The waitress should take your order, enter the order and bring your drinks fairly quickly, in this case today we waited 10-15 minutes or more just to get a cup of coffee and some water and the place was not even half full. My wife signaled to the waitress for coffee she yelled across the room, I'm working on it baby, as she stood there, staring at another employee for five minutes. Employees have lost so much professionalism and don't seem to understand that they work for the Customer. And then when you tip them accordingly they're outraged.
