best denture I ever had. nice doctor and very helpful staff. Doctor Shilpa Admala is very meticulous and did an excellent job

I had an outstanding experience at this dental practice from Dr.Admala. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely cared for. Dr took the time to walk me through my entire treatment plan, clearly explaining each step, the timeline, and what to expect. They discussed the pros and cons of both Invisalign and traditional braces, helping me understand which option best suited my specific case. The professionalism and transparency throughout were exceptional. Highly recommend! read more

I was sitting in the dental chair while Dr. Shilpa Admala was just finishing up a root canal for a tooth that had become badly infected. She was the only dentist who returned my emergency call and this was my first experience with her. As I was sitting in the chair, I noticed that, for the first time in my life, being treated by a dentist was actually a pleasant experience. I wondered how that was possible. After thinking about it, I realized that the reason was because I felt that Dr. Admala genuinely cared very much about my health and well being and my teeth. I really felt her commitment to do the best possible work and create the best outcome for her patients. This was such a new experience for me, such a revelation that dental care could be this way. Her work has been exceptional for everything she has done for me. I also really appreciate that she is very committed to educating her patients so that they they can make the most informed decisions. I felt very clear about and comfortable with her recommendations and felt they were in my best interest. I also realized that her confidence in her abilities as a dentist really put me at ease. Everything she has done for me in the last few months have created a deep sense of trust. She is truly an extraordinary human being and dentist and I cannot recommend her more highly. It almost makes me want to undergo another root canal. read more

As someone who experiences a lot of anxiety seeing a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Jenny Hong. So far I've had 10 visits (routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, x-rays...etc) and have always left feeling good and confident. I had an equally great experience when Dr. Hong was on temporary leave, so I am secure knowing that I'll always be in good hands. I loved the first exam! It was comfortable, comprehensive, and easy to understand. I got to really know my teeth, face my problems without additional shame, and was more hopeful about my oral health than ever. I cried in my car after the first 3 visits due to the relief knowing I am safe there. Now after my 10th visit, I feel more "normal" and experience much less emotional regression during visits. So in addition to taking care of my teeth, my dental trauma is also getting healed. I feel better and am smiling a lot these days thanks to Dr. Hong and team. Being able to work through the dental anxiety has improved my life significantly since I no longer delay treatment!! I look forward to going to the dentist now :) read more

I went in today for my routine cleaning. When I walked in, there was no staff to greet me for check in. The new orthodontist was sitting behind the desk eating their meal. Definitely a different vibe since the new switch. I'm not sure if there's new team members now since I don't recognize anybody from my visits prior. Unfortunately the routine cleaning wasn't the best feeling and I left with a chuck of my bottom lip peeled off. Felt painful. I left the clinic and had to check and it was apparent that my bottom lip was peeled off. This was the first time it's ever happened to me. It was painful to move while talking. Sadly I may be on the market for another orthodontist clinic. Loved Dr. Hong because she took my dentist visit scaries away and made it feel not so scary. She was the best orthodontist I've ever had! Truly! read more

Dr. Shilpa Admala and her staff at Timeless Smiles are amazing! I haven't always had the best experiences with dental visits in the past, but Dr. Admala made overall experience so comfortable and stress-free. She patiently explained everything before and during the procedure, checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable, and the clinic's modern technology made the whole process feel gentle and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and excellent dentist, this will definitely be my go-to clinic from now on! read more

I came in twice now--the first one for cleaning and the second for a filling--and both times were a great experience! Everyone here is patient, especially when I called them with some questions. The lady at the front was very friendly and made small conversation when I checked in which was nice. Dr. Hong was the same way as well. Everyone was just very open and welcoming! You really do feel taken care of when you go here. The equipment used here seems very new and modern. Dr. Hong asked if I wanted to watch Netflix while I got my filling, and ofc I said yes! I got to watch with good quality headphones that blocked out the sound of her grinding away on my tooth lol. It's been a few days now since the filling and my tooth feels normal again! I highly recommend going to this place if they're in your network. read more

This place is very thorough. Staff were friendly. Very professional. The office is super clean. Great first experience with a new dentist.

OMG! This place is amazing. I quit going to the dentist in 2020. I was expecting a lot of negativity. Not one drop of it in the business. (I booked the same day and didn't even get to brush my teeth before coming) Very high tech and made me feel welcomed. Came in and the dentist gave me a tour. I didn't even sit down in the waiting room. Very cool X-ray room. You can see your X-rays in real time. You can watch your entire exam on a tv screen. She goes through all of your history and notes details. You see your chart being filled out. She goes over all of your X-ray results. She takes pictures and then explains what she sees. They use a cool die that highlights bacteria. Gross, but also cool as heck. BEST PART: it's open after work! read more

