I haven't had a massage in like 10 years, but I'm so glad I came to BodywoRx. It was a very professional experience and he did a great job! I feel amazing! I will definitely be returning. read more

Please play Antoni Vivaldi's Spring as you read this review. Amazing. Simply amazing. I'm drafting this immediately after my 90-minute massage. I feel like I'm floating. No one has ever thoroughly loosened up my neck like this. It almost feels like jelly. I'm so impressed with the improvement in range of motion! During our initial consult, I told him I came in for general relaxation + legs. Sherwin's training and experience really comes through because it felt like he was moving instinctively during my session. I'm an overweight woman who usually has a hard time finding a masseuse who gives good deep tissue massages. Let me tell you. Sherwin's medium level massage is other masseuse's deep. Praise the almighty. Massages are important to my overall well-being and because it's of a personal nature, you can sense if the masseuse cares. Sherwin's attentive and unhurried style made me feel like I was in good hands and I melted onto the table and tried not to snore. I'm so grateful my friend recommended Sherwin to me and I'm strongly recommending him to others in need of a skilled masseuse, read more

My lash girl has been going to Sherwin for a while and recommended me to him. He does an amazing job!!! By appointment only, and make sure to schedule in advance because he's pretty booked. He is professional and you know you can expect to feel relaxed after your session. I usually get a 90 minute full body massage and will request certain areas that need focusing on. He's very knowledgeable and I always leave feeling healed. There was an instance where my neck and trapezius muscles were so tight, I couldn't even turn my head to look over my shoulder. I was able to regain range of motion after my massage. read more

Sherwin was terrific and it was the best massage EVER! He answered and asked appropriate questions. Looking forward to getting my next one.

Phenomenal massage. Very intuitive, strong, and therapeutic. Sherwin communicates well and his space is very relaxing and clean. Will definitely be back regularly! read more

I have been getting massages for the last 20+ years so trust me when I say Sherwin is the real deal. He has a wealth of knowledgeable and is highly skilled--easily one of the best massage therapists I've had. No upselling, no gimmicks. Just 90 minutes of uninterrupted relaxation. I always leave with a better posture and feeling like a new woman. read more

Definitely my new massage therapist! Came in just for a muscle scrape on some body parts that I felt were lacking mobility and or would have muscle aches. After explaining about going to two "deep tissue" massage sessions at another location that was recommended, I didn't believe in massages as they didn't feel deep, they felt weak. There was no benefit from either of the two sessions. I'm not sure what Sherwin was checking between my pec and shoulder but he applied the kind of pressure that I felt like a deep tissue and I even said it out loud (paraphrasing), "now that feels like a deep tissue massage" and he replied, "that's not even deep tissue." That wasn't even deep tissue!? Welp I definitely want a deep tissue moving forward. I agreed to a session a manual manipulation with a muscle scrape add on. The entire session before the scrape was more firm, much deeper than any massage I've ever received. I knew Sherwin was the guy to go to from that point on. From the muscle scraping, he was able to identify muscle imbalances, which was accurate. And hit some spots that really needed it, especially the traps/upper back to mid back. Surprisingly, quads looked good compared to other body parts. For what it's worth, this is coming from someone who is 6'0 @ 253lbs (not obese), has bodybuild for 15 years and powerlifts for the last 6 years. Once time is available and I'm recovered from the manipulation and scraping I'll be setting another appointment. Looking forward to the rewards from these sessions. read more

There is literally nothing negative to say. The services that Sherwin offers changes the game in massage therapy. He is extremely educated in body mechanics and how your muscles function which add to the experience. He takes the time to analyze your body first to assess areas of need and he asks thorough questions on what is bothering you. He had me demonstrate certain techniques that I would use in the gym like squats and lunges and let me know of ways I can change my form or ways to stretch to help with the minor pains I have. Once his analysis is done and he gets to the massage part it is nothing short of a great experience. I've had some massages done before where there was barely any pressure used and when I asked Sherwin for a lot of pressure it was definitely delivered. I have never been so relaxed after a session with him. You may feel a bit sore after but my flexibility and muscle pains are so much better afterwards. I have even referred my dad, who has had chronic neck pain for over 15 years, and even he was amazed at his skill. THEM HANDS THO! Once the session with my dad was over, his pain was gone for a few weeks and looks forward to his next appointments with Sherwin. Let me tell you, Sherwin is one of the most talented, educated, and skilled individuals I know in this industry. THIS AINT NO MASSAGE ENVY SHIT, THIS THAT MAGIC HANDS OF THANOS SHIT read more

