Dr Warnock and his team are absolutely amazing! From the front desk staff to the atmosphere I loved everything about this office. I walked in a few weeks ago trying to find a dentist and was greeted by a friendly front desk. They booked me for my cleaning and went on my way. I went in today and the staff was so sweet, attentive, funny and just overall amazing. Daniella was my hygienist and she was absolutely amazing! I have seen a world of dentists and orthodontists and my first impression of Dr Matthew was amazing. I went in for an x ray and evaluation to see if he could help me with a plan that would work for my overall oral health and his wisdom , understanding and attention to detail blew me away. Finding a good dentist is... miserable, if I'm being honest. I went to another local dentist here in Gilroy prior to finding Dr. Warnock, and had the worst experiences EVER! Dr. Warnock's office was a really welcomed surprise and I've had nothing but great experiences both with their hygienists, but also their receptionist! Dr. Warnock is a great guy, and I trust his judgement on my dental care. I don't leave feeling like I was squeezed like a sponge for every cent possible, that's just not how he approaches his practice. 1st time going here and had a GREAT experience! All of the staff I interacted with were so nice and helpful. Every time I go to the dentist I get a lot of anxiety during the whole cleaning process... so while my teeth are getting brushed and flossed and scraped I cannot help but to hold my breath until I need to gasp for air. It's something that just happens to me, can't help it. So I told Erica this prior to her starting and asked her that if he noticed me doing this to tell me - then I remember to breathe. She was GREAT! Every time I stopped breathing she told me and it was soooo much more relaxing this way. My previous dentist of 5 years didn't pay as close of attention to this, so visits were always way stressful. I felt like Erica was really taking care of me by doing that, as well as distracting me by having fun conversation! After she was all done, Dr. Warnock came in to check everything out. He was funny, charismatic, knew what he was doing, and very easy on the eyes if you know what I mean. ;-p Lol... anyway, from this 1 visit I've found my new dentist even though I am about to move back up to San Francisco. I've had nothing but terrible dental experiences in the past at other offices, leading me to have terrible anxiety over the dentist and causing me to avoid visits for far too long. Everything about today's visit was smooth, friendly, and highly efficient. You know, exactly the opposite words normally used to describe a day at the dentist! Dr. Warnock's team's use of tech was the best I've seen. I used a web form to share my pre-appt data, and the office staff's use of mobile technology to manage my day-of appt (coordinating arrival time, COVID questionaire, and info about their masks practices) was flawless. It's not easy to find a good dentist. Thank God we found Dr. Matthew Warnock on YELP!. We had to stop seeing our old dentist because of insurance changes, and were put in a situation of trying to replace our awesome Dentist in Gilroy with another dentist affiliated with our insurance. We were given a list from our new dental insurance, and decided to start searching through Yelp. Doctor Warnock came up as highly rated. I just had to take a moment and applaud Dr. Warnock and his team. They did such an amazing job with bonding (I hope that is the correct terminology) my four front teeth. The shape of my four front teeth were all a little off and different so he shaped them to be more uniformed and natural/healthy looking. I have a history of being afraid of going to the dentist and Dr. Warnock really puts all of my fears/anxieties at ease. The office is clean, organized and calm.
