But then again...that's the reason I come here. Today I did add the Peppermint Mocha (hot) which was yummy. Service is always good. It's usually crowded and a little loud but the turnover is not bad and you don't usually have to wait really long for a table. It's definitely a local favorite. Tucked in a little shopping center (Tillman) right off Old Greenville Hwy it's a great place to grab a delicious breakfast or enjoy brunch or lunch.

The restaurant is plainly decorated with about a dozen tables. We timed our visit perfectly since it seemed that soon after we arrived the lunch crowd began arriving, which quickly created a wait. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, which cooked perfectly and were topped with a well-executed béarnaise sauce. We also ordered a Meat-Lover's Omelette that was generously stuffed with various meats. We also ordered a stack of blueberry pancakes that were light and fluffy in the middle with slightly-crisp edges. Delicious all around. Service was attentive and efficient. The staff seemed to have multiple roles as you would expect in a small/family-run restaurant. I highly recommend you stop here for breakfast or lunch and enjoy delicious food in a simple atmosphere.

Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable--she offered helpful suggestions from the varied menu. We'd heard good things about the burgers and decided to try them, ordering ours cooked medium. The server mentioned that unless specified, burgers are typically served medium well. The wait for our food was a bit long, and it seemed other tables were experiencing the same. Bohemian seems like a better spot to visit when you're not in a rush. When the burgers arrived, both were cooked well done instead of medium. Unfortunately, our server didn't check back until we were nearly finished eating. I showed her the overcooked burger, and she offered to have another one made, but by then we'd already eaten. The flavor was good, but it definitely would've been better at the requested temperature. Lesson learned--check your burger doneness before your server leaves the table, especially when they're priced around $16-$18 and more. On the bright side, the fries were excellent! Overall, despite the hiccup, I'll be back. Bohemian is worth giving another try.

Great for lunch. Great for casual dining. Get there early on Wednesday lunches though, the half-off promotion brings a crowd.

You order at the counter, find a table and wait for your order to be called out. Mom K. had the Chili Burger Plate and I had the Hamburger Plate. Both came with French Fries and Cole Slaw. (Can you guess my usual go-to hamburger place?) The restaurant had a diner vibe. The young lady that took our order was fast, efficient and friendly. The food was plain home-cooking.
