Many offices offer Invisalign...so yea. Called this office, they told me "the first appt" speciality person would call me back. Never got a phone call. Called them back again, waited on hold to find out they offer "adult patients" only the 1130am time slot because of all the questions us adults ask them. Mind you I never even asked one question other than can I schedule an appointment. This is ridiculous to even hear coming from any dental establishment. I'm a teacher in our lovely town, and taking off an entire day of helping children just to offer up thousands of dollars to a office, sounds beyond absurd! Pretty unprofessional and I will be taking my money elsewhere. Nor will I be recommending this place. Even have my child set for a future braces procedure and I'm heavily considering removing him as well. SMH at this experience.

I saw two different dentists and both told me they wanted to extract my wisdom teeth, when asked why they had no good reason other than it's easier to maintain. Needless to say I didn't stay there long. I feel a good dentist is one who puts the patient first, explains things clearly so I can understand, and shares with me all of my options so I can make the best possible choice Dr. Mona offers this and more. Her compassion, empathy, and gentle touch will put the most anxious nerves at ease. You know you're in good hands and will be taken care. An update as of December 2025, I am still going through hell after what Mona at Floss Family…read moreDentistry did to me. She put my original healing cap back on about 7 months ago. I started seeing a specialist as of August 2025. The specialist was unable to remove the screw because Mona stripped it and if he tried he risked damaging the whole implant. He sent me back to my oral surgeon who also couldn't get it off and even broke his tool trying. He said if it doesn't come off I'll need a whole new procedure and we want to avoid that but it might be the only option. The screw was badly stripped. He sent me back to the specialist to try using an ultrasonic tool, again he couldn't get it off, he said the screw looks like it was drilled in out of anger. I did tell both of the specialists she was very upset when she put it back in. She was very upset that she did all that work incorrectly and didn't make any money off of it. I have a long road ahead of me. I hope the least I can do it save others from this hell. Another thing, when I used to see Floss Family Dentistry I told Mona my tooth was chipped, she filed it, all she does is file and drill, she doesn't actually look. I have a new dentist now and I told him about the chip and I told him my previous dentist said there was nothing there. He put a camera on it and it was so clear, my filling had a large chip, it was so big all she had to do was look. Even I saw it right away from the camera picture. I have no idea what is going on with this place. Constantly making me feel like I was crazy and imagining things. You are a dentist and should know how to be one. Even with this whole implant mess, I was telling her for about a year that something was wrong with my tooth and it took her about a year to send me to an endodontist. I feel like there could have been a chance to save my tooth but that was gone because she never took my issue seriously and would tell me nothing is there and nothing is wrong. I put way too much trust in her and I regret it so much. Big lesson learned but now I'm paying the price for it.

Arrived at the office on time, only to be told they are "Running 35-45 mins behind". Had a good book, waited two hours in the cramped reception area. Approaching closing time, the receptionist then tells me my appointment is cancelled and will have to be rescheduled. "Booked through the end of the month", cannot make an appointment until after they get "the list" for the following month. I had a crown placed on one of my molars and I wasn't numb when the procedure was done. I raised my hand and indicated pain and stop! But she (dentist) kept saying 'Almost done' and would not stop. Very painful. Then the crown wasn't right so I had to have crown replaced within a few months (at another dental office). The other dentist said the crown wasn't done correctly. I complained to my insurance and they requested medical records. The dentist falsified the medical record to indicate that they had called me and asked me to come into the office to check the crown and I didn't return to their office as requested; which was not true.
