Splurging for the 90 min session next time - worth every dollar. There was cupping included with the medical massage! It was interesting but it was my first cupping experience so I'm not sure what to expect from that yet. Loved the medical massage! I've had a deep tissue massage here as well with another therapist and the pressure was insane. I was sore for a few days afterwards but the tension in my shoulders and upper back really improved. Which has never happened before for me with a massage. I work behind a computer all day and commute 2+ hours in traffic daily so any relief in those areas is aces in my book. The office and therapy rooms are clean, have ambient lighting and calm music. Front desk staff is always welcoming as well. I always forget to bring cash so the options to Zelle the tip is brilliant. Will 1000% be returning. Thanks Knotted Up! So glad you're in the area.

I can't even tell you how amazing my arm feels after Peggi's deep tissue massage. She will find the stress and all the knots and just get rid of it. It's like I have a new arm every time (so I can go overwork it again ^.^) and shoulders and all the stress is just gone. Amazing! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself!

I went for the first time on Saturday and got a foot massage from Jason, which was great. I…read morecompletely recommend him and the foot massage. As soon as you walk in you notice the relaxing and quiet atmosphere. My only concern is that after I got home later, I started to question the $50 I was charged and remembered that the foot massage was advertised as $45 for a 30 minute session, but when I looked at my receipt, I saw that the woman at the check-in desk overcharged me $5. When I booked my appointment online, it showed that a foot massage was $45 for 30 minutes, if I paid with a credit card. The website also has small print that states the prices shown is if paid with a credit card and that they will give a $5 discount if paid with cash. I have arthritis in both of my feet and the massage really helped with my daily foot pain, so I'm hoping this was a mistake so I can return again. But, I'm not comfortable returning if I'm going to be charged more than the prices they have on the website and on the wall next to the check-in desk at the Upland location. It would also be nice if I could get my $5 back or a credit, to show good faith from the business owner. Update: the owners responded very quickly to my review, apologized, and resolved the overcharge. I appreciate this very much and will definitely return and recommend YOLO Massage #1 to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Michelle.

This was my first time coming to this massage place because the place I normally go to is currently…read moreclosed. I called beforehand and was told that their Rancho location was closed, but that their upland location was open, and they gave me the address. They never asked if I was coming in right away, and I never said I was, so I completely understood when we arrived around 6:45 PM and were told they didn't have anyone available at that moment. The lack of availability was not the issue. The way TJ, the owner, handled the situation was. His wife, Michelle, was extremely sweet and genuinely tried her best to help us. We were two clients hoping to get massages, and she was making calls and trying to see if she could get someone to come in. We never expected or demanded that she do that, but the fact that she was willing to try really showed how much she cares about her customers. TJ, on the other hand, came across as irritated that we had even shown up and seemed bothered that Michelle was trying to help us. He repeatedly kept saying, "There's nobody here, there's nobody to take them," and seemed annoyed that she was even making an effort to find someone for us. I also think it's extremely rude and unprofessional to speak that way in front of your customers, especially when your wife is actively trying to provide good customer service. You could clearly feel the negative attitude, and it made the whole situation uncomfortable. What really bothered me was that while we were standing there waiting to see if Michelle could find someone for us, another customer called. TJ answered the phone and told them there was someone available at 8 PM that same night and booked them, knowing we were standing right there trying to be seen. We had arrived around 6:45 PM, and they close at 9 PM. That made the entire interaction even more confusing and frustrating. Again, I would have had absolutely no problem being told, "Unfortunately, we're fully booked tonight, but we'd love to see you tomorrow." It was the attitude and lack of professionalism that bothered me. Michelle was wonderful, accommodating, and clearly cared about trying to help her customers. Unfortunately, my interaction with TJ completely changed my impression of the business. You can turn customers away when you don't have availability without making them feel like they're a bother for simply walking in and asking. This was my first time here, and unfortunately, it was also my last.

A Truly Healing Experience…read more I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Sarah. From the moment she arrived, her calming presence and professionalism put me at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the massage to exactly what my body needed. Every movement felt intentional and therapeutic -- not just a routine massage, but a truly healing experience. The convenience of having someone come to your home is amazing, but the level of care and attention Sarah provided made it feel like a luxury spa experience. I felt relaxed, cared for, and genuinely better afterwards -- physically and mentally. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a massage -- this is self-care at its best.
