What a great experience at this amazing dentist office. First interaction was with a receptionist named Dawn, who got me hook, line and sinker. I was planning on contacting 2 other local dentist, however after speaking with Dawn there really was no point. The day of our appointment went great despite the number of cavities detected. We set appointments to address the cavities. Fast forward, I took my 16 year old daughter, who actually walked out with a smile. She had a horrible experience at our last dentist. She said, that was so much better. The best part was when, I had to pay the bill and I'll just say this, thank you. On our way home she confirmed what, I already new. We found an amazing dentist office. We will be referring as many families as possible. We are so grateful. I would give 6 star if it were possible. read more

Dr. Nguyễn há been my dentist for many years and I must say he is the optimum professional. For the most part my visits have consisted of exams and cleaning since I have good teeth but recently I had a crown done and was pleasantly surprised at how painless and effortlessly it was done. I had expected some discomfort but when I was done I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the whole process went. This is a direct reflection of Dr Nguyen's skills!!!!! read more

Best in the business! Highly recommend. I have seen 3-4 oral surgeons in the past and this Office has been my best experience. Very caring and knowledgeable staff. read more

Pretty decent experience overall. The doctor checked me thoroughly and didn't make it feel rushed. They paid attention to details and asked clear follow up questions. I felt like they genuinely wanted to understand what was going on. The front desk could be a bit more welcoming but nothing too bad. The exam room was tidy and I noticed the equipment was handled properly. read more

They do not accept medi-cal or HMOs. My crown fell off and I was so scared!! I called in at 7:15 am and luckily the receptionist picked up the phone! She was very informative on all the options I had. She booked me in really quick and I was able to go in and out within 30 minutes. They also have an option where you can text them after your call. Thanks Donna and admin team for being so great! Don was really nice and very informative on what was happening. He explained everything really well to me and gave me a few recommendations. Because I was a new patient, I had to pay the full amount because I was not a patient of record. I wish they covered my insurance but the customer service here was amazing! read more

Outstanding, efficient and extremely professional are words that come to mind for Dr. Nuygen, his office and staff. He was extremely thorough, listened to my concerns, and addressed my issues completely. Without reservation, I recommend this practice for your dental health. read more

Husband had a crown come loose and tried to see the dentist at Western Dental that he had been seeing. They made an appointment for him but then the next afternoon it was canceled and rescheduled for 9 days later. It was a tooth in front so he didn't want to go that long with an embarrassing hillbilly smile. We called Dr. Nguyen's office and they were able to schedule an appointment for xrays the next morning and replaced the post and provided a temporary crown the day after that! What a relief! My husband is very pleased! read more

Let me say that Dr. Nguyen is a good dentist. As time has passed, his practice has become focused on one thing: money. The prices are unbelievable, and whatever is not covered by insurance is charged to the client in full. There is no break for anything, and payment is due immediately. If you miss an appointment, you are charged a fee of a hundred dollars. If you cannot pay a balance due on your account, you will be denied service. I have worked with four dentists in my life. Never have I been treated as though the only thing that mattered about me was the income I generated. After a number of troubling incidents (they won't tell you how much you owe till you get there, and then if you can't pay they send you home and harass you for the money) I started to feel like seeing the dentist had become like pleading my case to a mob boss. As long as I paid the extortionate fees, I would be fine. Otherwise, fugeddaboutit. So I left. I found new dental practice, in which the dentist works alone and sees one client at a time (not seven like Dr. Nguyen.) He chatted with me today and told me his practice is (gasp) client-centered. I have trust issues now, but I am guardedly optimistic. read more
