When I was suffering from knee pain, I found them at the nearest physical therapy center when I searched on the internet. They conducted various diagnosis processes to find out the cause of my pain. The physical therapists provided me with specific exercises and therapies to practice for a certain period. And it proved to help me feel better after doing those. I had gone to another PT place which didn't improve the situation and a couple of doctors so I took a chance on this place and happily they accept my insurance. I really really like the fact that all of the therapists in here are into sports so they know that if you are a runner, etc. where it hurts and that you want to get back out there. They gave me an initial free consultation where the therapist, Amy, listened to me and really cared. It is a small place with capabilities of maybe 3 patients at a time which means you will get the attention you need instead of some of the bigger places where the therapist gets you going on an exercise and then isn't even in eye sight to tell you if you are doing it right or not. Everyone here is kind and knowledgeable and everyone (patients included) gets along and commiserates with each others aches and pains. I actually enjoy going here and have to say that while my foot and leg are still not totally back in the game, I am improving! YES!

On two occassions, while trying to reschedule my appointments, I had phone interactions with a reception who was dismissive and very rude. On both occasions she could not understand what I needed her to do. She would cut me off. She gave the impression that I was at fault for wanting to reschedule. And she would abruptly hang up at the end of the call. The experience was less than satisfactory. I am strongly considering switching to a different provider for my shoulder rehabilitation.

When I…read morevisited the office for the fist time to agree on the therapy sessions that I need and how much it will cost, I was informed by the front desk Rep that I am so lucky because I have to pay only $400 as deductibles and my health insurance will pay for the rest, the Novacare Rep did not mention anything about me paying $40 extra for each session that I attend. After getting around 6 or 7 session, I felt OK to be discharged. One week later, I got an email stating that my invoice is 569$, in the same week, I got another paper invoice by mail showing my invoice is $446.98. I got confused seeing 2 kind of invoices. I called Nova Care office to check on this, they told me that my bill is only $446.98 and the one by email is a mistake because there was a billing system issue. Couple of days later I got SMS message saying that my bill is over due and I must pay the $569. I called again the Nova Care office, they confirmed that I am supposed to pay only $446.98 and they will send an email to the Management to check and fix this billing error then get back to me. Couple of days later, I called the Nova Care office again to check if the Management replied to Novacare front desk Rep email, I was told, that Nova Care Management is still reviewing my invoice case. Today Feb. 25, 2025, I called Nova Care office to check on my invoice status, they said that because I was late in payments, the bill is now more than $600.00 , For me as a client that is theft and rip off for me as a client. Novacare did not provide the right information to me as a client, and did not explain about how sessions cost will be, and now they want the client to pay for something that Nova Care failed in providing the correct information. I will call Nova Care again and discuss it with higher Management, as why should I pay for something was not explained to me on my first visit. I called the Novacare billing system and they were rude on the phone by blaming me for not reading the documents that I signed on my first visit. I told them that your front desk Rep told me that I have to pay only $400, so I took her word and signed whatever documents was given to me, but again, she did not say anything about $40 extra per session, and this is not my fault, it is Novacare team fault. This is unprofessional type of dealing with a client and I will escalate it to whoever it takes to fix this issue.
