Last week Wednesday (1/7) I called because we had a mini-split installed (DIY) and I was told that before you turn it on, have an HVAC company come out and test it, check the pressure in the lines and then turn it on. When I called, the nice lady on the phone said that they do not diagnose or work on equipment unless they have done the installation. OK, no problem, I called their "sweet" competitor and they sent out a technician within 48 hours to do the job. 2 stars only because the lady on the phone was nice, although again, I am shocked that a service company will not do service calls

This company had been called out before to check that very issue, and they failed to catch it. Why? Because they never performed a proper static pressure test or thorough inspection.
