The massage is just as good if not better, for half the price! My husband and I went in for our first time for a couples massage. The office is located on the second floor and then they take you down to the first for the massage. If you are a first timer that have you go to the office first to fill out paper work and sign a waiver. Then we were taken down to the first floor. Our therapists were very friendly and professional. They asked a few questions to each individual to assess their needs. My therapist spent the entire hour working on my back, it's a first that I've ever got to tailor my massage that much to my meet my needs and desires. The only thing I can suggest is essential oils or some kind of scent to complete the experience. The music was relaxing, the massage was wonderful, the dim lighting was peaceful but I found myself wishing for a diffuser or scent massage oil. The cost is very reasonable. 115$ for a couples massage for 60 mins plus a 25$ tip. Cedar Falls was 200$ for pretty much the same thing and I felt the massage was better here at Touch Therapy. Definitely recommend and will use again!

He's African American, maybe late 30-40s, around 5'10", he touched me inappropriately. He placed what I believe his vital part on my palm when I was on my stomach. I remember, I froze and didn't know what to do and very scared, I felt extremely exposed and vulnerable, while he continued his "therapy". When he finally done, he left my room, and I didn't see his face afterward. I called and spoke with my attorney friend of this, immediately and was able to calm down. But I've NEVER since returned to this location EVER AGAIN. That man is a pervert! I regret that I didn't call the police at that time.

Bree exerted just the right amount of pressure and the stretching really loosened up my tight muscles & joints. She checked with me to make sure what she was doing was good. I was so relaxed and refreshed afterwards :) The place is actually a small house in Gahanna and is really small but very nicely decorated and functional. The massage room is calming and the temperature is perfect. My only complaint, reason for the 4 of 5 stars, is that since the building is so small you can hear other people talking through the walls. It wasn't loud nor last very long but was a bit distracting but definitely not a reason to go here. I already, after just session, consider her my sole masseuse and have scheduled several future appointments. You should give Bree a try, you'll be so glad you did!!!

Both Dr Hensel and Craner are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and I really appreciate how they have made me aware of many of the options available to me at their practice, but have yet to pressure me into anything I might not be comfortable with trying. Already, I have discovered many new therapies within the scope of Chiropractic care that I did not even know existed (for instance- Dr Craner successfully relieved some pain/ pressure in my abdomen that I didn't even realize was being caused by a hernia, and don't even get me started on the pressure points inside the mouth- mind blown by how affective her adjustments have been!! It was akin to taking a muscle relaxer without the side effects , immediately after the adjustment.). This is the first time I have felt trusting enough of a Chiropractor to allow them to adjust my neck- thanks again Dr Craner, and Dr Hensel is also very knowledgeable about functional medicine, (even recommended some exploration of how trauma is carried in the body, which I appreciate in regard to feeling heard and seen by a practitioner). It is rare for me to justify paying a practitioner beyond what my insurance company deems coverage, but I consider it WELL worth the cost for my overall well-being.
