Went in for a half hour unscheduled massage. As a walk in I was happy to be able to be seen. Would like to go back for an hour.

Had a very good experience there. The massage expert did an amazing job on my back and neck. People were nice and very calm.

Worst place for massage. They ask you to pay them more tips and they even insist. Unprofessional very.

For the price, it was a good massage. Dont expect a massage envy setup when you pay a fraction of that price

Guess your response and customer care is not important let alone safety for masseuses going through client personal belongings.

The lobby had a warm, sophisticated aesthetic, while the treatment rooms were serene, immaculate, and created the perfect atmosphere to unwind and completely disconnect from the outside world. The massages themselves were incredible. We especially enjoyed the cupping, body scrub, and hot stone add-ons, which took the experience to another level. The therapists really knew how to make our bodies feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease, with attentive techniques and a calm, professional approach throughout. Getting massages together made the experience even more special. My partner and I had an absolutely amazing time--we were able to relax side by side, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, and simply focus on feeling refreshed and pampered together. It was one of those experiences where the time seemed to disappear, and we left feeling like we had completely reset. The combination of the beautiful setting, incredible massages, relaxing add-ons, and wonderful couples experience made our visit genuinely unforgettable. We walked out feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back.

First, we're both girls and so I feel like people get thrown off when we ask for a couples. She said there's a curtain if you wanna seperate and we're like no, we don't need to seperate. We didn't get a room this time, we were in the curtains that are right next to the front desk. But you can hear EVERYTHING. We heard someone finish their massage and say they're going to the car for tip. We heard a man come in and say he was super excited because it was his first time and he kept asking for extra. We heard another man come in. I learned they take Zelle. Being in the back room was super helpful I guess with missing all that noise OR it wasn't as bothersome. My fiancée loved her massage. I did too, but I left feeling sore and the morning after my lower back is super sore. I did ask for medium not hard, but idk. We may try to return due to the reasonable costs. 90 mins for $90 and because we're creatures of habit. I may just ask for the room in the back next time.

I didn't see any like experience reviews, so I'll set the scene…read more You walk in and it's very similar to any other massage place, there's a small waiting area with a few fountains facing the front desk. The front desk has the pricing flyers in a stack. The wall to the right has recommended tip amounts based on the service. They recommend $10 and up. To the left is a room divider. You pay before the massage and they also ask you to leave a tip then too. Usually I just tip, but I did hear someone ask if they could tip after. I paid with Apple Pay and once I put the tip on the receipt the receptionist gave me the dollar amount. When you pass the divider there's about 9 beds in the general area and 3 "rooms" divided by curtains to the left. The door at the back is where the employees break and the restrooms are. A little box is provided to hold your phone and belongings. I did a 30 min foot massage and to my surprise, they started at my head while my feet soaked. The massage was wonderful. Linda was my masseuse. The massage ended with some hip stretching and some leg massage. The tip exchange was weird for me, just cause I'm used to someone taking the tip from me, but when I offered, she didn't take it. So I left it in the little box and said thank you and went on my way. I'll come back. It's a good refresh.

I hope today was just a blunder. I will give it 1-2 more chances but idk when For now It's been good but this is goodbye

I currently book my massages with JEREMIAH. My reasons for switching therapist aren't for lack of loving that person and their techniques, it's strictly for scheduling purposes or my ability to make appointment days or times. Although Jeremiah is semi new to his career as a massage therapist, he truly understands the importance of making a difference in his clients quality of life. I don't have a membership to Kneadz Work to go once a month, relax, and get my back tickled. I have a membership because I have real injuries, real pain, and a desire for relief. Jeremiah understands this, and is truly blessed with healing hands. He's patient, and tailors each session to the exact need of that moment. Already being so ahead in a customer service profession so early on, is just a testament to where he will be with more years under his belt. Kneadz work is extremely blessed to have him as a part of their staff.

It felt like this person did not want to be there, she made it very uncomfortable and not relaxing. They say this helps hair loss and split ends on their website however my hair was yanked so much I may have lost a few extra strands, my hair is now extremely tangled, and my scalp is hurting because of how much she kept yanking my hair. I came because it seemed there were over all positive reviews and it was near my house but this was a nightmare I couldn't wait for the technician to stop touching my hair this was not worth $150. Ive been to a different head spa before that was way cheaper and it was the complete opposite from this experience I had here at bollywood head spa. At other head spas Im treated gently and leave so relaxed. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else.

My partner and I showed up early (yey us!), got our scalps examined, and then... that was it? No…read morefollow-up or photos just a quick... "yep, that's a scalp." Cool, I guess? My partner has eczema, his technician didn't really acknowledge it. So we moved on. The rooms have curtains that don't fully close, so if you're shy, maybe bring a blanket. Or some good vibes. For the facial, I had on a bit of mascara (not waterproof) and it survived the apocalypse! Just kept getting rubbed around my face. Now the hair: I'm Black, I have curly hair, and I was not prepared for the tugging and pulling during the detangling. At one point a loose hair just stuck to my face and stayed there. We bonded. Then the nail scratching started. As a healthcare worker, I was internally screaming. But I stayed strong. They asked my partner (straight hair) if he wanted styling. Me? They just grabbed the blow dryer and went to town. I don't use heat! Walked in with lucious curls, walked out with a puff ball. No warning, no discussion, round brush chaos was my fate. Overall? I felt relaxed until that blow dryer came out. Then I was just overwhelmed with a side of big fluff. They were extremely sweet though! Might come back. Might not. 3/5 would recommend if you're brave, have straight hair, maybe some low hair expectations, and don't mind a little curtain peek-a-boo!
