This is hands down the best place to go for a relaxing or deep tissue massage! It is extremely clean and a nice atmosphere. Everyone that works there does an excellent job at body massages and at giving great foot massages. I like the location of the spa as well. See for yourself, I highly recommend this place:) read more

I've been visiting this massage parlor for a few years, on and off. The good thing is that the prices are very low and affordable. I've had some really great massages here. However, I recently decided to stop going because of a few bad experiences. One massage I had was extremely poor quality. I've never received a massage that bad before. Another massage I had was with an unprofessional masseuse. The quality of the massages are inconsistent; some are great, while others are not, depending on who you get. read more

Great massage, they squeezed us in last minute and the massage did not felt rushed at all. She knew exactly where I had some issues without even having to tell her. Would definitely come back again! read more

Best massage business in town!!! I stopped wasting time and money trying out places. The inconsistency, disrespect, and hassling has turned me away. Ever since I found this place, I make sure it's apart of my routine to help with my chronic pain and sciatica issues. I will continue to support this small business. Finding a a good masseuse is plentiful unlike the other places. Thank you Holly! read more

Had my first massage a few weeks ago and I'm getting ready to book my next one. I tried their combo deal with a 30 minute foot massage and 60 minute full body massage and it was the best $70 I've ever spent. I just shared their page with my daughter who's been looking for a good massage place. Love that they offer couples massage. If you've been contemplating it, stop overthinking it and just book an appt. read more

Ive been going to Spa Spectrum for about a year now. Ive tried to go once a month, but sometimes work gets in the way! Each time Ive had someone different, but every massage has been amazing. I get the 90 minute massage and it's well worth the money. Prices are way more reasonable than your franchises and much more thorough. I cant wait to go again in a few weeks. read more

I love coming here to relax and be pampered. Most of the staff gives good deep tissue massages after their work. I would like to say that this local business has the most affordable options! The staff is just as friendly as the staff for their massage business. This is my favorite nail salon to visit. Every time I've returned i have received exceptionally good service. They treat all the customers the same way which is something i like seeing. I will be returning here for any beauty services i need!! read more

Spa Spectrum Massage - Massage Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

I'm so disappointed!!!! I asked for a 90 minute massage. And even was going to pay additional 10 for a deep massage. I got a light rub and felt so irritated ! It was agonizing waiting for it to be over!!!! I said at end of massage that wasn't a deep tissue! She said "yes". I said NO! So I get charged 80 bucks instead of 90 ! and them tried to tack on three bucks to use my card SMH. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! I did not even tip her which is not like me Also she took the stones out of a warmer next to massage table and a hot towel. She literally put them back in there when she was finished ! Didn't even clean them !!!!!! Or the towel. The sheets had oil on them probably from the last customer This place is probably filled with germs !!!!. I'll definitely be going back to my Thai massage. I noticed the Thai massage places are immaculate. One more thing ..she used very cheap oil on me in which I broke out Slathered it all over my fresh hair I had done. I felt it was done on purpose read more

Best full body massage, never disappointed! I've been coming here for a while but decided to write a review for the service and care they provided given my current state and covid measures taken. I had lipo a month ago and had a lot of swelling and needed a little TLC with my full body massage, this time. The girls really took care of me and relieved my lymphatic swelling. They're currently open, very clean and taking all covid precautions into consideration. Must wear mask! :) + hot stones... amazing! read more

They ruined my nails and offered to do them for free next time I came in, but refused to honer it when I came back in. The nail polish is all dried out and they use cheap products. Horrible customer service. Never again read more

I was so excited to finally get a massage . I called and Holly had an opening. I arrived about 5 min before my 630 appointment. Upon arrival there is a sign on the door stating that there is a $5.00 Xtra charge on top of the normal rate to help recover cost of being closed. I went in and I didn't get her name she started on thev massage and I kept telling her my right side was in need of it more. She had the door open which was irritating. Well it didn't matter because overall I was not happy with any of it. I think she was a beginner or not even a person that has her massage license. This is my updated review which is not nothing like my other review. read more

Spa Spectrum Massage - Updated prices Dec 2021 - Massage Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

My husband and I have visited at least 10 Foot Reflexology Places in the local area. We got "hooked" on a foot massage place in China after hiking the Great Wall for a few hours. Came home to search for a similar experience. We have been going to Spa Spectrum 2-3 times per month for a few years. We love the place! Just last week we took 3 friends along with us on two separate occasions. They each had 90 minute sessions and all three of them raved about their massages and thanked me for those. Holly is the owner. She takes great pride in keeping the place clean and safe feeling. My husband and I have been in there at least 100 times and have never seen anything to make us uncomfortable. We have often chatted with other customers while in the waiting area. There are many repeat, satisfied clients. The foot massages are soooooo relaxing! My husband and I usually fall asleep during our sessions -- and so do the numerous friends we have brought along. I have taken at least a dozen people with me over the years. Peter is one of my favorite masseurs. Always courteous and does a great job. Sam was new the last time I went and he also did a great job. The arthritis in my hands often creates considerable pain. The therapists at Spa Spectrum usually spend a few extra minutes focusing on my hands. That provides such relief for a few days. read more

Very professional and always does a great job in massages. Prices are fair and I've recommended this place to everyone I know.

