Got here at 1 pm on a Thursday afternoon after running errands all morning, ready to indulge ourselves. The place was quiet so we expected and received attentive service. A veg omelette and huevo rancheros seemed like a good choice with a side of roast potatoes. Huevos rancheros had great potential but came cold. Potatoes were disappointing, worst than what you might find at a continental breakfast at a motel. All in all a deflating brunch. Not sure we will go back. read more

Does no one know how to cook nowadays? Omelet was dry and flat, bacon overcooked to a crisp, English muffins could have been used for croutons (or floor tile), "toast was not warm enough to melt warm butter, plain coffee overpriced (are you trying to be Starbucks?), hostess attitude rather indifferent. Service was good though. What ambiance? If you have another choice for breakfast, go there instead of this place. read more

Julia da bombbbb my fave bartender and on the weekends Amy is always attentive even if it's busy!!

Below average breakfast. Food was not very good, menu is fairly limited and expensive.. Decent service is only reason for the 2nd star.

Another Broken Egg doesn't disappoint! My husband, son and I went for breakfast today and it was delicious! There was no one to greet us and we had a wait a few minutes for someone to notice us waiting before we were seated (which is the only reason why I didn't lot five them five stars). But other than that our meal, waiter and the service was great! I haven't been in the establishment since before Covid but there was a decent crowd there and it was an enjoyable experience. read more

Nice location. Staff was friendly and we were sat right away. Service was good. I got the lobster and brie omelet. It was really filling and generous on the lobster. Potatoes were good and crispy. Would love to come back again. It's on the pricier side but they do offer some coupons. read more

This place is soooo yummy. Good price for good food. But the service is unmatched! We had Seshelle (sorry if that is misspelled!) as our server and what a gem she was. So sweet and so nice, kept our drinks full and I didn't even need to ask for extra ketchup because she remembered from our last time being there! We will be back and will ask for her again! read more

I came here for breakfast the other day I am not usually a breakfast person and I am definitely not a pancake person but these were so good I had to leave a review. I had the Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese Pancakes and they were to die for... My mouth is watering just thinking about them. Even if you go there just to try them it's completely worth it. Also, the service was great. The restaurant was clean. I would definitely go back. read more

This was by far the best breakfast I've had in a decade. Miriam was our waitress and she was great. The service here was great and the food, I can't wait to come back. read more

I've been coming here for years. It has gone downhill significantly. I had biscuits and gravy this morning. The sausage tasted gross and had a bone in it. The potatoes were cold and dry. Was not asked how I wanted my eggs. Over easy was what I got. Beverages were never refilled. I was not asked if I needed change. I did. Booths have tears in the fabric like a whole in the wall diner. Won't be back. read more

I'm surprised at how beat up this place looks right now. Chips in the wall paint, chips in the table, broken down cracked booths. Somebody put some money back into this place before it falls apart completely. Also, why is the break room for employees right in the restaurant? I'm glad they have a place to relax, but I'm not in the mood to hear all the chatter because they get loud. Edit to add: I changed this from a three star to a one star because we waited over half an hour for a simple breakfast order early on a Saturday morning when it was a very light crowd, and after 30 minutes with no food and no explanation and no one that really cared, we just left. And we won't be back. read more

Greta time today. Came in for a casual breakfast with the wife. Food was excellent but service even better. Sarah and David hooked us up. David served us with his daily joke and Sarah helped me with drinks when my wife headed over to Nordstrom rack. Food is always consistently good at this restaurants as is the service. We frequent one wherever we can find one. .

Yes tried another broken egg cafe in SC Great ambience! Our server was very jolly but the food took forever to come out. Food was nothing special. Just a regular breakfast but our server did make us a special sautéed jalapeño on the side for some kick! Their coffee was very fresh though, which I needed real bad early in the morning after a flight read more

Super cute breakfast place in South Carolina! I was visiting friends over the weekend and I wanted to try a new place that we didn't have in NJ and we came here. Firstly, I LOVE the fact that each meal has a mix of sweet and salty you don't have to chose between eggs or pancakes. I ordered the apple fritter and it was to die for. Not super sweet, the right amount of balance with the maple syrup and again I loved that it came with eggs and protein. read more

Got sat at a table. Never got asked once for water or if we were ready to hour. They had 45mins before they closed at 2. Could have told us they were not going to serve us food. Made eye contact only for them to look away. Finally decided to leave. read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe - The Supreme Omelette - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Greenville, South Carolina

My husband and I came in after church and were completely disappointed in the service. I'm a server myself and this was by far the worst service I've ever had eating at a restaurant. We sat at the bar and the bartender was rude and had an attitude, never smiled once. She didn't write anything down when taking our order, had to come back to clarify what we already told her, and STILL messed up my husband's food. I also did not appreciate how she talked to the busser. Management was great as always, food was good, and every other time we've come service has been great too. We will be back but we will never be served by her again. First time I've ever tipped under 20%. read more

