I went in to see Dr. Suman Ramakumar,…read more Now don't get me wrong she was very sweet and nice. But I was a new patient with full mouth implants 2 arches. I went on 8/31 walked in checked in and nobody was in the office doctor took me back to room and started paperwork. My concern was a screw might have been lose well now would the doctor know if she did not even look in my mouth. And did not even do an oral exam like she charged my insurance. She did do one x-ray and told me there was NO screw on my top left upper arch. Come to find out if she would have looked in my mouth she would have seen the 2nd filling was still there and my screw was intact. I only lost one filling which is the cover of the screw holes. Long story short I was not happy how they wanna charge your insurance for something she did not even do to me. That is NOT ok. On the other hand I understand your office is doing remodeling but that is no excuse when it comes to patient care.

After a year and a half later, my Crown has Seperated from my root canal causing Gum inflamation. So I walked in on January 6th. 2026 to get my tooth situation resolved. Karanjit D. Decided to shave my crown down and put a temporary as they get my new specialized tooth. It felt rush because I was basically an inconvenience to her and burned me twice. I did not receive any disclosures on what I am suppose to do after a temporary placement and was sent on my way. Unfortunately I took a flight next day to Washington and because of altitude I have received an immense pain on my gum area of my root canal. I then go to a dentist in Washington and they tell me that I have an infection between my roots. (In image) I then take my prescription and Call this Morgan Hill Dentistry and implants and make them aware of an infection happening inside. They schedule me in for the following week to later have disagreements with Karanjit D (business owner) I respectfully notified her about my Infection and I wanted to show the proof. she wasn't understanding , negligent to the matter and lacking care for her patient. She started to give me this attitude towards me after simply describing what has happened on my trip. As if she was the "professional" and I was the idiot not knowing what is going on. She stated if my pain has gone away and I said yes because I was taking medicine for my infection temporarily and she stated to come back to get my new crown and go on my way. I was then met with Dr.Dhillon. Respectful and understanding doctor. Did the crown install. From there a month goes by. I was then greeted by immense pain on my gums on March 7th 2026. and unfortunately has traveled down to my jaw. Where I have numbness and Bone loss on my jaw(in image). I had these 3D scans done at another Endodontics. Today at March 9th 2026. This all could of been resolved earlier if I was being heard and cared for. It had been a long while since my last dental visit and I was extremely anxious, the lady I was paired to was patronizing, rude, and extremely rough with her tools. I get nauseous easily, and when I asked for a bag as a precaution, she rolled her eyes and said "not even kids need this". At the end of the appointment, I felt pressured by the staff to rebook and when I came home I realized I would not be going back there. Since, I have responded to messages from them to cancel all bookings, stop all messaging, and even had my husband cancel over the phone. The result? YOU ARE STILL TEXTING ME! I was honestly going to move on quietly, but for you to text me, after I specifically said I would not be returning, to prompt an appointment I didn't ask for? You're worse than an ex. This was some pretty big news for someone whose teeth have always been generally healthy. Since I wasn't born yesterday, I ignored her suggestion that there was a great need for urgency and I got second and third opinions, both of which were that I do not need crowns. It is a shame that we have to be skeptical of dental providers. This is not the first time I have heard of (or experienced myself) a dentist who recommends treatment that puts money in their pocket and does not improve my health and is likely to result in more intervention down the line. If you decide to receive care here, my advice is to proceed with caution.