I stand by my review. This dentist did not disclose prior to taking the X-ray what the cost would be. I have never ever been charged for X-rays...my insurance always covers the preventative X-rays. This dentist had no right to take more invasive MAJOR X-rays without my consent for pricing. Future patients please be aware that this dentist takes unnecessary major X-rays without permission. read more

A common folksy German idiom is "jemandem auf den Zahn fühlen". Literally it means to palpate someone's tooth; figuratively it means to probe or do a deep read on someone. For the past two years my wife and I have set the idiom on its head and let Dr Hong treat our geriatric teeth to demonstrate her skills and character. After three crowns, one onlay, a filling, and a root-canal, our assessment of her is extremely positive. Dr. Hong's very recent root-canal determined our assessment: Although she is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, she did not pressure my wife to implant a lower incisor that had snapped off at the gum. Two other dentists had argued against root-canal therapy (RCT) because of its complexity and its longevity in an old tooth. Contrarily, with only a photo and an x-ray, Dr Hong offered to attempt RCT. Fearing complications I eavesdropped anxiously throughout the procedure for sounds of frustration, until 30 minutes later Dr. Hong emerged: "Are you in town next week?," she asked. "Are you going to tell me the outcome?," I replied. "It's all done, no problem. We'll do the buildup next week." Subsequently I researched the interval between root canal and build-up. Much to my surprise, the gold standard indeed recommends a week for RCT to quiesce. Dr. Hong was the first of our many dentists and endodontists to follow that gold RCT standard. During Covid our dentist of 20 years retired, and we entered the practice of a distinguished dentist, "Dr. Hubris," with academic credentials rivaling those of Dr. Hong. Despite similar credentials, their practices vastly differ in character: Dr. Hong does not up-sell saliva tests, laser pocket treatments, deep cleanings, or full-mouth debridements. Dr. Hong waits until her anesthetic takes full effect before proceeding. She does not hand off fillings to an extended function dental assistant. Nor does Dr. Hong make "absolutely contraindicated" crown restorations. And unlike her distinguished antithesis, Dr. Hong has not recommended replacement of my 3rd molar of gold, admired since 1999 and my touchstone of dental integrity. It follows that one cannot vet a dentist by his/her website, which is mainly a marketing tool. For perspective the book "Teeth" by Mary Otto offers a scholarly primer to US dentistry. More focused is this patient review, informed by over 1.5 centuries of personal histories which let you vicariously "feel Dr, Hong's tooth" in the German sense. We assure that you will not regret choosing her practice. You may regret your hesitation however, as her practice is growing rapidly. Sincerely, Gordon read more

Excellent patient care and customer service! As a member of the healthcare profession, I pay attention to the level of care I receive when I am on the receiving end of medical services instead of the medical professional responsible for the provision of these services. Dr. Hong and her staff are exceptional at making sure her patient's dental concerns are addressed appropriately and with compassion. I highly recommend her services in the South Bay, and will continue to seek her help in the future as my dental concerns arise. read more

I have now had three appointments with Dr. Jenny Hong at Timeless Smiles and can confidently say that I'm happy I made the switch from my previous dentist. Her practice is spotless and equipped with the latest industry technology. In three appointments, Dr. Hong has been incredibly reassuring, patiently explaining every step to calm my dentist-averse self. Her staff is not only friendly but went the extra mile, giving me a tour of the facility during my first visit. I was also given a new patient welcome bag with a full-size toothpaste and full-size mouth rinse. If you're like me and typically dread dental visits, Dr. Hong and her team will change your perspective. I recommend Timeless Smiles for dental care in a calm and welcoming environment. read more

I was due for a cleaning and decided to try Timeless Smiles based on recommendations from neighbors. Dr. Hong warmly greeted me upon arrival to the office and asked if I could fill out some new patient forms on a tablet. After giving me an office tour, she asked me to rinse my mouth at the sink. She took a few x-rays with the panoramic machine and then we moved into the exam room to take a few more. Dr. Hong was gentle and patient throughout the entire process. Her calm energy really put me at ease. During the exam, she showed me stains that are a result of drinking black tea regularly and offered suggestions about preventive care. She then placed an expander in my mouth and started the cleaning. I will note the expander felt kind of awkward in my mouth but not painfully so. She sprayed biofilm ( a purple dye) on my teeth to show me the areas where bacteria was present and cleaned it off with an air flow technology (gentle jet of air and warm water). Next she applied fluoride to my teeth. The receptionist/dental assistant, Alexa, is super sweet. Upon check out she scheduled my future cleaning appointment and provided me with a goodie bag full of dental necessities. This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had! read more

I'm definitely coming back here. This is a brand new office with some cool technology. Instead of your standard cleaning method, this office uses a technology called Guided Biofilm Therapy (look into this, its the future of cleaning) which is covered within my standard cleaning insurance premium. Overall, I had a great experience with this office. The front desk and doctor are friendly and personable. Make sure to be one of first fifty patients, you get an amazing welcome kit which includes a Yeti cup. read more
