I absolutely adore this place! Vina has excellent precision when it comes to acrylic and Eric makes wonderful shapes and designs. In the past, other salons have tried to steer me away from my funky color ideas and/or adornments, but not at Vina. This salon has excellent personality and taste while still leaving room for yours. This was my third visit, and it only gets better as we get to know each other. Vina and her staff remember me every time. Plus, their clients are just as friendly and have provided me with conversation and laughter each appointment. This salon is equally professional, efficient, and fun. read more

This place is very unprofessional and very unsanitary. When you walk in, it looks like a hoarder lives there. Vina is VERY unprofessional and she does not know how to run a business. She likes to over charge for unnecessary work that she barely does. This is the LAST PLACE I would ever go to, if I wanted my nails to be ruined. Not even last place because I will never go back to her shop. There is kids running around and it's too messy in there to even feel a sense of relaxation in that tiny building. Tiffany service is very bad they messed up my nails put the wrong polish on them and when I had a conversation with the owner she seen my problem had to be at work did not have no day off until today went bk to get nails fix tiffany was very rude disrespectful refusing to fix the problem that she said she was going to fix would not refund my money the people that works for her are very unprofessional and they are rude I have been going to tiffany for over 15 years and never ever have I got treated with respect as I gave her I didn't curse her I did not raise my voice at her for her to treat a loyal customer the way she do I will no longe go here or send people to hear all they do is sit and talk about there customers in there language and expect some one to come spend there earn hard money with there business very very disappointed read more

Definitely the worst nail place I have ever been to. Don't go later on in the day because there are 2 small kids running around, riding a skateboard through the house, and screaming. The older kid who looked about 15 did the "manicure" part. Then, the owner kindof fixed the shape of my nails before she painted them, but they're not even. The sign out front is misleading, and apparently getting your nails painted and a "manicure" are two different and separate things, and the price is additive. The reasonable price was the only reason I had stuck around, but I wish I had just left at the beginning of the experience. I also have doubts about the cleanliness of the stuff used, but am trying not to think about it. Nice people, but overall bad experience. read more

Without a doubt the worst nail salon experience of my life. I am baffled that this place has as high of a rating as it does. Where do I even begin? There is a piece of paper taped to the front door saying that people must pay before they receive service (now I understand why.) There were security cameras all over the place, and a tv with camera feed in the area where you get your pedicures done. This is what you watch instead of them having an actual television. They do NOT use individually packaged tools (the ones used on you will have soaked in rubbing alcohol for a few moments after being used on the last one, this includes files and pumice) nothing seems to be sanitized properly, they do not use any kind of moisturizer or fragrance in the water (just plain hot water,) we were there for almost 3 hours for two pedicures and one full set, the owners son who did our pedicures cusses constantly/mocks other clients while playing on his phone and ignoring what he's doing (thus the sore on my toe that has developed into an infection,) I actually have bruises on my back due to the "massage" chair which I eventually just turned off because it was obviously not functioning as it should, they clean the soaking tubs lightly with rubbing alcohol while you are still sitting in the chair. I could go on. PLEASE do not go to this establishment if you care at all about personal hygiene. The building was cluttered and disgusting, but not as disgusting as the young mans behavior. He kept asking us personal questions, which we would lightly respond to. At one point, I mentioned that I enjoy superheros and such, and he began to tell me about "this one superhero that used his penis as a weapon, hang on I'll show you" and pulled out his phone. I made a point to ignore him long enough that he put his phone away. Mind you this was all during my "pedicure." I sat in that chair for 2 hours. During this time, he made fun of the fact that I had "sock fuzz" under one of my toenails and mentioned how weird my toes were (I have slightly long toes, but that's not the point.) Using the same uncleaned tools he had just used on my friends feet, be began DIGGING into my toes around my nails to a point that I began to bleed slightly from the area now infected. It was painful, but I usually do not like to complain. After that torture, I chose a gel polish which I mentioned to him when I handed it to him. He opened the bottle like he'd never seen gel polish in his life and began painting it on like regular polish. After he got the first layer on, he began to apply a regular top coat and looked confused when it didn't work. He said "wait, is this actual gel polish or is it just gel-like?" I replied "It's gel.. Usually there's a UV light involved.." He then scurried off and brought in a light which typically sits on the floor and you put your toes inside for each time. No. He plugged it into a Stanley brand industrial fan that he had been using to keep cool, sat it ON THE FOOT REST of the chair over the tub (I'm picturing toasters in bathtubs at this point) and proceeds to hold it with one hand as I put my toes under the light. He did not use a timer, so I used one on my phone and took my toes out causally when each time was through. At this point I was so desperate to leave that if I had not been there with a friend I would've paid without a tip and just left without finishing. Absolutely the most horrible experience in any salon in my life. I cannot express how baffled I am that this place has any good reviews aside from the fact that the mother was very pleasant and seemed to know what she was doing (she did my friends full set and it looked acceptable.) That being said, the mother bragged about threatening a previous client and the boy talked for a long time bragging about how his mother purposely ran over her neighbors dog in graphic detail (mention the "blood and guts everywhere" even..) To say I'm disgusted would not even compare to how I actually feel. Please save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. read more

My mother and I went in for pedicures and she wanted a fill on her nails. Well not even 10 minutes in the owner and another customer start getting into it about a missing wallet. They were going at it back and forth for a while until the lady found her wallet and left. We thought we would still give it a shot. After a little while it was our turn. The owner was yelling from her table for us to pick out nail polish so we were looking and accidentally dropped a bottle and it broke (totally our fault) and I'm sure it happens all the time. The owner started being rude at this point. She started barking orders to clean it up but not with that and to hurry and get in the chair so she could start our pedicure. My mom cleaned all of the polish up and I sat in the chair to get my toes done and the water was ice cold. I told her and she wasn't concerned. We paid her for the broken bottle and left. Never going back!! Her attitude was uncalled for and accidents happen. I work in the beauty industry and even on a bad day my clients don't see it. read more
