I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I called and asked if I should reschedule and they said it was ok they can take me. I told them a mani is ok and cancel the pedi cause it was my fault for being late. When I arrived they sat me down and told me they can still do both my mani and pedi. That was so nice of them. I know they didn't have to do that. Luckily I'm very easy and simple so it didn't take long to do what I needed but it was very happy they were able to do both services. Keep in mind I'm sure they can't always do this for everyone but it ended up working out for me. I was very happy with the end result. I will definitely go again.
