I went in on a Sunday with a very rare and expensive classic car, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He removed the old tint from the car, and since we didn't know how to operate the car I had purchased for my daughter, he actually took the time to go on YouTube and figure out exactly what we needed to do to put the convertible top back up. People like this are rare to find. When someone is willing to go the extra mile and extend a helping hand beyond the service you're paying for, it really says a lot about them. If you're in the area and need tint removed, new tint installed, or anything related to window tint, I would highly recommend this place. Great service, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I did 20% tint on the rear windows and the legal 70% on the front windows plus Ali offered a free tint banner across the top of the windshield--sold! I wanted to wait the recommended 3-5 days before writing my review because that's how long it take the ceramic tint to cure. Ali Window Tint provided a sticker over my window buttons to remind me not to open my windows in the meantime, which was very helpful. First day I thought saw bubbling but remembered Ali Window Tint said to wait 3-5 days for the water to evaporate. It's been 3-5 days, and the bubbles are gone. The inside of my car is now noticeably cool even without the Air Conditioner on. Of course, if left parked in the sun, heat will build up, but it builds up slower. 8 hours; super hot, but 30 minutes feels like 5 minutes in the sun. I don't need to use my A/C as much, and I imagine as the seasons get cooler, I won't need to use my A/C as often year-round, putting that gas money back in my pocket. Ali has a waiting room where you can enter your streaming profile, but I can never remember that stuff so I watched Reacher on Prime (free) for ~2 hours I almost got my car washed 2 miles away but since Ali offers a car wash, I figured the guy who's about to apply the tint would know better for exactly how clean the windows need to be. (Carwash +$30) They also explained what kind of cleaners to use on the tint since many other cleaners use ammonia that destroy tint.

Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. There were no surprises and no problems when I picked it up and paid. Just pure joy listening to my new system. The system sounds great at all volumes with all music. I'm not an audiophile (and neither are 99% of the other people who claim to be)... but I do have a good ear, and I love me some clear, deep, bone shaking bass that doesn't overpower the reset of the music. Ended with all Kenwood speakers and sub, new JBL head unit with wireless Car Play, along with door and trunk deadening to eliminate vibrations (not initially in the plan, but after the first listen I wanted it and it made a WORLD of difference). I was told I had a $200credit for a dash cam they had lost or accidentally used and I decide to take my truck for a simple sub install with my own items so just labor and they quote me $300 and when I ask them to put the 200 credit towards that they switch up and say they never told me that and say they can only give me $100 credit after back and forth with him saying he dsnt remember telling me that but clearly remembered about the situation, so I wait 4 hours, the car gets done the wiring and placement is absolutely horrible which I will most likely re do myself. Then I leave and notice my windshield tint is scratched in multiple places and the installer kept giving me excuses and the owner tells me he will only give me $100 refund on a $400 windshield tint this place is a absolute joke I would never refer anyone here definitely beware !!!
