My bagel was hard but perhaps 3 pm isn't bagel time. Generous cream cheese portions. Ok croissant. Salad was over priced and the dressing tasted off. I was hungry and in a rush so I ate it. It's hard to communicate with the counter ladies with the plastic barrier.

It was average. The cole slaw taste like cardboard'. The bagel was not soft! The owner made the ice coffee light with sugar when I asked for dark NO sugar!

Wow amazing bagels! I am not from this area. Before choosing where to get a bagel I checked menus and reviews and chose Village Bagel over all of the others in the nearby vicinity. My choice was perfect. I ordered the plain bagel with fresh lox and cream cheese and an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese. I regretfully did not take a pic of the latter. Both were awesome. The sandwiches were cut in half and carefully wrapped and held together well when eaten. The 2 eggs on the BEC bagel were fried on the flat top which gives them nice crispy edges as opposed to an omelette style folded egg that doesn't have much character. The bacon was crispy and chopped up to fit inside the bagel as opposed to hanging over the edge. FYI two bagel sandwiches is a bit much for one person but I really had to try both as I won't be in this area very long. The service was quick and efficient as they had a small line that seemed to replenish itself constantly. They had a good selection of bagels to try. My only regret is not venturing out to try one of the other interesting bagels.

Always love coming here the owners and staff are really nice even if you're coming for lunch or breakfast it's great I usually order a ton of those hand rolled bagels for the family and buy two different types of cream cheese to bring home. for lunch I tried their wings and fries which is really good as well as the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and a grilled chicken on a roll with lettuce tomato onion highly recommend coming here and it's great because it's right next to the train station so super convenient even if you just wanna stop in here for a quick sandwich or bagel coffee or drink You should place is always clean and a few seats to sit down and eat try this place you will definitely not be disappointed!! They also have free delivery which is nice

I came here because I wanted to try a new bagel spot. I was pleased. I was gonna get a bagel and cream cheese which was around $2. I decided to go with the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The breakfast sandwich was very enjoyable. The bacon was crispy and he was we're good just good with the mekteed cheese. I'm not sure how many eggs were used but it was filling. The bagel as good, very soft and I forgot to ask for it toasted. It definitely tasted like a bagel verses bread shaped like a donut. I'm looking forward to giving this place and it's various bagels another shot

Very bad bagels and very unhygienic. Will never go again. I do not know how do they have so many good reviews.

My plain bagel was raw inside. Even when they are properly made, nothing special here. Skimpy, flat bagels that are not cheap.

Bagels are big and fat and taste great - the owned is a fathead who cheats you on your price. Count your change and get a receipt .

These are hands down (in my opinion) the best bagels around. Everything whole wheat is my go to but all I've tried have been great.

Greeted with a smile at the counter, they took my to-stay order & directed me to where the fresh beans were to purchase. Love that they give you a number for your table so that you don't have to stand & wait. They made two trips to me, bringing my drink when ready (A+) and then the food. Plenty of comfortable seating, although it might be difficult on the weekend as they seem to do a constant business. Ordered an iced Pistachio Latte with an extra shot, served just right (no over-the-top-sweetness that you get in other shops) with pistachios on top. The Mongo toast was excellent: toasted seven grain bread with peanut butter, bananas, delicious granola with a honey drizzle. Will be back

The first…read morecoffee I got had some kind of flavor added, but I could barely taste it -- it mostly just tasted like milky coffee. The next time I tried a mocha, and again, the chocolate flavor was barely there. I also didn't enjoy the brie and jam toast at all. The jam was way too overpowering, the bread was overly toasted, and the side salad felt unfinished -- it was basically just arugula with a few pickled onions on top, which didn't really go well together. I've also tried their brownie and chocolate chip cookie, and both were a letdown. The brownie was dry and flavorless, and the cookie was just okay. It was made with milk chocolate, but I personally think it would've been much better with dark chocolate, maybe some flaky salt or browned butter for more depth of flavor. For a homemade cookie, I expected something that tasted more special and less like it came from a box mix. Because of the food, I probably won't go back, though I will say the décor is really nice and whimsical.

There are things in this world that will just never make sense. Do my cats understand me when I…read moretalk to them? Why can't I have a pet stegosaurus? How come I can remember all the words to "we didn't start the fire" but 82% of the time I forget why I walked into the room? And most importantly why does East Norwich Bagels NOT have a perfect five stars on yelp?!! One of the great conundrums of our time. Now I have to admit that I loved Bagel Boss when it was there, but tbh it doesn't hold a Shamash to ENB. Staff is friendly and remembers you. The line can be out the door and they power through it like the last day before a tropical vacation. The owner is an absolute gem of a human being. He's always there; talking to everyone, serving, cleaning, the man does everything. That's how you know a business is great. When the owner has no problem doing anything from taking orders or making food in the back to picking up a broom and tidying up. He's kind to his employees and customers alike. Now the food. My goodness the food. Let's start with the bagels because that's what it is, a bagel spot. My wife and I critique bagels and spreads with each other from everywhere. Just a fun little game we play; now while we have plenty of differences of opinions, East Norwich Bagels reigns superior. The seasoning to bagel ratio is damn near perfect, while the bagels themselves are fluffy and light. The selection is expansive, the quantity is bountiful even with the line out the door. Their spreads, their schmears, their sides, all fresh and scrum-diddly-umptious. You want a sandwich? You got yourself a sandwich! Most bagel spots lack in their deli sandos, but not here. Get a cheesesteak. It's the truth. Get a chicken cutlet. Get a special. They're all fire flame delicious. I could go on but my foods getting cold. Give them five stars. Trust. It's the right move

I had a "lite" lox with cream cheese in a wrap. It was quite good with no "fishy" taste, if you like that, I don't mind a "fishy salmony taste" especially if the fish is fresh. We sat at a table, two kids and spouse. And we ate there. It is crowded at the tables but we managed. They have self serve coffee stations and the taste was good and fresh. They also have fridges filed with all sorts of cold drinks. And there is a small bakery with cookies and pastries as well. Overall decent place for breakfast and bagels. But beware it gets PACKED on mornings and especially weekends! Buon appetito!! Ambiance is a regular bagel place with tables and chairs.
