I never frown upon a male nail tech and because i was immediately switched to another seat I thought maybe the other staff dosent know how to do dip. It turns out neither did the tech that did my nails yesterday. Both pointer finger nails popped right off last night hours after leaving his chair, today a thumb nail is peeling off. the color was great, when i asked for a color dip powder he did let me know it is an extra $5 charge and i accepted although he show me on a display book what my choices were i had to choose right from the shelf. He was grunting and talking about Dip in his language i was able to translate on my phone. After struggling to apply this on my nails it was looking rough. I've gotten dip plenty of other times and this was not the usual application im used to. They should've let me know that they arent comfortable doing dip. Making me pay for something that wasnt going to last even a week is upsetting. They did try and offer GelX and Acrylic and I did not come in for either so in that time He couldve said I do not have much experience with Dip and that wouldve made me feel more comfortable giving my money to this establishment. The least they could do was discount me to $35 and He still asked for a tip. I think because they popped off an hour or two later i shouldnt of paid anything. as of today not even 24 hours later im missing THREE nails.

I didn't see any like experience reviews, so I'll set the scene…read more You walk in and it's very similar to any other massage place, there's a small waiting area with a few fountains facing the front desk. The front desk has the pricing flyers in a stack. The wall to the right has recommended tip amounts based on the service. They recommend $10 and up. To the left is a room divider. You pay before the massage and they also ask you to leave a tip then too. Usually I just tip, but I did hear someone ask if they could tip after. I paid with Apple Pay and once I put the tip on the receipt the receptionist gave me the dollar amount. When you pass the divider there's about 9 beds in the general area and 3 "rooms" divided by curtains to the left. The door at the back is where the employees break and the restrooms are. A little box is provided to hold your phone and belongings. I did a 30 min foot massage and to my surprise, they started at my head while my feet soaked. The massage was wonderful. Linda was my masseuse. The massage ended with some hip stretching and some leg massage. The tip exchange was weird for me, just cause I'm used to someone taking the tip from me, but when I offered, she didn't take it. So I left it in the little box and said thank you and went on my way. They just grabbed the blow dryer and went to town. I don't use heat! Walked in with lucious curls, walked out with a puff ball. No warning, no discussion, round brush chaos was my fate. Overall? They say this helps hair loss and split ends on their website however my hair was yanked so much I may have lost a few extra strands, my hair is now extremely tangled, and my scalp is hurting because of how much she kept yanking my hair. I came because it seemed there were over all positive reviews and it was near my house but this was a nightmare I couldn't wait for the technician to stop touching my hair this was not worth $150. Ive been to a different head spa before that was way cheaper and it was the complete opposite from this experience I had here at bollywood head spa. At other head spas Im treated gently and leave so relaxed. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I went 5 weeks in between getting my nails done once and they never broke off or chip. 3) Their pedicures are great. The deluxe comes with a steamer on the legs. They are also gentle as I'm very ticklish. 4) They are reasonably priced for their quality of work. 5) I'm never disappointed when I leave.