Timeliness and professionalism. They are always running behind on appointments made a day in advance. Also, when getting the massage, the old lady who runs the business is always gossiping with the other women there. People come here to relax and you talking loudly to each other isn't going to have your customers relaxed. Also, the only good masseuse there is Lisa. The rest shouldn't be qualified to give massages. read more

I have been coming here for sometime. I always get the best massage, everyone it's very kind and greed on what they do

This is my go to place for massages! Its clean, prices are fair, and all masseuses are great. I've never had a bad experience here. Their full body massage automatically comes with hot stone therapy at no additional charge. Be sure to call in before you go to avoid having to wait. Highly recommend Spa Spectrum for both reflexology and full body massages. read more

Nice, enjoyable, clean and relaxing. It's the general foot massage with your feet in the water while they massage your head neck arms and then they massage your feet and back. The employees are friendly enough and do a good job. I always appreciate every time I come because the massages are a little bit different every time. The difference used to annoy me at first because I always wanted a certain way, but each masseuse has their own technique and they all don't stray far from each other. I have also tried the private room massage and those are THE BEST!!! You truly get what you pay for with the private massage. The only thing is your feet don't get soaked in water, so if you want extra feet attention just ask. I enjoy coming here with my family. Frequent customer. read more

I have tried many foot spas location in Rancho. But this by far hands down is the best. My wife and I go together at least once a month. I have even brought my boss here and he's Asian. He approved it. Try the sea salt wash and the paraffin wax. Very clean location. read more

I've been a regular customer here for many years. This is a great place for massages- very relaxing

Price changes based on whenever they want to. Foot massage is supposed to be $20...then it was $30 because "coronavirus" then now $40 due to coronavirus...n they even say they're not supposed to be open.."they don't want to do with such a risk for corona..." are they illegally working?? They asked if it was my first time... they said price was $50...so u rip off new clients.. good job.. Then I say for a foot massage?! Then it went to $40...but when I called before they said $30 Um PRICE GOUGING.. It's illegal... To go against A CITY ORDER! Hope the authorities know about this... read more

Came here with my father last night because he's been having some sciatica pain and my backs just all messed up from working out. I DM'd them thru yelp and the lady was very fast in getting back to me. We arranged a 630pm massage, 2 hours back and 30 min feet. Total came out to $100 each person. Sounded expensive, or maybe im still use to Philippine prices of like $30 dollars for 2 hours.... oh well... We get there a little early and there was a bit of confusion about what we arranged, but the lady I spoke to came in and straightened everybody out. We did the feet massage first. The room was small, had about 6 or 8 of those chairs for the feet massage. They brought the bucket of hot water and it was just the perfect balance of hot borderline scalding. Felt oh so good. My masseuse spoke minimal english so we didnt talk which was fine with me. They also used a salt scrub on my knees down to my toes ($5 extra, included in the $100), which was nice. She also massaged my temple, and a little bit of scalp and neck. Spent about 40 min. Then onto my back. They had 4 small private rooms with a table in the middle. Back massage was ok. They also used a salt scrub on my back, neck and arms as well ($5 included in the $100). She found all my kinks and sore spots and really worked on them. I may have fallen asleep, dont really remember, so I guess I was relaxed... Pros 1. My back was hurting less (still sore tho) 2. Hot rocks felt good 3. Dimmed lighting 4. Soft music in the back 5. Water temperature 6. Salt scrub 7. Your butt crack and front side is always covered with a towel which was nice Cons 1. No aroma therapy (would've been nice to have some eucalyptus or jasmine in the air) 2. Music was the same music over and over again, got repetitive after 2.5 hours) 3. Wish the massage was deeper/harder. Felt as though she was just rubbing my back and moving her hands back and forth. 4. They kept talking to each other, even though whispering, it was somewhat annoying 5. Massage table on the right side kept creaking 6. Price. It was $55 for 1.5 hours of feet and back. So how did it get to $100 for an extra hour? I guess an extra $40 for back for an hour and $5 for salt scrub. Would've appreciated a discount.... 7. My back is still a little stiff after almost 2 hours working on it... Overall it was a good massage. My dad loved it. Saying his sciatica is hurting less. Or maybe because he didnt have to pay :) I would come back, just for a shorter length (cheaper pricing) of time in the future. read more

Still my go to place when I'm in town for a great massage at a great price!! They always seem to fit me in at the last minute. Thank you yelp for helping me find this place. I tried the 90 min massage and it was great. However I will say that unlike a lot of other massages I have had they don't cover you with a sheet or blanket just a towel. Most of the time your butt is just hanging out while they are massaging the rest of your back. I wasn't to thrilled about this but I so desperately needed some real work done on my back and that's exactly what I got. Ask for Jennifer she was great. read more

Excellent massage service. Tina was the therapist. She is the best, and I have been to many places.

My massage therapist was terrible. She moved so slowly I felt like a sloth was giving me a massage. I came in with neck pain and I left with neck pain still. No relief at all and a complete waste of money.. read more

This is not only wrong but illegal. They have cameras in the rooms. I was paying when I saw this and it mortified me. There was someone laying on the massage bed waiting. FIVE STARS! Spa Spectrum provided one of the best massages I've ever been given! Both my parents, my sister and myself have been going to them for years and they are a GEM! They always make sure I'm extremely comfortable and I'm literally in shock seeing the (very few) reviews stating otherwise. As someone who has been in a situation where I was made to feel uncomfortable in my personal life, I am very strict about the places that I go to. I can say with 10000% confidence that this is not a place where you will feel that way. They've truly become like family to us! Let your own experiences speak when it comes to this one :) read more

First time! Totally coming back and requesting Angela! The room was clean, she was super nice, music was at a comfortable volume! Really for the price of $40/hr this is an excellent spot. If you're looking for a actual day spa with saunas, steam rooms, baths, etc. This is NOT the spot for you. Please remember this is a reflexology spot! That being said, come by and enjoy! They're way nicer than some of the other places I've gone to! read more
