The doctor explained things in a way that made sense and didn't rush me out. I liked that they took notes while we talked and made sure I understood what to do next. The assistants were helpful too. It felt organized overall and not too long of a wait. read more

The assistant who brought me back was friendly but focused, asked about my symptoms, medications, and even asked if anything new had come up since my last visit. It's a small thing, but being asked follow up questions made me feel like they cared enough to look beyond the surface. read more

Update: I finally had to deal with the aftermath of my bad root canal/crown experience. I was referred to a great Endodontist. He basically had to go in and redo the root canal. He discovered that the ill fitted crown had a gap on the back side by the gum that had allowed bacteria to get in and cause issues. Thankfully it has been fixed now. Please be cautious when going here for serious dental work!! read more

The entire staff/team were so helpful and kind during my visit! This isn't my usual dental office, but needed to find a dentist in a pinch. They were able to squeeze me in within a day! I actually decided to make the move and make this my permanent dental office. So happy to have found such a great place close to home. read more

I really like this dentist however a few weeks ago I went to get my tooth pulled so I could get a partial. She placed a bone graft without prior Consent. I didn't find out until I was checking out and was charged $600 now I can't afford a partial. This is not a way to treat your patients. I didn't want to pay but luckily for them I'm not that kind of person. Just disappointed on how this was handled. read more

Dr. Atraya is one of the very few dentist I actually "like" if that even makes sense. By nature, I avoid dentist at all cost (I mean, seriously!). I especially hate the injection thing they did before filling a cavity. Dr. Atraya, I think, can sense my fear (or I'm just being absolutely obvious about it) and she was patient with me. For that, I am grateful, even though I still hope I don't get to see her very often! read more

From reception to the chair, awesome! Follow up care is awesome too, both offices! Emergency or just a standard cleaning treatment...I'll be back! read more

She is the best dentist I ever met! She works very gently! I had bed experience in my childhood with dentist, going to see dentist is my nightmare but after my treatment with her I fill more relax to go with her for my further treatments. read more

Dr. Atraya has great bedside manner, I enjoyed speaking with her before, during, and after my cleaning. She recommended some deep cleaning, I have been recommended this service before from other dentists and declined because I am scared, but I scheduled the cleaning because I truly trust her experience. Letty helped my husband and I book our appointments and coordinate with our insurance plans, she was great from beginning to end. We are moving to San Jose soon, but we will be keeping this team for our dental needs. read more

Went in for a regular check up and a cleaning. Given the current situation that we are in, they provided great service! The doctor was great, very professional. Anna the assistant made me feel comfortable and the receptionist was super informative on the insurance, broke down things to better understand them. I had a good visit when i went back for my fillings. read more

Dr Atraya was wonderful. I have been driving to Willow Glen from Morgan Hill because I didn't know anyone here. She was recommended by a friend and I am very pleased with her and her staff. read more

I've been going to Dr Atreya for about 2 years now. I really prefer the Morgan Hill location as it is really new and has a zen feel to it. You need it when your tooth is gonna be pulled out :) A doctor shoudl be caring so that you can feel relaxed and comfortable. The doctor and her assistant (I think Anna) really make you comfortable and care about you. Like a mother, she admonished me when I stopped flossing. Don't lie, you WILL be caught. I've been on HMO and PPO and I've received the same treatment. There is a tendency for HMO doctors to be stingy with appointments and for PPO doctors to over treat. Well, I'm happy to say that I didn't experience this with her and she has gained my trust. read more

Very quick and painless and the customer service is outstanding. Even my 11 year old is excited about getting her teeth cleaned again. Definitely recommend Gilroy Family Dental Center. read more

Always friendly and accommodating when I need services! Thank you Dr. Kusam and Ana! :)

Dr Atraya is amazing. She is caring and patient centric. I unreservedly recommend her. She even calls after hours to check on you.

