht-bing-soo (shaved ice) is really great here as well. They don't skimp on the toppings. The decor and ambiance is very nice. I love coming here and catching up with friends. Another huge plus is that Vincent's prices are lower than the other Korean bakeries. All in all, I love it here and will definitely visit when in the area. read more

From the different cafes that are in this area, I honestly prefer coming here just because their coffee is pretty darn good, they have awesome bread loafs, and their "shaved ice dessert" is the perfect dessert for the hot summer weather we're having right now. Also the workers are great at speaking both English and Korean, so they made speaking and ordering my drinks/desserts really easy! The workers are also really nice and they hold great conversations about which drinks and snacks are the best. I think their cakes are very nice looking and perfect for special occasions. For the most part, service is amazing and great, as well as the atmosphere of the cafe. So stop looking around and make sure to order their bubble teas and shaved ice desserts! read more

This place is cute and cozy with plenty of seating and table space. There's two huge sitting areas for big groups. I come in here to get some work done, and I noticed there were plenty of others who were as well - so to me, it's a great place to study since I don't feel like I'm taking up space or needing to escape others. Only downfall is that there is only one outlet, so sharing that isn't very easy. While I personally haven't tried a lot of the bakery goods, I'm a fan of their tea. Their bubble tea prices are generally lower than other boba cafes and there's usually a ton of tapioca bubbles in my teas! read more

Cute little bakery, they always greet me when I walk in. They are so polite! I love the macarons, they have several flavors. The atmosphere is quiet and I see a lot of students doing their homework there. read more

The issue is the double-standard set not to treat American customers how he cashier treats Korean customers. When I leave the store cashier says nothing, if a Korean customer leaves they speak quickly and tell them thank you. I'd appreciate a business that cares about the customers of the nation it wants to be a part of. Not just the customers from a country it's not in any longer. read more

Yes. All of the fresh baked goods are delicious, but I'm here to talk about the French macaroons: on point. The macaroons were so light and gooey and flavorful, but they're not a million dollars like most bakeries. You can get a lovely gift box with several for $15. Good stuff. read more

This place is down the street from Hmart and across from Arby's, so it competes with the other Korean bakeries in the 5 minute radius of Hmart. Plenty of parking available in the lot shared with other plaza establishments. Their interior is dark and quiet, making this a perfect place if you want to study or get some work. I like their tables against the sides since outlets are a plus for those with laptops. Price-wise, the baked goods are about 20-50cents more than their counterparts. If you plan to stay for a bit however, this justifies the markup. They have some interesting baked goods different from other Korean bakeries I have seen. I also like their wide variety of drinks - tea, coffee, bubble tea, smoothies. Their cake is a-ok. The fresh cream is tasty and light but the cake itself did not impress. I always wonder how long they have been sitting in the counter. The employees are polite and efficient in filling orders. If I was Korean, this place would be like a second home to me. Free wifi, plenty of seating. read more

Hm... Not a huge fan. Some boss lady there was pretty dang rude, sort of like she just ate something bad and can't find a bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this place. Plenty of other (better) places to go. read more

Highly recommend to go to the Vincent Bakery. The owner she is super nice. I love to eat blackberry blueberry tiramisu , green tea tiramisu, egg tarts! read more

Under new management and service is superb and coffee taste good. It is nice place to hang out for study as well. Saw so many students studying for exams when I was there on Saturday after having lunch at the restaurant in same shopping center. Definitely will return here in near future. read more

Meh the macrons are ok and the marble pound was super dray and pretty flavorless. Just went because I was super hungry while waiting to get my nails done read more

Wow! Talk about prejudice. I walked into this cafe on a Sunday afternoon looking for some nice sweets to take home and share with my wife. When I entered, I got no greeting from the young lady at the counter. So I said hello but got no response. She had a look of disgust on her face as if she didn't want me in the place. I was made t feel very uncomfortable. After looking around briefly I walk out. I am an African American and I hardly ever have issues relating to race. This day seemed to be an exception. Not to worry though. I'll make sure to never go near this establishment again. read more

The pastries were great, especially the mochi. The service is okay, but not super friendly, so if you're looking for chit chat then this might not be your place. If you just want to meet friends for a quick drink and tasty treat them try them out... Very quiet too! read more

If you hate the crowd at other Korean bakeries then this is the place for you. It is quieter and more adults hang out here. There's the usual Korean bakery fare including the hard-to-find croissant/danish filled with creamy custard that's really very good. read more

A great small quaint bakery that has an excellent atmosphere for bringing your laptop or having a quiet chat with a friend. The bakery selection and prices are acceptable. I'm not a regular but I do come here once in a while. read more