Sherwin is Very courteous, professional and definitely knows what he's doing, work done was on point

Sherwin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very personable . He assess your body first to know what areas need to be worked on to give you the most relief . He has an amazing touch if your looking for a deep full body massage. He also does cupping, stretching, rockblade scraping, and many other modalities depending on what your needs are . I highly recommend him. Book an appointment and see what I'm taking about ! Thanks for the excellent body work Sherwin ! read more

Completely amazing! Sherwin is by far hands-down the best masseuse out there. In fact, his service goes way beyond just a massage. I came in to BodywoRx because I was looking specifically for more of a medical massage not just pampering. I injured my back and was having excruciating leg pain of which I was desperate for some relief. Sherwin first took a thorough history, then a complete consultation and evaluation of my back, body etc., along with muscle and other testing. The massage itself wasn't one where you just lay there, but I guess because of my condition, not only did I get a deep tissue massage, but interactive treatment and exercises, as well as exercise instructions to follow up with at home! All I can say is WOW! It was more like a great doctor appointment where the practitioner really cares about your health!! AND to top it off, he even texted the following day to see how I was feeling!! Who does that?! I was there well beyond the 90 minutes and he only charged me for 90 minutes. I can't say enough about BodywoRx and Sherwin! From here on, he is the only person I will ever go to for body work. Great name by the way because that's exactly what you get! It goes way beyond just a massage! Thank you Sherwin! Looking forward to my next visit! read more

Sherwin is the BEST! I've been going to him for a year. I've seen many different therapists and have had some good ones over the years, but Sherwin is truly talented! He has an amazing technique at getting the tight spots without making it painful. He is professional, his business is clean, the table is comfortable, and the ambiance is welcoming and fresh. I really can't say enough good things! I also love that it's clear he loves what he does and he is passionate about massage and overall health. Give him a try, but don't monopolize his time...I found him first! read more

I've had hundreds of massages being a member at Massage Envy. Elements Massage and also Glen Ivy and NOTHING compares to Sherwin! His technique is unlike anything else I've ever experienced, he actually cares about your pain areas and will focus on what you need. He's certified in so many things so his massage isn't a basic patty cake rub he legit works the knots! I ALWAYS feel so relaxed after seeing him and he gives his 100 % each time I go. Very thankful for finding this massage therapist ! See you next month :) read more

Sherwin is AMAZING. I have always stayed around the $50/hour price-point for a full-body massage; prices here are more than twice that but well worth it. Not exactly sure what he's doing but it isn't just rubbing and kneading with hard pressure. He'll work from different angles and move body parts around to get to the muscle in different positions, even moving body parts as he is massaging. I not only feel immense relief but also feel confident that he won't mess up something else. His studio is spacious and so clean, and he uses lotions and oils that are natural and smell great. read more

I have gone to Sherwin several times now. Each time I left feeling so much better. I workout 6 days a week. My muscles get tight and I find it difficult to maximize my potential in the gym. Then I went to Sherwin who helped loosen the tightness in my hips and allowed me to improve my mobility. Which means better squats which means more muscle development for me and who doesn't want better squats!? When I recommend Sherwin I always say ... this is more than a "massage" it's also therapeutic. It's way more than some oily rub down. He knows his stuff. He does a through assessment of what you need before he starts. He's a true professional. read more

Sherwin is hands down the best! Will definitely be missed now that I no longer reside in California!

I highly recommend Sherwin if you're in any kind of pain! He is very knowledgeable about the body. In just one visit he had helped reduce pain and increase mobility. Unlike most massage therapists, you don't just lay still the whole time while he works on the muscle tissue. He takes an interactive approach to massage therapy by giving you some corrective exercises to redirect your pattern of movement. He also will use a Graston technique to release the sticky tissue that causes a lot of the pain. I'm a personal trainer, and mom of two little ones, so I need to make sure my body stays mobile, healthy and strong. I'm definitely going to continue with Sherwin because he's very good at his work and I need the best out there to not only take care of old injuries but to help me prevent any new ones! read more

Where do I begin.. well I've been seeing Sherwin for a few years now and he is by far the best out there, I've had my share of massage therapist over the years and sherwin is a gem! I am so grateful for him. I look forward to my 2hour massages every month, I will never go back to just 1hr. He is worth the $$$ and every minute you can get with him. What I like about Sherwin is he asks what is going on with your body and what needs most attention and then of course he could tell with his hands what needs most attention. He is very detailed with his work its so amazing, he also uses tools to fix your body. Its crazy, I always feel like I have a brand new body and even new set of hands when I get my massages. Sherwin is a true master at his craft. I tell everyone about him because he really has been a life saver for me. Another great thing about sherwin is he is so full of knowledge, he is always taking classes and even classes out of the country to learn from the best. So now that you read this long review next thing you need to do is book that appointment with Sherwin. It will be the best thing you can do for the health of your body! Thank you sherwin for all that you do! read more

