They all seemed to just do full body massages. While searching again I came across Adam. His website stated that he offered the exact services that I was looking for. I contacted him via text at the number on his website. He immediately got back to me. He answered all of my questions. I set up an appointment for the following day. The location was easy to find. Upon entering I noticed how clean and bright the office was. Adam greeted us promptly. The appointment was for my daughter who was feeling some glute pain while running. He talked to her about her concerns. He then walked us to the room. Thee room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. He asked for me to stay with her. She received a 1-hour medical massage which focused on the area that was causing pain. I received a chair massage for tense shoulders and an aching neck. They were fabulous! We scheduled a follow-up appointment with Adam to retreat my daughter. She was very happy with her treatment. We will definitely be returning. The prices are reasonable for the services received. Upon arrival I was greeted by the kindest most professional man, Marcus. I let him know I was anxious because of the pain I was in and he told me I would leave better than I came. (Skeptical of course, I let him do his thing). Well, Marcus didn't lie I left feeling much better than I did when I arrived! He talked to me about what he did and what would be beneficial moving forward and even showed me a stretch or two that could help. The experience was amazing. Marcus used light cupping, scraping and guided stretching to help me with my back pain. I was also able to relax during the massage, it was great. I've dealt with chronic lower back pain for a long time, and I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but two days after my appointment, I was able to go for a light jog without shooting pain on my back. He did such a outstanding job that he returned with a Bridal Show a few weeks later then we have called him up several times since for "perks" to our staff for when they have worked long hours. Always professional and quick to follow up with you regarding times and price quotes. Never has he made any of my staff feel uncomfortable and we have dishwashers to banquet servers... meaning people that aren't necessarily "ok" with massages of ANY kind foot or otherwise LOL He brings in his chair, music and request a quiet corner or room, most cases (depending on the clients comfort level) he will leave the door partially open for privacy. Consistent with keeping chair and face bar clean between each massage. I notice these things as I was the one taking our staff into the room after each one was done. This wasn't always easy as the last time it was across from the Kitchen with a lot of activity (noise) and I needed them to relax but Ross was soothing as usual and we were able to block out as much as we could. A lot of our kitchen and banquet staff are non-english speaking and they came to me later and said "Thank You" because they had never had a massage before and were laughing because they felt so GOOD after! :) I can say this... it is a EXCELLENT idea for times when you have worked the CRAP out of your staff and need to show them your cognizant that you have put some hurtin' on their physical bodies (which is the case in our business as staff will be on their feet for over 6 hours at a time) and the fact that Ross is non-obtrusive and kind is a bonus for putting them at ease as well. I currently book my massages with JEREMIAH. My reasons for switching therapist aren't for lack of loving that person and their techniques, it's strictly for scheduling purposes or my ability to make appointment days or times. Although Jeremiah is semi new to his career as a massage therapist, he truly understands the importance of making a difference in his clients quality of life. I don't have a membership to Kneadz Work to go once a month, relax, and get my back tickled. I have a membership because I have real injuries, real pain, and a desire for relief. Jeremiah understands this, and is truly blessed with healing hands. He's patient, and tailors each session to the exact need of that moment. Already being so ahead in a customer service profession so early on, is just a testament to where he will be with more years under his belt.
