He said that the offices were clean and well kept and the registration process was quick and easy. All the staff were really friendly and the room that he was in was like really calming. Dr. Lawyer was playing lo-fi music in the background which was really nice. He said that the room didn't look or feel sterile and medical like he expected. It was like his actual "office" with like wood and a super nice desk and it just made him feel calm. Overall great experience and he is now a regular client. I've gotten massage here years ago and it was just ok because the temperature in this place is pretty cold so it wasn't as relaxing as I wanted. Kristin, the Hydrotherapist is always super nice, professional, personable and informative. I've been going to her on and off for about 4-5 years and I love it. She loves what she does and see educates you beyond the basics of the hydrotherapy process. She uses an open system which means totally natural flow. She provides a magnesium spray that is followed by a direct heater to the stomach area. That promotes a better cleanse. Also a massager to help loosen bowl in intestine area. I absolutely love this process and she totally make you comfortable. She educated me on diet and etc even for my family. I've definitely recommended her to several friends and family.

Brigitta was awesome in explaining things as we went (I've only done acupuncture 1 other time), very knowledgeable about her field and personable to boot. I was impressed with the technology that they use for the evaluation and all her numbers came back pretty close to how I feel. She was thorough during the acupuncture process and I did feel very relaxed during the process. For the cupping, well, I wish I'd researched it before I went in. Not to say it was bad, just unexpected! She does fire cupping but thankfully I felt like I was in good hands and could trust her. The "massage" was pretty comfortable feeling - similar to a deep tissue massage! She did warn me that I would have marks (I bruise easily) but I wasn't quite prepared for how my back looked that evening. But I did feel that it helped "melt" away some of my tension in my upper back so that's a good thing. Their office space was inviting, clean and soothing. It's not the most convenient of locations for me and the prices are a little higher than I can justify at the moment for something that was recommended for me to get done every week (I have migraines), however they do offer discounts if you purchase multiple at once, so it's at least an attempt to make it affordable!

Given the relatively low price (compared to massage or private acupuncture - I had to give it a try. The treatment itself (applying the pins) doesn't hurt at all. And what I absolutely love is the relaxing environment - plush, huge leather recliners; dim lighting; soft music; and a feeling of safety and wellness. I worked right by here and would come over lunch. It was heaven. Unfortunately, it didn't help and the office moved downtown. I don't really live by this or the other location so I stopped treatment. Skip forward - after an MRI gave me the real diagnosis (hamstring) - and too much yoga (if there is such a thing) has kicked my pain into high gear, I decided to start up treatment again - if nothing else as part of my self care. Well-being treatment. The technician I see at this location is the same. But now I also visit the other location - depending on what is available on the schedule. Both are great places with equally soothing treatment rooms and skilled staff. I'm actually headed there now for my weekly treatment. And goodness - while progress is not fast or great, it is helping. And I love the 30-40 minutes of heaven I get. I highly recommend you try it!!

I discontinued treatment when I didn't see improvement. Turns out - I had the wrong diagnosis! Continuous PT at that time and finally an MRI - showed me the right area and I tried chiropractor and PT for treatment - unsuccessfully. Now years later, the problem has flared up as I have deeply engaged in yoga and running. I filled out the online new patient form as I had new goals I wanted to discuss. This location reached out to me so I scheduled an appointment here. The exterior is a bit questionable - and the area - but inside is absolutely lovely. The entire space has been remodeled and is quite appealing. The treatment room is the same as Westerville - awesome, huge, plush, leather recliners with soft music and dim lighting in the background. My clinician was knowledgeable and professional in the intake meeting. It was short and we proceeded to treatment. His touch was perfect in applying the pins. I struggled to relax as I had had difficult conversations earlier that day and they spun circles in my head. I should have hooked up to my meditation app and put on my headphones. Next time I will. I opted for 30 minutes - rather than just chilling out indefinitely and waiving them over when done. 30 minutes was about perfect as I started to fidget. The clinician quickly removed the pins and I was on my way. Later in the evening I felt wonderful - no pain and energy tingling when I attempted to meditate later. Still today - no pain.
