I tried the edamame falafel bao, tofu bao, tempeh banh mi, and vegan chocolate cheesecake and everything tasted great. I especially was a fan of the edamame falafel bao. I would definitely come back to try more items. The employee at the counter was also very helpful as she assisted me in ordering vegan friendly options.

For food, ordered bang bang shrimp and buffalo chicken banh mi. Let me tell you... the buffalo chicken one was perfect . Now, buffalo chicken is not usually a flavor that we have on banh mi but this place perfected it. The bang bang chicken banh mi was also very good! It would be better with more bang bang flavor but still very good the way it is. Would definitely order both, again! Parking- parking lot in the back Ambiance- plentiful seating and clean

This business is in a place called "Commerce Fork Food Company". It's sort of a confusing concept…read morefor me. You walk in and there were kiosks that weren't working and no one to help us. No signage, no menus. No tables, no nothing. After a while someone came to the window and advised we could order on our phones. I mean, I guess if it's just a food delivery/to-go place or something it make sense...but someone somewhere needs to do better at explaining to their patrons what you're supposed to do here. We ordered and waited in our car. They don't give you anything to alert us so we just kept going back in to check on the food. I'm not sure what I expected but I thought maybe there would be some tables or something? They didn't even have trash cans outside. The food was just ok. The cheese sauce was the best part. Super cheesy and ooey gooey. We didn't finish the sandwich as it was soggy (even though we ate it immediately) and lacking bulgogi flavor of any kind. The macaroni was decent enough. Based on the whole "food delivery pick up and not a restaurant" I would not be back. I mean...is this the future of eating out? I'm not impressed.

I got two of of the "Rosemont" pizzas that are supposed to be their new haven style pizza but this wasn't new haven to me, a little too much flop and lacking char. However, the overall pizza was very good new york style pizza which is my second favorite behind new haven. Overall I would definitely recommend trying Cenzo's pizza if you prefer a quality new york style pizza like I do!

I ordered a cake for my gender reveal on Thursday evening and requested pickup for 9:00 AM…read moreSaturday. I prepaid because I knew I'd be in a rush the morning of the party. I provided an inspiration photo and specifically asked whether a similar design (just in a round shape instead of a heart) would be possible. I was assured it would be. Unfortunately, when I arrived shortly after 11:30 AM to pick up a cake that was supposed to be ready at 9:00, it wasn't finished. After multiple trips to the back by staff and nearly 25 minutes of waiting, I was finally told my cake had been placed in the wrong area and they were just then working on it. By the time I received the cake, my party had already started. The cake itself was clearly rushed. The writing was sloppy, the piping was uneven, and the overall finish looked nothing like the quality I expected based on what was promised. I understand custom cakes won't be identical to inspiration photos, but this wasn't even executed well as a much simpler version. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. Beyond a quick apology for being behind, there was no effort to make the situation right despite a three-hour delay on a prepaid order for a time-sensitive event. This was a special occasion, and the experience added unnecessary stress to an important day. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering a cake from Cretia's.
