Splurging for the 90 min session next time - worth every dollar. There was cupping included with the medical massage! It was interesting but it was my first cupping experience so I'm not sure what to expect from that yet. Loved the medical massage! I've had a deep tissue massage here as well with another therapist and the pressure was insane. I was sore for a few days afterwards but the tension in my shoulders and upper back really improved. Which has never happened before for me with a massage. I work behind a computer all day and commute 2+ hours in traffic daily so any relief in those areas is aces in my book. The office and therapy rooms are clean, have ambient lighting and calm music. Front desk staff is always welcoming as well. I always forget to bring cash so the options to Zelle the tip is brilliant. Will 1000% be returning. Thanks Knotted Up! So glad you're in the area.

I Needed This Today! If you happened to read my earlier…read morereview from today, you'll understand exactly why a little relaxation was desperately needed. If you don't enjoy long reviews, here's the short version: Run to this place and let yourself be pampered. Now for the full review. After a particularly rough week at work, I accidentally booked two massage appointments instead of one. Thankfully, the staff called to let me know about the double booking and were incredibly accommodating. Rather than canceling the second appointment, I asked if they could accommodate my husband to which they gladly approved. We unexpectedly ended up enjoying a couples massage. My husband chose the Swedish massage with cupping, while I treated myself to the full-body lymphatic drainage massage along with a hair and scalp massage. Between the two of us, we've had massages in Corona, Palm Desert, Cancun, and several higher-end spas. Surprisingly, none of those experiences ever inspired me to write a review. My massage therapist, Coco, was wonderful. She adjusted her pressure throughout the session, checked in frequently, and knew exactly when to be gentle and when to apply deeper pressure. My husband had an equally positive experience and felt comfortable enough with the staff to try cupping for the first time. When the session was over, I genuinely felt lighter, more relaxed, and refreshed. I could even see a noticeable difference in how my face and body looked afterward. It wasn't just relaxing--it felt restorative. Another thing I appreciated was their availability. They offer several same-day appointments, which is perfect for those spontaneous self-care moments when you realize you need a reset immediately. The pricing is very fair, and honestly, the service is worthy of an even more generous tip. Don't let the location fool you. This place delivers an experience that rivals spas charging much more. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

It consisted of a 50 min body scrub followed by a 50 minute massage. First of all, I have never been interested in a scrub because I figured I could just exfoliate myself at home. Well, I'm so happy I gave it a try. The scrub was done in a private room and then I was escorted to a private shower to rinse off. After the shower, I was taken back to the room for an incredible massage. Jenny was my therapist and she used warm coconut oil and hot stones to hydrate my skin and relax my tense muscles. She included some face gua sha and a hand mask. I felt so spoiled and relaxed when I left. If you are looking to treat yourself or someone you love, I highly recommend this package. She gets the care she needs to relax her muscles and break up re-occurring knots and tension. My wife likes to talk alot and Kristen has been so friendly and attentive. I do not talk that much :) and Kristen can go with that flow also. If you choose to be chatty, they will listen and chat but if you want to stay silent and be in the moment that is okay too. I have also had massages from Jenny and Ashley who were all amazing. Each therapist employed different but effective techniques on me. In all cases they zeroed in on trouble spots I didn't even know I had. They are professional, artists of their craft. For small size ladies they can apply a LOT of pressure if it is needed. I like to lift heavy weights and getting the pressure relief really helps in my recovery and range of motion. The facilities are nice and clean. Having private rooms with soundscape and scents really adds to the privacy and atmosphere. Treat yourself and book an appointment.
