I found this place a few months ago. I was so excited to find a thai place so close to my house. I walked in and the place was packed- standing room only (and I mean standing outside waiting for a seat on the inside). I ordered some basics to go - shrimp pad thai and combination fried rice. I ordered the coconut milk soup with chicken and I must say that it was not enticing and had no taste at all.. It tasted like drinking warm milk.. So nasty! This restaurant also misleads you with their prices because their prices on their menu posted on Yelp is False.. The guy at the register said that they haven't contacted yelp yet to change and update their prices. I do not recommend this restaurant at all and I will never go back. This place is terrible at picking up there phone, every other location still answers the phone after 9... When there's an hour to make food. The workers here can be so lazy, they ignore the phone or if they're open for 15 mins more, they won't make the food to go. Terrible! Horrible customer service nothing but a bunch of racists. We had asked to have the channel changed in a nice manner, and the employees said nothing but hand us the remote. After struggling with the remote we asked for assistance considering it was their establishment and they should know at least how to change the channel. The employee said nothing and just rudely waived us off and then they proceeded to laugh at us behind our backs, the restaurant was empty so they had no reason not to communicate with us and act in that very unprofessional manner. The workers are super nice and their serving portions are pretty big for such a cheap price. I have been everywhere to just be disappointed in the food, I have finally found a place that I am happy at, and will be coming back to. If you have not been, you should! Delicious and never left unsatisfied. Food is always amazing and the thai iced tea is HUGE!!! Usually get the seafood soup and the basil beef over rice! Can't complain every time it's delicious and perfect! One small complaint is that if we order multiple orders on different spicy levels it's always the same across the board! Came in for a date night with the hubby. It was not too busy for a Friday night. I was curious to try their food. I have seen it get pretty busy in there. It is a CASH ONLY restaurant. I don't know why places do cash only so our budget was $30 since that's the only cash we had. (We don't usually carry cash lol). The server was very quick to get us seated and take our orders. They have a good selection in their menu. If you're not sure what to get or just a picky eater then order based on what protein you want to eat (chicken, beef,seafood, etc). We ordered the won ton soup with shrimp and the pork with mushrooms plus a side of white rice and a drink. It took some time to get our orders just like most eat in restaurants. What to do while you wait? - Talk of course! If you're not in a talking mode then there is always the TV to watch or music to listen to. All in all the experience was good. I have loved this restaurant for years, until today. My child found a disgusting hair in her food. But what disturbed me even more was that it didn't look like a typical strand of hair, it was a small, dark and thick piece of hair that looked like a pubic hair. I felt so embarrassed I quietly told the server and he didn't even apologize. He said "oh so you want me to send it back". He acted like he could care less. I lost my appetite and felt so upset I said I shouldn't be charged. They had to call a supposed manager on the phone to get approval & only subtracted that dish. I paid my bill for the rest of my food & told them they need to let the manager know this is not ok & they need to speak to all the staff in the kitchen. Again, I was treated as if they could care less and they ignored me. I'm reporting this to the Public Health Dept. All I wanted was a sincere apology and for them to be concerned & take action. read more
