I can't wait to come back, nothing at all was bad. My daughter got a chicken finger plate it was delicious as well as my burger and my son's grilled cheese plate. AND they have delicious food it's a no brainer. Eat here, you won't regret it.

Stopped by Arnold's of Seneca for the first time last night and used the drive-through. The…read moreservice was the highlight of the visit. The employee at the window couldn't have been nicer, very friendly, helpful, and even offered me a menu to keep for future visits. Truly excellent customer service. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich (lettuce and tomato only (no premium topping options available), along with onion rings and coleslaw. The total came to $13.08 before tip, which is a great price and initially set expectations fairly high. The wait time was reasonable, but when I received the bag it felt surprisingly light. Once home, the portion sizes were underwhelming. The onion rings were moderate, the coleslaw was about an ice-cream-scoop portion, and the grilled chicken sandwich consisted of a very small piece of chicken with one slice of lettuce and a thin slice of tomato on a plain white bun. For context, I weighed the chicken portion and it came in at 2.68 ounces, which is noticeably smaller than expected for a sandwich. Food quality was basic. The coleslaw appeared pre-packaged and was quite watery, and the onion rings seemed mass-produced rather than freshly battered. The chicken itself could have used more seasoning and a more substantial portion. Even a slightly upgraded bun would have helped. I'm giving this two stars instead of three because while the service was outstanding and the pricing is attractive, this is a restaurant first and foremost, and the food quality and portions didn't meet expectations. I'm not trying to bash ownership; a small increase in price to allow for better ingredients and slightly larger portions could make a big difference.

The wings were way overdone and cold when they arrived - I've had beef jerky that was more tender. Somehow, they were still tasty - just really hard to chew - anyone who has had dental work - beware! Burgers were well seasoned but also waaaaaaay over cooked - imagine the patty well done then cooked a couple more times just to make sure it was really dead. Maybe I needed to specify I prefer my burger slightly juicy when I placed the order? I will say this - the place looked clean. Their ketchup bottles were labeled with dates showing when the bottles were opened. The soda machines looked clean and counters/tables did as well. I don't think the $54 bill was reflected in the quality of food. So sad. I was hoping this one was going to be a winner.

Today was the last time we will be dinning here. I waited 10 minutes to pick up the order while everyone just walked by me and didn't say a word it was empty so no one was busy with a table or anything like that. A regular walked in while I still waited to have someone come ring me up to get my food. He was happily greeted and taken care of. Fast forward to getting home with our food! And wtf. Disgusting quality now. Beans were hard and not edible. The steak was not very good in our fajita. Had no flavor. We got NO TORTILLAS with our fajitas make that make sense. Half filled $11 large cheese dip, with a half filled salsa and half filled chips. For almost $50 this is ridiculous. We won't be back anymore. Huge decline overall, it's really sad to see.