After a doctor's appointment this morning, I was treated to a birthday lunch/brunch was at Another Broken Egg by my sister. There was a nice size crowd, but it didn't take long for us to order and get our food. Our server Jam was very friendly and attentive to all of the tables that she had. Though it was a little after 11, I ordered the Supreme Omelette it has sausage, bacon, onions, mushrooms and Colby Jack cheese. I ordered my omelette with out the mushrooms. For my sides I got City grits and an English muffin. The omelette was seasoned well, and so were the grits. They were on point, I added some butter and salt they were perfectly cooked (a BIG PLUS) in my book. My sister had the Benedict Burger with a fried egg on it. She really enjoyed it. A to go order of the biscuit beignets looked tasty, but I didn't try them. As usual it's always nice to spend time with family! read more

A reliable spot for a good, casual brunch! It's also a plus that they have the full menu, including alcoholic drinks and the more classic breakfast items, until 2pm. There are so many options it can be difficult to choose, but the crab cake benedict is certainly a favorite. It had a lovely balance of flavors, brightened up by the garnishing of fresh veggies, and the poached eggs are always cooked well. The chicken & waffles was also yummy. The chicken was juicy and tender on the inside, crispy and well-seasoned on the outside. But the sweet chipotle sauce was definitely the star of that dish! The pancakes were okay--I might've liked them better had the chocolate chips been mixed into the batter rather than on top. I think the good maple syrup (you know what I'm talking about) would've made a difference as well! Our server, Sarah, was friendly and attentive. She was kind enough to make me a coffee with 2/3 decaf, which, as a caffeine sensitive person, I greatly appreciated! The bourbon eggnog was again, well-balanced, and very tasty. We weren't served water right away, and didn't ask for it until further into the meal, but I would have preferred to have it served with our other drinks when we sat down. Overall, my visits here have all been good experiences, and I'm sure I'll be back again. I always leave happy and full of good food, what more could I ask for?? read more

Was our first time eating there. was seated quickly. Our server was very upbeat and personable The menu is interesting seeing meal after meal that I had never eaten before. As it was our first time we got complimentary beignets which were warm and delicious. The four of us had cocktails , I had smoked salmon on a bagel. Another had chicken and waffles. One had a Cajun dish and finally a BLT. Everything was delicious. The only drawback was the cream cheese on the bagel. They didnt put enough and it tasted more like whipped butter than cream cheese. We plan on going again and trying things we never tasted before. read more

Overall good breakfast spot. Service is always consistent - good. Had the Eggs Benedict's and added andouille sausage with potatoes. It was really tasty! For coffee they just have a traditional cup of joe. They don't have any specially coffees/lattes which was the only down side. read more

Brand new place. Never been. Didn't know what to expect. Enjoyed the service! Waitress was extremely nice and even brought us over some powered sugar dough balls! YUM! The supreme omelet couldn't ask for anything better and to the point. Eggs/ bacon / sausage and crispy Potatoes. Everything was delicious. I would 100% recommend you trying it out and I wish we had more time because the drink selection looked absolutely to DIE FOR! So many drinks/ pitchers for a grand ol brunch time in the future! Booths inside were big- a lot of space. 0 COMPLAINTS! GREAT SERVICE! PLEASE GO! read more

Just let me start by saying this. The staff was excellent and extremely informative about their selections. I had the fried green tomatoes with carbs cakes and a spinach salad, but wait I didn't stop there. I added the andouille sausage as well!! your talking about a tongue pallet party . It was exactly what I needed to get my day going with good vibes and inspiration. They are worth your time and trip as the lines represent that they are the place to be. Don't believe me? Food was really good. Well, the food that we got anyway . (Let me preface that there were only 3 other tables that had people when we got there. So, when we ordered, it was not busy... By the time we started to get food, the place was getting full.) For the price, service should've been WAY better. 3 out 5 of us got our food. Finally, about 10 minutes later we got the 4th order. I also ordered shrimp Benedict to go. By the time everyone was done eating, the kids pancakes STILL HAD NOT COME!! Neither did my To-Go order! So I had to go find the sever to cancel it. Got the ticket, and the to-go order wasn't even on it! Server never put that order in!! AND they were out of English muffins!! We got there at 9:30am. read more

I'm gluten free so finding a place to eat is tough but this place got it right! Gluten free pancakes, grits, bacon! I couldn't eat it all! Eggcellent flavor in the sausage. AC was a bit much and cooled the eggs, so I ate fast.

$44 for an omelette and a fried egg breakfast and two coffees. No possible substitutes if you don't want the potatoes or grits. Very average omelette and poorly cooked eggs. The bacon was great. I don't know where they found the mini English muffin, but Don't get it, at least with toast. It's a little bigger. Coffee was weak. We went several years ago and it was bad then and has gotten no better. No need to try again. Can't believe the price for such a bad breakfast. Each cup of bad coffee was $4.29! The service was OK so the tip was Five bucks of the 44. read more

My wife and I were shopping nearby and wanted to have a late breakfast. Saw this place and went in. Glad we did! Our server was very energetic and nice. But the rest of the visit was pretty terrible. I used to frequent this franchise while visiting Florida and that one was far superior in all aspects. I keep my spirits up but then the food came out quite subpar... read more

The wait time isn't worth the time you wait! Food is overpriced & you may as well just go to IHOP or Waffle House. I can't understand how sending burnt food out is ok with any cook or manager! Why not just keep the grill cleaned as you go throughout your shift. Wait staff need more customer service & serve safe training asap. Restrooms are nasty & entire store could use a mock inspection and deep cleaning. I would only go because they are the only breakfast place to serve seafood early AM.! read more
