PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Never choose this company! Worst service ever! We would definitely choose zero star if possible! Several months ago we ordered a door through this company, with a lead time of at least 12 weeks. We were glad when he sent it by Road Runner transport company, but then on the day of delivery I received a call from the transport company that the local station received the paperwork but not the actual freight. When the transport company still could not locate the freight after 48 hours, we contacted Ville Doors to see if it is possible for them to put some pressure on the transport company and get results faster. Instead we got a short reply of "Be patient." We were not happy with this rude reply, and complained again to Ville Doors. This time the response was basically that it is handled by third party transport company and Ville Door cannot and will not do anything (to speed things up). We were definitely dissatisfied at this point, and after 4-5 days without any news, we decided to file a dispute at the credit card company regarding this transaction. Ville Doors contacted us the next day , which is less than 12hours after we reported to credit card company, stating that the transport company could not locate the door, and he could offer a different one that is in stock instead. We find it incredibly convenient that they would finally respond right after the dispute was filed. In the end we asked for refund and it was processed on the same day. It is the only reason we give this whole mess a one-star. read more

Bought a beautiful exterior door from this company. The door is made in Poland and the instructions consist of blurry pictures with instructions in Polish. When we called for help, Anatoli basically blew our builder off and said look at the pictures. Customer service was terrible and rude. They couldn't care less once they have your money, that's why these reviews are so important! Most importantly, we had a professional builder install the door and it leaked with the very first rainstorm because of poor design. The response was "if there is a wind, water may get in. Check the gap between the door slab and door frame all around the door. Doors are not water tight products. In certain conditions water may get in." PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS! We ordered our exterior double door in September, 2018 and it was delivered in December, as anticipated. Because we were in the middle of renovation, we did not install until January, 2019. We also ordered the keypad for keyless entry. The owners are not only difficult to deal with but lack a rudimentary knowledge of the working of the door. We kept saying that the keypad produced a click in the door but nothing locked or unlocked. After numerous phone calls and videos, they sent us a new lock ensemble which we installed with the same result. A click but the handle opens the door. An electronic locksmith diagnosed the problem as being that the outside handle should not turn as it does not allow the electronic lock to work. The handle should be in stationary mode. It would cost us an outrageous sum to have it fixed. If the owners had any knowledge they would have known this and should have had a remedy. At the least they wouldn't keep saying it was us. The door is beautiful but we now have a useless keypad and non-functioning door. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. read more

I do not recommend using this company. They get their doors from a company in Poland called "Wiked". And what was suppose to be a 8-10 week lead time wound up being 17 weeks and the owner, Anatoli, blamed it on "The New Year's holiday". The door and sidelights arrived well packaged (again from the overseas company who Ville Doors just acts as a distributor for), but upon installation of the door and sidelights we discovered the sidelight glass is NOT safety/tempered glass. Which of course, is required by the Universal Build Codes for any glass within two feet of a window or door. And of course my Building Inspector sees that the glass is not tempered glass, and states it will never pass inspection. No where on Ville Doors website or print materials states that the sidelight glass is not safety/tempered glass. When I brought this up with Anatoli, he said the glass was "laminated" and pointed me to Ville Doors' website where their "Terms & Conditions" page which is cleverly disguised and named their Privacy Policy page and pointed out we assumed responsibility on anything they provided being able to pass inspection. So now I am left to resolve the issue through my credit card company to get a credit back for the glass so I can have a local company here rebuild the sidelight glass with tempered glass. The only positive thing I can say for this company is they are quick to reply which is why they get one star. The door is great, but again, Ville Doors has nothing to do with the overall build quality of the door itself since they are a middle man. But they seem to purposefully disguise the fact the glass in their sidelights and transoms is NOT safety/tempered. Save yourself the time and hassle, and try and find a better supplier for the doors this shady company distributes for. read more

We were very hesitant, as you can't tell the quality based on photos, but were assured that these are quality doors. So, we ordered several "Capella" - Milano Walnut Interior Door What we got was flimsy paper doors, at close look so badly put together, it was a huge disappointment. The paper was scratched in couple of places, and all we asked them was to send us a small piece of this paper that they wrapped the door with, so that we could try to patch what was not even our fault, and no, they did not do it. We dealt with Anatoly, but my feeling is that they only deal with logistic and the doors are made somewhere else. We still put them in our remodeling project and then had to take them down. Wasted money. We learned our lesson the hard way. read more