I love bakeries and cafes just as much as the next person, but lately Vincent Bakery Cafe is where I look forward to go to. First of all, I like its overall warm & cozy ambiance it carries. It's much quieter than the other major bakeries nearby. Have you ever had to study for an exam in the midst of loud patrons gossiping at the top of their lungs? Ugh, no bueno. Secondly, the breads that Vincent offers are yumzo. A lot of different variety of it, too. Tip: If you need an outlet for your laptop or other electronic device, try to sit at the left side of the bakery. These tables are popular. read more

Pros: Lots of Outlets Comfortable Seats Cons: The Food The Drinks I ordered a taro milk tea, got a smoothie instead. Worst Taro tasting product I have ever tasted. It feels like they literally water down the Taro, I felt like I was drinking water with a hint of the worst Taro flavor ever. Their bread selection is also crap. Should only come to use outlets and study in a quiet space because they can't get any customers with their food products. read more

i'm giving this place 5 stars, after experiencing good customer service.. just now. i usually get the taro or green tea bubble tea with tapioca. (it's the blended kind). anyway, when i got the bubble tea today, the tapioca tasted old. as in, they weren't regular chewy tapioca balls, but slimy jello goop covering the hard center. i asked the girl behind the counter when they made the tapioca ball, and she told me they made it yesterday evening. (i thought back to the time i took a food safety course. i don't think it's a health code violation because of what tapioca is depending on temperature. still, it's old.) she told me she was making fresh ones, but i wasn't counting on her making another one for me. about 10-15 minutes later, she came by my table with a brand new green tea bubble tea with fresh tapioca pearls. YAY! i like that the tapioca isn't too sweet, either. i'm a happy girl, and it was worth the $4 i paid for this. they don't have the breads i like anymore - the blueberry cream and the chocolate one, though. i now get the blueberry cream cheese bread, and it's good enough for me. i especially like this place because they have lots of outlets and free wi-fi. great place to study and write papers! which is what i need to be doing now.. ok, back to writing stuff i REALLY need to write.. read more

I was disappointed in the value for the price of drinks, plus the quality, specifically iced teas. For savories, the croquet was nice. The baked sweets were ok (red bean paste bun seemed slightly overdone). Overall there might be better options locally read more

Spent $40 on a coffee and few boxes of cookies and when I tried their samples that they had on the counter, she started talking funny to coworker, giving me dirty looks and closed the lid back up on the stupid cookies!!! Horrible service, no eye contact, no smiles and absolutely NO customer service training or experience! They jus want to sale and go to next person! Disappointing... Charging US $ and giving BS service read more

Came here for the first time with some friends, and service was excellent. Got free cake, and the shaved ice was just a delight. Ambience is very pleasant, and would make for a nice place to do some work while eating sweets. Owners were also very friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. read more

LOVE this place. It''s better than other Korean bakeries. Red Bean Bread, Custard etc.. are very reasonably priced around $.99, Other unique baked goods are kind of expensive but no more than other Korean bakeries. Always friendly service is a +++ . I have been a frequent customer since it first opened. That was during my 1L year, and as a law student I couldn't ask for more than a cozy late night spot, with free wifi and plenty of outlets. Bakery prices are slowly going up, but everything else about the location makes up for it. read more

Cute little bakery but not a very wide selection. Quiet though so really good for sitting down and getting some work or solid studying in! Their small red bean buns are delicious! And they have amazing pretty cakes~~ read more

I agreed w/ fellow Yelpers, GREAT bread. Cakes and certain cream filling a little too sweet but the right bread, definitely BETTER than Mozart, W Windmill, etc. When Hansel Gretel first opened in 2006/2007, their bread was very similar to this. But HG has since gone down hill in my opinion. Vincent, please keep up the good work. If you are reading this, please consider branching out to higher quality coffee beans and play around w/ other bread/buns from the other Asian culture to add a wider audience to your mix. My favorite bread so far: the muffin w/ sour cream/yogurt cream and the plain old cream bread. Gluten sensitives out there, relax, I ate 3 of these in one shot and was a ok. Must be the good ingredients used in the mix, very important in a bakery. read more

This Korean bakery has one of the best interiors in the myriad of bakeries here in Duluth. It is very open with two partitioned tables in the back. The coffee here is relatively cheap, $1.85 (tax included), but they do have a $5 minimum for card transactions so remember to bring some cash. There are outlets located along the walls throughout the store, but those locations runs out fast during the weekend student rush. I wish it was a bit brighter at the tables in the front of the store. I would give it a 4/5 for a study spot, and probably a 4.5/5 as a place to talk with friends. read more