If you have to go to the dentist (everyone's favorite thing to do, right!?), this is the place for you. I started seeing Dr. Kasum about 2 years ago, but I have known about her for some time, and I can tell you that she and her staff are not only caring and concerned, but they are knowledgeable and experienced too. What I really like, is that Kasum will let you know what needs to be done first, rated by importance, based on her experience. She uses your dental insurance to your benefit without making you feel bad about what, if only, your provider allows. There is no push, no pressure, just kindness and goodness where you are put as the center of importance. Kuddos Kasum and staff! What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity. These are but trifles, to be sure; but, scattered along life's pathway, the good they do is inconceivable. ~Joseph Addison Kittie Keahey read more

Found her through groupon, and now I have a dentist here in the South Bay. The whitening I did really made my teeth white! They have a Morgan Hill office that she designed herself and it looks amazing! I would go to that one because I'm coming from SJ. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Atraya for about 3 years. Her dental practice is very professional, and family oriented. Anna, is a great dental assistant, makes you feel very Comfortable. Dr and Anna are a great team I would highly recommend, An experience team. Especially to any one who is nervous to go to the dentist in this pandemic, they are very well equipped. Their cleanings are just the best too look forward to every six months.! Thank you Gilroy TEAM for your services. read more

This dentist is great! Very kind, informative and helpful! I prefer the Morgan hill office over the Gilroy one but I highly recommend!

Dr Atraya is above par!!! We brought my father in who has had some serious health issues. He wasnt a patient of Dr Atrayas but he is now! She was so gentle, informative and kind . Even offered to help off normal working hours so he could be cared for ! It's hard to find a doctor who does what they do because they truly care !! Thanks Dr Atraya and the office read more

I am a new patient here and recommend the doctor and her team to anyone looking for a dentist. I had two painful wisdom teeth removed and I am pleased with the expertise and skill of the staff. Thank you Dr. Kusam. read more

Dr. Atraya is very kind and knowledgeable. She does all of the work herself including cleanings which really helped me to feel at ease with her. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. So glad I found her office! Her staff is wonderful too, and I really can't say enough good things about all of them. read more

Awesome service , Quick and very gentle. They work with you on your payments and also the people are very nice!!

Dr. Atraya was on call for my original dentist. She took me right away but when I left the office I was disappointed. I ended up having to get an emergency root canal and while she was doing the procedure there was a piece of titanium that almost fell at the back of my throat. I ended up having to go see a specialist. When the specialist took my X-rays there ended up being another piece of titanium stuck in my tooth I had the root canal done in. Very disappointed! read more

I love this place it make you feel welcomed in, and the employees are very kind , and their dentistry is at it's finest. I once got a whitening there & it was superb . Dr. Kusum is sweet ,kind ,and exquisite in her position. I don't regret going to her . It makes you want to go to the dentist . Her staff are wonderful ! especially her assistant ,Ana. But over all it one of the best places with the kindest people. read more

Six years ago, I purchased a Groupon for my husband and myself for teeth whitening, x-rays and exam with Dr. Atraya. Even at our initial visits we both really like Dr. Atraya and her staff. She is knowledgeable, caring and goes above and beyond to get us in promptly. We rarely have to wait five minutes for our scheduled appointment time, if we even sit down at all. It was immediately apparent that Dr. Atraya truly cares about the well-being of her patients. We changed from our long-time dentist and have never regretted that decision. We highly recommend Dr. Atraya. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Atraya for around 15 years. Her dental practice is highly skilled, professional, friendly and prompt. Anna, the dental hygienist and dentist's assistant, is also very skilled and friendly. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I recently visited for an exam, a cleaning and a fitting for an oral device to treat my sleep apnea and snoring. (Dr. Atraya is a certified practitioner for oral sleep apnea devices, including Medicare coverage for patients that have been diagnosed.) All of the staff and Dr. Atraya are practicing very careful procedures during COVID-19 to sanitize all office areas. Dr. Atraya and Anna wear face shields. There are additional shields placed between the doctor and patient, and between the hygienist and the patient. There is an aerosol suction device placed right next to the patient's mouth to vent exhalation to the outside of the building. Dr. Atraya also let me know that the office is regularly sanitized with a UV light technology. This really is a family dental practice- everyone takes good care of the patient; they inspire confidence in my dental health. read more

Dr Atraya truly is the best. I just wish her receptionist were as efficient as her. I know it's courtesy that they call for reminder calls but many of us get caught up with work and daily life. We were called on the day OF OUR APPOINTMENT 3 hours before out actual appointment. No way would we make it in time from SF during traffic peak ours. Not the first or the second time they do this to us. Sometimes we don't get a call AT ALL and they argue with you about it saying they DID CALL YOU (not ) read more

Dr. Atraya and her staff. Beyond experienced and skilled practitioners, they are kind. read more

I and my family have been going to Dr. Kusum for more than 3 years. She is very knowledgeable in her profession. I go to her Gilroy office usually during week days and she has been very good accommodating during my lunch hour. I go to her Morgan Hill office usually during weekends which is very convenient and newly built. Nice vibe in the office. Her staff is also very friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist read more
