My husband and I came here for a 60-minute full body massage, and honestly it was an amazing experience. The price was very reasonable -- $110 total for both of us, which came out to about $55 per person for an hour. I deal with a lot of upper back and neck tension, so I was really looking forward to this. Kevin was my massage therapist and he was fantastic -- he really worked through my knots and checked in at the beginning to make sure the pressure was right. I asked for deep pressure and he delivered. My husband had a different therapist who was just as attentive and also made sure he was comfortable throughout the session. We both felt great afterward -- completely relaxed and basically like Jell-O. I was a little sore the next day, but that was expected considering how much tension I had built up. It honestly felt like real work was done. 10/10 experience and definitely recommend, especially for the price. We tipped $40 total because they truly earned it. I've been coming here for almost 2 decades, which is why this is really disappointing to write This place used to be something special I recommended it to everyone I knew, even family & friends visiting from out of the country It was always a go-to But lately, it honestly feels like the end of an era The atmosphere now feels unwelcoming, and the quality of the massages has noticeably gone downhill Most of the original masseuses who helped build this place are no longer here, and it shows you're not paying your masseuse enough so they depend on tips...which brings me to my next point What really stood out to me this last visit is the tipping pressure Its getting out of hand There's a sign rating tips with faces: $10 $15 $20 and it creates an uncomfortable experience that takes away from what should be relaxing After my Half-assed massage I handed over my $20 tip and i politely asked for her name so I could thank her properly she ignored me, put on the fakest grin I've ever seen and walked away It's frustrating to see a place I supported for so long fall off like this.. the prices continue to go up quarterly but the massage quality goes down..make it make sense I truly hope management and the employees take a look at what's changed, because right now, I can't confidently recommend this place anymore I walked of there with even more stressed than when I walked in. I really appreciated that this place was able to accommodate us for an hour couples massage at 8:30 PM, even though they close at 9. This was my second time coming to Smiling Feet Massage, and unfortunately both experiences were just okay at best. The first time, I got a 30-minute massage and realized about 10 minutes in that it felt rushed and I should've booked longer. This time, I booked a full hour (30-minute foot massage + 30-minute full body), hoping it would be better -- but it still felt rushed. The 30-minute foot massage especially felt hurried, and the therapist mixed some of the full-body massage into the foot portion, which took away from both services instead of enhancing them. On top of that, her breath was not very pleasant, which made the experience uncomfortable. The biggest issue, though, was what happened after the service. You are required to pay and tip before the massage is even completed, which already feels uncomfortable. After the service, I went to my car to see if I had extra change so I could possibly tip a little more without having to run my card again. While I was sitting in my car, the therapist came outside and stood directly in front of my vehicle, looking inside and walking around it. I'm not sure if she was checking my license plate or what, but it was extremely uncomfortable considering I had already paid. She stood there waiting for about 15 minutes. Then her boss came outside, knocked on my car window, and asked where her tip was. I politely explained that if I had extra change, I would give more, but it wasn't guaranteed. She then said I could still tip on my card -- even though I had already made it clear I didn't want to do that. I rolled my window back up, and the lady that completed my service continued waiting outside my car for another 10 minutes until I finally pulled off and left. While pulling off the lady came into the parking lot as if she was going to chase me down. If you want an okay, rushed massage, this place might work -- but be prepared to be pressured and hounded for tips, which completely ruins the experience. I will not be returning. read more

Unfortunately this place has really let me down 2X now. From the moment you walk in I feel like I'm just a dollar sign to them. From signage everywhere to suggested tip, mind you tips are for good rendered service and not required. So it always feels uncomfortable. Also once the service starts it always feels rushed and the continuous language barrier where I tell them to ease up on the pressure and it doesn't happen makes me feel angry. The last time I was there the woman walked on my back and it hurt so much and I tapped her to stop but she kept going. I ended up bruised and in pain the next day from that. I promised myself I will never return. I want to also add that I'm okay with what this place is and I'm not over exaggerating because I've been to many reflexology places. First of all, the staff were all very kind. It smelled and sounded calming when I walked in, with essential oils in the air, relaxing music playing, and a water fountain running in the lobby. This place is amazing! I would definitely recommend Kevin. The space is very clean and well-sanitized, and everyone here is extremely kind and welcoming. You can easily make an appointment, and there are two massage therapists available. We got the full body massage, which was $55 per person, so $110 total for two people. We paid with a card but let them know we would leave the tip in cash, and they were very polite and appreciative about it. Kevin was incredible. He checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable and did an amazing job working out all the knots. I was nervous how people said you were chased if you don't tip $10 plus. But I didn't have that experience at all. Maybe I went on a good day or this was already corrected. I decided to stop going to this place after I noticing that my clothes were getting stained with oil at this place. Three days ago, I went to this place to get a massage. After getting a massage, I decided to do laundry, and I washed my clothes, including the shirt and pants I wore when I went to get the massage. After washing my clothes and drying them, I began folding my clothes when I noticed oil stains on the shirt and pants I wore during the massage. I have gotten oil stains on my clothes since I have started coming to this place. I have spent money removing the stains at the cleaners and have had to throw clothing away because of stains that couldn't be removed. Beware of this place. We recently started coming again after Covid pandemic. We are happ to see them busy again. Highly recommended for self and friends and family. Call ahead because they are pretty busy and you might not get a spot if not called ahead of time. I recommend the 1 hour foot massage certificates. I like coming here. I appreciate that when I ask for a hard deep massage they do. And it's a great deal. BUUUUUTTTT it can get so loud! The waiting area is so close to the big room they do all the massages in. There is no privacy for the foot massage part. You can hear people snoring or talking. And people will come in and wait in the waiting room and were never taught to use an inside voice or read a sign that ask you to be quiet. You cannot relax. You want to go out there and say hey! Get off your phone or whisper to each other. You can hear everyone having full on loud convos. If you're trying to relax don't come. If you don't care and in pain then do it.