Ah, Sherwin! Where do I begin? I walked in with a trashed hip, causing my whole spine to be wonky and unbalanced. I booked a whole session of Deep tissue therapy, cupping and scraping. Sherwin is professional and personal, he made me feel so comfortable and took such a progressive approach to give me the best healing and results. BodywoRx - Massage Therapy Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Sherwin is easily the best massage therapists I've ever been to. I've suffered from severe sciatic pain over the last year - to the point that some days I couldn't walk, sit or sleep at all from the pain. I've been to many other places for help but nothing worked until I went to him. After just 3 sessions, I am very happy to say, I have not experienced any sciatic pain for months now. Sherwin is honestly the best in the business. I'd definitely recommend his services! read more

I've been going to Sherwin for almost a year now and it's been one of the best investments I've ever done. I've struggled with shoulder, back and neck pain for years( more than 10 years), due to accidents and injuries from sports. I was referred to him by my friend Rose that had told me the docent techniques and services Sherwin offers for recovery. Since the very first session I felt a sense of relief that I had not felt in years. He had done scrapping and cupping to help in my more problematic areas. He also showed me some stretches that would help with my recovery. I started off going twice a month with him to monthly depending on what my body needs. He is extremely knowledgeable with helping the body recover. I can honestly say every time I go to him I can feel a difference in my pain and better posture. I definitely recommend everyone invest in themselves and try him out. read more

If you're into fitness or just self care I 110% recommend booking an appointment to get your body right! Thank you BodywoRx, can't wait to come again!!! read more

Got to say Hands down one of the most rewarding appointments I've ever had! Went in to see Sherwin with back pain that had been lasting over 2 months! I had severe tightness hindering my workouts and even minimizing my ability to go through my average day and after just one appointment I can honestly say I feel like he had the magic touch! The office is clean and he knew exactly what he was doing. Started off with a deep tissue massage on the entire body mainly focusing on my back, shoulders, and neck area! Did some manual therapy to release the lower back tension and breathing exercises to straighten out my shoulders because my left one was sitting slightly higher than my right! Instantly I started to feel better and as soon as I stood up I felt completely relaxed! My muscles felt great. I waited a full 24 hours to write a review because I wanted to see how my body felt and I no longer feel tension in my back and I had an amazing workout... not including the peaceful nights sleep I got! I will definitely be back to see Sherwin and I would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing anything from mild to sever discomfort or even if you simply just want a massage! read more

Sherwin is one of the most talented, qualified and knowledgeable massage therapists I have ever been to. I continue to refer everyone to him because his work never fails! He spends time with you before your session to understand what your body is needing and hates to let you leave without feeling as though he has helped in one way or another. His services are worth every penny! read more

Most of my experience comes from deep tissue massages. I've been to quite a few different therapists as well. After experiencing the MyoDetox with Sherwin, I was kinda blown away. It was one of those experiences where you thought you have had quality before then you actually receive a quality massage and your bar for measuring gets reset. A couple other cool things I'd like to note too are that he offers massage times up to 3 hours, I haven't tried that yet but it's gotta be life changing. Also, he sent me home with various ROM exercises to practice so I could keep the results we achieved through the massage. Definitely recommend. read more

Had a pinched nerve that left me having to roll out of bed, I'd say it was a 9.5/10 pain and had 0 movement in the neck without excruciating pain. After Sherwin did a very thorough massage with various techniques, I immediately felt a lot better - about a 5/10 right after he was done. The next day I was sore but I felt around a 4/10 around the pinched nerve/neck area. Two days after the massage I was back in action after some of the worst pain I've ever felt. Sherwin is a magician when it comes to working and healing the body. 100% recommend if you're reading this right now, you WILL feel better! Thank you Sherwin! read more

This was by far my best experience with a sports massage/rehab! I have a history of back pain and tightness, and Sherwin gave the deepest "deep tissue massage" I've ever had. He was great about checking in to see how his pressure was, my comfort level, and any areas I wanted more focus on. He also performed cupping and scraping (soft tissue mobilization) on my back and neck which felt so great. Overall I left feeling so much more relaxed and loose, and even had improved mobility in my shoulders right away! I would absolutely recommend Sherwin if you're experiencing any sort of tightness, pain or discomfort in your body, you won't regret it! read more