We needed a custom entry door double with sidelights. Ville Doors was one of three companies we looked at. We live in Dallas Tx so no local support or install. However, the order process was perfect, yes long lead time as instructed on custom door. Shipped on time and in very sturdy crate. The install communication was fast, accurate and helpful. We decided to do the install ourselves due to the door being nonstandard. The system was very well engineered and everything worked much better than expected. Quality is the best. We are very pleased with the whole experience with Ville doors. As a warning the steel entry doors are not cheap flimsy doors. They are heavy! My experience purchasing doors through Ville Doors could not have been worse. I strongly caution and warn all buyers to reconsider purchasing products at Ville Doors based on my subpar experience with the product and with customer service. Several things went terribly wrong with my overall experience: 1. The delivery time frame for the shipment of my purchase was severely delayed. Prior to placing my order, I was told that the time frame for delivery would be 10 - 12 weeks. In reality, I received my items nearly 6 months later! 2. Beware: the sample item does not match the product. After receiving a sample of what a glossy door would look like, I placed an order for several glossy doors. When my doors arrived nearly 6 months later, the doors were not glossy at all and did not look like the sample I received! I immediately called Anatoli, the Ville Doors owner, in complete shock and he explained that the glossy film can look different on a small sample versus a large door. I was not told this pertinent information when I placed my order. 3. Several doors arrived damaged. Upon receiving the delayed doors, several of the doors and moldings were damaged, wet and moldy upon my inspection of them. I reported this to Anatoli immediately and he told me to keep the damaged doors for an inspection, however, no one ever came to inspect the wet doors and moldings. Eventually, all of the doors got damaged because of the poor quality of the delivery. I requested a full refund from Anatoli but never heard back from him. 4. Anatoli, the Ville Doors owner, is an extremely careless, sneaky and unprofessional dealer with zero customer service. When I purchased over 10 doors from Ville Doors, I based my order on the sample I was given. Since the sample did not match the items I received, I wanted to send back all the doors, especially since five doors were damaged. Anatoli did not answer my calls, voicemails, emails and text messages for my request to return the doors. I ended up doing a charge back through my credit card company, but did not receive the full amount of my purchase back. I continued my attempts in reaching out to Anatoli, but once again, he was completely unresponsive. Eventually, I hired an attorney to try to recuperate the remaining balance of my purchase. In response to my attorney, Anatoli rebutted by stating that I am a thief attempting to get my money back for the doors I received and that he would sue me instead over this matter. I'm strongly contemplating going through a small claims court to get my remaining hefty balance back. At this time, I lost $5,000 and have damaged doors that I cannot use. Based on my experience, I advise everyone to not purchase anything from Anatoli/Ville Doors and to take your business elsewhere to a reliable and honest vendor. read more

I did read the negative reviews, but because it was the style I wanted, I decided to order the "Milano" front door in the Wenge finish anyway. I'm so pleased I did. The shipping process went smoothly and the door arrived (Nov 2015) in a sturdy crate in perfect condition. I did recieve detailed instructions in how to proceed in case of damage. The door is just as described, even better than the picture, simply beautiful. The owner was very helpful and always available to answer questions or concerns. We ordered around 11 interior Dominika Wenge Oak doors and a Sophia double entry door back in August to be shipped to our new home in Southern Oregon. The interior doors took 3-4 weeks but when I called for status I was given a 9 weeks lead for the entry door. As the previous review said we had to pay in full in advance and were at their mercy. The entry door took more than the 9 weeks as we just received it the week before last. Upon inspection of the interior doors which cost $583 to 600 we found them to be of poor quality. The perimeters are solid but do not seem like Oak and the panels down the middle are thin like a plywood. The "finish" is like the doors were skinned with thin paper that was ripping off small areas during install. For the price a good stain or heavy skin would be expected. The trim that comes with the doors is also a cheaper and weaker wood and was not used due to its lack of aesthetic and durability. All instructions are in German creating several issues with install and use. We have already had to come up with ways to replace the doors in the future with our carpenter and we are not due to occupy the house until Nov. 7th. That is how poor the quality is and how little faith we have these will hold up once they are being used.The people at the location are very nice and helpful but that does not replace the product you get for the expense. If you really like the look of one of these doors take a photo and the stain name to a local carpenter to see about fabricating for you. It may be a little more expensive but at least you can get the longevity for your money. You may also avoid the 4-12 week wait times which are pretty ridiculous. read more

I bought the door from ville co. in Feb 2014 for 4865.00 an expensive door the owner said Its take 4 months actually I did not get my door until September. The door I order, I thought it was made in Italy but actually its made in Poland. When It came the builder charge me extra 700 dollar to installed because its came in pieces with Poland language that my builder can not understand. Its an exterior door but the handle got rusted in 2 months. Builder call them back to replace the handle also something wrong with the lock. We being asking for it since September still have not receive any replacement yet. The bad things was Ville co. make us paid in full before order. Now we are at their mercy. This is the expensive nightmare. I will write BBB and report this problem . I hope whoever thinking of using this co. should read this before doing any kind of business with them. read more
