The assistant who took me in asked about a variety of things and even checked in about older conditions which I hadn't mentioned right away. That showed they had really looked at my history. The doctor came in shortly after and sat down to talk through the concerns. They asked some questions I hadn't thought of and made sure to clarify what I had said earlier. The way they explained things was measured and didn't include a bunch of medical talk I wouldn't understand. They mentioned a few ways I could make small changes and encouraged me to keep track of how things progress. I appreciated that they weren't trying to sell me anything or push too hard in one direction. The approach was balanced, and they seemed more focused on long term improvement than quick fixes. I felt better after the visit, not just physically but mentally too.
