At one point she was on top of me with a knee in one part of my back and an elbow in the other. She even massaged my butt, my shoulder/ armpit and my nose. Shes like the queen of massages. A massage GOD. Sent down from the heavens to beat people into feeling good. I walked in barely being able to turn my neck because of a massive knot and a stuffy nose from being sick. I can smell everything now and I can turn my head like the girl from the exorcist. $40 for an hour massage. I asked if I could take her back to Kentucky with me but she declined. This used to be my favorites place :( I'm so sad to say after my massage this afternoon I will never go back. I had a new/different woman who was completely unprofessional. She made inappropriate comments, Gave a half ass lazy massage, then turned me over to rub my shoulders and proceeded to burp constantly in my face. Also- the nail salon next door blasts its music sooooo loudly you cannot possibly relax. I used to go here before Covid and always loved it. I went online to check the prices and were surprised they were still very reasonable. Online they quoted $40 per hour massage and $50 for 90 minutes massage. I called to book an hour and when I showed up was told they could only do 45 minutes. They changed me $50 for the $45 minutes and I had to pay upfront. The actual massage was more like 30 minutes because it took time to pay and get ready for the massage. Where do I start. Very inappropriate massage. My girlfriend and I did a couples massage. While laying there on bed our door to the room was left open for other customers to see. Had my junk exposed not once but twice. My girlfriend complained that she was being massaged with a towel over her body. Very uncomfortable. All in all this was a very bad experience. This has become my new favorite spot after my horrible experiences at another local place. I get the 1 hour foot massage, which includes your head and body with most of the focus being on the feet. My only Complaint. Is the music....IT IS THE SAME SONG ON REPEAT! It hasn't changed in months, it reminds me of something from the movie POLTERGEIST. One of the worst experiences ever. As regular customers, my boyfriend and I did not expect to be treated so terribly. We went in with one of their stamp card offers for a free massage after 10 visits and the receptionist gave us a hard time about about the offer. After finally managing to have them accept their own offer we began the session. It only gets worse from here. During the massage the employees kept getting up and talking on his phone during the session. They put in no effort into either massage, no pressure, lack of technique and overall unsatisfactory. My boyfriends masseuse literally massaged his left pinkie toe for 20 minutes straight. Having paid for an hour massage, we ended up with a lazy, unprofessional, and a constantly interrupted massage. Went in tonight with my husband and decided to do the full body, 60 minute "Couples Massage" in the private room. Sounded great for only $40 each. First off, this is not my first Thai massage. My husband and I have frequented several other local thai massage businesses and have had only positive experiences. The location is nice, dark, quiet, and relaxing inside. All staff was very kind, inviting, professional and made you feel comfortable. Not a bad place other than it being so close to the street and you can hear car doors out front and anyone else inside or outside. NOW TO THE IMPORTANT PART - THE ACTUAL MASSAGE: My husband was given a female masseuse and I was given a male masseuse. We were escorted to our room to undress and get into position on our tables. So far so good. We started out face down and our masseuses began working on our backs. Long story short my masseuse was so hard on me that I was seriously concerned that he may break a rib. After probably 10 minutes of me wondering if this was the part you just have to breath through and then you get to the relaxing part I had to finally ask him to be a little softer on my back. He was polite and said "no problem, thank you for telling me"....but unfortunately I think he just doesn't know his own strength and I continued to be "roughed up" on both sides of my back and felt like my ribs, shoulder blades, and hip bones were being grinded away at! It seriously hurt!!! I have had several deep tissue and sports massages where I was told to breath while a knot or sore muscle had to be worked on so I did my best to do that. Thankfully the second half of the massage was much better. He massaged my face, neck, arms, and then legs. I really enjoyed the neck massage as I am on the computer all day and that was the part I needed most (but unfortunately I was never asked if I had any specific needs, etc). I think it is my fault for not speaking up. I was also disappointed that the full body massage did not include a foot rub (which is usually one of the BEST parts in my opinion). FYI my husband did enjoy his massage and has no complaints. BUT I'M NOT DONE: I came home and looked at my back in the mirror and noticed that the skin over my left shoulder blade had actually been RUBBED OFF from being pushed and rubbed on so hard and repeatedly!!! SO IN CONCLUSION: Maybe if I were a larger person with a little more meat on my bones (literally) then I would have enjoyed my massage more and it would have been a relaxing experience instead of a "grin and bear it" painful one. I can't say this place is not good, but my experience was not good. read more

This was my first time ever getting a massage. I tweaked my neck and it ha seen really bugging me for the last few days so I finally decided to get a massage. I saw that it was only $10 here for pain reliever so I went for that. It was WONDERFUL. I recommend it to everyone. Very affordable and great. 15 minutes is totally enough if you have a specific muscle you want a massage on. Of course they did my back, shoulder, an legs also but my neck was the best. Me and my mom came for a massage today in afternoon. It was slow and only two messuse present. I had come here before and I really liked how pleasant and how nice the people were, but that has changed after today's massage. When we arrived. we werent greeted with a smile, just a quick recognition and asked immediately what massage we wanted and to pay the cash up front. The lady that picked up (Joleen) was whispering and sounded strange. She said she'll put my number on the appointment book. I usually don't write reviews but this place was horrible. I made 2 appointments for my mom and I to celebrate her birthday at 12:30. We get there and they said they only have 1 person available and we ave to wait till 1 now, with our appointments! The person who did my massage was the guy from the front desk and walked out of my massage to talk to some walk in appts. Then throughout my massage answered the ringing phone several times setting appts. I couldn't relax at all!! My mom said her lady was too rough and even after telling her she was hurting her continued with the same pressure. To top it off, I paid for both of our massages with my card, which is a $1 fee (which is fine) but then he said he would have to charge me $2 because it was two massages..even though I'm paying in one transaction. I walked into this spot and from the outside it wasn't too much to look at, but once inside it was nice. I waited for about 5 minutes and told the young lady that I had a Groupon. She accepted it right off and took me immediately to a room. CC was the lady that did my massage. She was amazing! I had a 60 minute hot stone massage with oil and it was magnificent. My back felt so much better and the back of my legs (they were so tight) and when she got through kneading the back of my legs they felt so much better. This is probably not the most professional massage or personally honed massage ever but it was a good one. The business has been here for about three years but I had never seen it. I would have given four stars but I was not able to relax fully during the massage for three reasons: 1) the therapist kept leaving the room and not really explaining why 2) the draping left me wanting to be a little more covered up in my southern region both while I was on my front and back... Catch my drift? 3) the sheets and towels were clean but a little on the old and worn side which made the place look a little dingy. There wasn't anything fishy but it definitely put me on alert for any funny business.
